You are correct. Like I said. BTZO should be in the 0's when this news hits. Obviously, KK bought this structure to one day consolidate returns, thus the 80%. I spelt this all out awhile ago. There is very littl e reason GERS is moving and BTZO isn't except the fact that people don't realize the structure. Let's get the final structure details... Happy investin

So 0.026 !?? for BTZO

We now can state with more certainty (not absolute certainty in any way) that the windfall appears to be at least $200 million or $10 per GERS' common share. Other possibilities including additional licensing would make the settlement even more attractive.

Don't have any clue how many companies in total. But i guess that little companies will agree to a settlement first...the bigger ones may struggle a bit longer imo.
