Good morning Kenco...You make some excellent points. By chance have you had the opportunity to discuss any of your concerns with PJ, or another managment figure?
You know, at the end of the day, the management team and PJ should grow this company thru hard work and growth of solid management decisions and respect of shareholders, customers and even one's peers...this is accomplished by nothing more than results.
Peter....Give us RESULTS!
Thanks Kenco.

Honestly Gregg, I'm not looking to "trade". I certainly haven't held on to this stock all of this time to lose money or even recoup "only" my initial investment...I'm looking to make money, at least the "cost of money". Personally I'd like to see the company and investors succeed at sustaining/increasing the post RS share price. That should be the GOAL of all of us.
Have a good one!

Hello all!
Nite has moved up to $2.50 on the bid...up from .05 yesterday.
Three
Ditch...you bought more shares on 5/31/07???
I do not see any mm on L2. Although a last trade has changed from the .15 to .005. What is going on here!!
Has anyone spoken to Megas lately? The fact that BCIT shares are not trading could be nothing more than there being NO marketmakers interested in trading BCIT shares.
Just a thought...

Good morning Nautre. Priceline.com, is the only successful RS that I've seen from the sidelines and as an investor. Re: comments re:management restricting themselves from selling ANY of their shares was meant as a way for them to step up and earn back some respect and shareholder confidence. A company I've invested in, DPDW, recently did a reverse merger...not split, merger; they restricted selling any insider shares for a minimum of 1 year. It seems to be working well.
Good luck!

Good evening alj.
"also that management is thinking along the same lines. It may look to some on this board as if PJ and others in AMNG are remote from shareholder concerns, but I do not find that at all myself." I've never necessarily felt that PJ and team were remote or removed from shareholder concerns and worries, I really believe follow thru, honesty and realistic goals of situations and circumstances along with pure hard work, are paramount to success.
I feel management would make great strides in making a pact and carrying it out with open verbal and written commitments to shareholders that they will absolutely NOT sell any of their stock for a minimum of 12 months. That, imho, would regain a great amount of investor confidence.
"On that, my feeling is that the ob would be no more than a half-way house and that AMEX should be the objective." Small steps, half-way points, are all ok and positive accomplishments as long as things are moving forward, and those baby steps or half-way marks are part of the ultimate path to accomplishing goals.
Have a wonderful night.

What happened on the 20th. Did they go before the judge and come out of BK??? TIA.
Good morning Kenco! I am not 100% certain...95% certain, pinks and ob's are NOT marginable regardless of pps. And if they are, although shorting would be an issue, the increase demand of being able to buy on margin should offset that to some degree. Also, I like your idea of AMNG being marginable, that provides insentive to sustain itself above the $4pps, because once below, then you have margin calls which SUCK!
Have a great day.

Sting, thank you for your understanding. Here's to a new day and a new chance for Amergence.
Sting...Good morning...see my post to alj14.
Let's all have a great week!

Good morning alj14! Thank you so much for the consideration you showed to me in your post. I greatly appreciated it and admire you for tolerating my "pop-off" so kindly. My concern for doing a RS is a double-edge sword. I absolutely realize the need to do what the company feels is necessary to give itself a "fighting chance". What I am most concerned with is not the reduction of my shares, because yes, the percentage of ownership is intact. Nor am I upset with upward percentage gains/losses ratio. I've never been successful at swing trades anyhow. What I am upset, rather worried about is, the low likelyhood of the company's ability to sustain the new PPS of $4, post RS. As both of us have most likely seen over the years, sustaining pps is the real trick. Can Amergence do it...the odds....i'm just not comfortable with. In the end it's not even necessarily something the company can really control which makes this all the more frustrating. Just a though, but one step they should do is to stop conducting itself as a pinksheet company and try to move to the ob, or even a higher exchange.
From this point forward, I do promise you and Sting, to be more open to the situation and not to be so negative, and to try and "Enjoy a great five weeks!".
Have a GREAT week!

EXACTLY!
GM Sting...I have to respectfully disagree. Maybe at first when the split is made effective, but this company has such a poor track record it will never be able to retain the pps of .40 or whatever it ends up to be.
Admittedly, I do not have insight to what Peter and team are thinking or what plays into consideration for the decisions of which they've made over the last number of years. But ALL of us here have a fairly good idea and can probably predict with some degree of certainty that when this RS is effective and the pps share increases and our number of shares decreases...unless otherwise restricted from doing so, we will see a decline in the post RS share price. The percentage of ownership we have in company is nothing more than on paper the day the split is effected.
I wish I could have a better attitude about this but as a common shareholder, my perspective is not seeing this decision with any degree of positivity. My investment value in the company ends up being the same...worthless.
Enjoy the day!

Greg, oops...yes, my calculations were off. Regardless, $4 conversion would have had a better chance of retaining itself than .40. My prediction with .40, is shareholders will fall back to our original .07 to .10 trading range. All just MHO.
Have a Great weekend!
Three
alj...I don't know about your experiences with RS, but mine, with the exception of one...PCLN, have not proven to be positive. The position that shareholders retain the same percentage of ownership after the RS holds true maybe the day the RS goes on to the books. If the pps were to ABSOLUTELY retain itself then, in theory yes, but that NEVER will happen with a pink sheet stock that has done nothing but slide backwards for the last several years. We will get a 1,000:1 reverse split, which puts our pps share apprx. at $4. Then imho, the stock will begin an aggressive slide back in to penny land. This is absolutely NOT good for us current shareholders...IMHO that is. Not to be negative and this is all nothing more than personal opinion and conjecture. Hope the outcome is different than most RS trends. Personally, I doubt it.
Take care.
Three
Evening Kenco...Any idea when the RS will take effect?
thanks.
Three
roll back share volume ... by this you mean...Reverse Split, correct?
Sting...I think my earlier post was premature. Saw we closed up for the week and then continue on to read that we have some RIDICULOUS RS that is taking place. What in the heavens is going on here.
Thanks for any update...

Today's activity...Great way to end the week.
Simplegreen...Good evening! That is some great information. It seems as though the markets are quite controlled and the fundamentals of companies do come in to play but absolutely do not necessarily drive the pps. It's almost like a manipulated technical yoyo. Interestly...have you ever looked in to the dealings of BCIT. Over the last number of years they've had some issues "HUGE" issues with someone forging shares and entering them into the open market. Apparently enough has resolved for the shares to trade again, but their doesn't seem to be a market made so hence, they aren't trading. I'm sure there's more to it than that involved, dtc, etc. Anyway I find all of this highly interesting and is really changing my perspective of buy and hold based on fundamentals, etc. For the novice of for those that like to "dabble" investing these days can be riskier than most ever imagine....IF they don't understand the game.
Again...THANK YOU...great information you've shared!
3BB
Simplegreen...again, great thanks for the education. I absolutely understand the high demand of being "busy". I respectfully look forward to whenever you have the time to post the information. Thanks again...it's invaluable insight.
GLTY also!

Have a GREAT day.
Good morning simplegreen. Simple...not so much. LOL. WOW, thanks so much for the insight, I am definately hoping you're able to share some more tomorrow. I never realized any of that, and is sheds a whole new perspective on trading/investing. Is LT investing or buy and hold a "thing of the past" now? Thank you so much for the information..
Later,

OK...that makes sense.
dave...this is what I find so confusing on L2. Like right now, NITE is on the ask for dpdw at .61 and on the bid at .65. It's like he's buying and selling from and to himself. 3BB
Great article Joe...thank you for sharing it.
Looking for another great day for DeepDowners.
3BB
Dynodave...your step by step analysis of dpdw is so helpful. The stock closed at .67 yesterday which I would think is positive. Here's been my "dumb dumb" way of analyzing a stock.LOL I have level 2 and look at the pressure of the bids. For instance, dpdw still has 2 bid in at .61, so I would assume at some point, the bids will take...unless positive news is released. Also, lots of selling pressure at .75 on the ask, would lead me to assume, a big sell off at the pps...unless of course positive news is released.
What a guru I am! LOL...LOL
Thanks again,
3BB
Thanks dyno...I lookforward to learning lots!
Good morning everyone. Thank you...thank you so much for everyones responses yesterday. I was able to gain so much clarity on ways to better interpret technical data of stock trends. Everyone was so helpful...truly....THANK YOU!!

Good Morning everyone. I am looking to learn how to evaluate the technicals of a stock. I've been in the market a number of years but haven't been able to get past a very basic understanding of techs. Really the evaluation that leads to solid predition of stock trend and movement is where I'm mostly weak. I recently invested in a Deep Down, symbol DPDW.ob. Would anyone be interested in giving me some technical tips?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
3BB
Good morning everyone! L-2 looks fabulous this morning. Anyone figure out what NITE doing. They're the only ones still down in the .60's.
This is the most exciting investment in a long long time....SO EXCITING!
Have a great day!
3BB
I wanted to take a moment to clarify an earlier post. Loosely stated, "Let's make sure we do not fall below our new support.", meant as .63 being a new level of support, technically speaking and imo, viewed as upward trend being well intact...
Another steady day.
Three
Good afternoon! Sustaining .63 as the new level of support is HUGELY positive. Let's make sure we do not fall below our new support.
Enjoy the day...

agree with you also brikk
Yes...that does seem like a strong possibility.
Good Morning All!!
I agree...chat-it-up management teams is never a good thing.
thanks brikk...just wanting to know whether any of us had been successful in reaching a live being other than the receptionist.
