Great volume! Same low price! I'm beginning to think that if every man, woman and child in the US placed an order for 10 million shares of FFGO we'd still be at .0001.
OMG, FFGO just doubled!! LOL.
Bring on the daily bullsh*t pop up to .0002!
This is getting depressing.
OK, I'd much rather see .01 than .0005 any day!!
I'd be excited with .0005 at this point. Starting to get bored with this one already.
Something has got to happen soon IMO. Companies with actual activity and progress going on (hopefully) do not tend to flatline like this forever. I'm annoyed but still looking for an uptrend to gain traction soon. C'mon FFGO!! Do something!!!
A couple bets for tomorrow:
1.) Whether or not we'll hear tomorrow that FFGO has actually closed on these transactions we've been hearing about (or whether FFGO "anticipates that it will be finalizing the formalization of these transactions in the very near term future and will advise shareholders promptly....")
2.) Whether or not FFGO will trade all day tomorrow at .0001 and will blip up to .0002 at the end of the day.
All day at .0001. End of day blip up to .0002.
I'll check him out tomorrow. My brain is fried now.
Damn, that was fast. Are you the private Texas investor who bought Chang's thangs? Frankly, I just want to make money here. I don't care if any of the players had different conflicts in the past. Everyone has conflicts in the course of making $$. I'd love for FFGO to start flying. Still, I like digging into the background a bit.
More on the Chang thang.....after going down the rabbit hole even deeper it looks to me like FFGO is basically working with Chang to pick up where Chang left off with a company called "Global Vision Holdings, Inc." Global Vision was Pinksheets and is now dead (GVHL). It looks like Chang sold the majority of his interest to yet another Pinksheets called Esprit Financial Group, Inc. (EFGO). Then EFGO sold its interest in GVHL to a privately held company in Texas. This is what I skimmed from the internet in an hour. I'm sure the rabbit hole goes much deeper. Basic take away - looks to me like this whole business that FFGO is getting into with debit cards, etc. was a Chang business for years prior. Chang tried working his magic with another company (EFGO) and it didn't work for whatever reason. Now EFGO is seriously pissed off at Chang - by the looks of the link in my previous post. Then Chang resurfaces at our beloved FFGO to run the same basic business model. This is all just stuff I pulled from the net. I can't keep track of all this. My head is spinning. All of this is just my opinion only based on stuff I pulled from the net in a Google searching spree.
Mr. Jack Chang?? One player I had a hard time finding on the internet was Jack Chang. Just found something I think. Lord, please tell me this is not the same Jack Chang made reference to below.

(I'm beginning to feel like the guy who is being cheated on by his woman and knows it, but keeps denying the obvious hoping she will stop her behavior.)
Guess again. That "address" is merely a MailBoxes, Etc. drop off box. The suite number indicates to MailBoxes, Etc. the name of the customer. Typed the address into Google.
I agree with you, but I really would think that the PPS should have moved ALREADY in anticipation of all this stuff happening.
At least the volume today was solid. Shows there is still interest in shares. I guess some are buying in anticipation of the forthcoming PR. I'm holding steady with what I've got until we see some movement in the price. If there is no price movement after this "big news" then I think we can make some assumptions about where things are headed IMO.
Great, now tomorrow we'll be at .0001 all day!
Quick, somebody buy at .0003! Just a few shares. Please.
Does it really matter?
Gee, I wonder if FFGO will trade all day at .0001 and then artificially get blipped up to .0002 at the end of today....like every other day in recent memory and then trade all day tomorrow at .0001 and then.... Wait, who was that guy in mythology who had to roll the big rock up the hill again and again for eternity?
Ughhh. Now this is getting frustrating.
Yep. That appears to be our problem here.
I'm afraid I would have to agree (absent some other clarification from the company). There is no other explanation in my mind for how we can have such high volume and buying and no movement in the share price. It seems like it does not even matter how many shares people buy, the price just won't move. We had a day the other week with volume over 1 billion with no budge in share price. It is not trading like a stock with a 2.3 billion float (and I've traded a few in that range). All my opinion.
Exactly my point. My fear is that a good chunk of these 5 trillion shares have been released into the open market since the last filings indicating what the float was in January. I would love it if we still "only" have 2.3 billion non-restricted and actively trading now. If so, we might see 2 or 3 Cents IMO based on similar share structures I've previously traded.
Yeah, that 5 TRILLION is one fact that bugs me. That was pre-reverse split though right? Still, I think that the R/S only impacted shares that were issued and outstanding (held by actual shareholders at the time). So the 5 TRILLION refers to shares that are AUTHORIZED to be issued by the company. If I'm right (not sure), this means that FFGO still has the authority to create and dump trillions and trillions of shares on the market. Unless they amend their charter, this 5 trillion is going to bug me. I'm mostly concerned that between 1/29/08 (when we knew exactly how many shares were in the float) and now, tons of additional shares have been dumped to the market. How many?? Nobody will know until there are additional SEC filings. All my opinion and theorizing of course...
Number of Outstanding Shares Calculation. Here is my best take on the number of shares based on the most recent filings available:
Moneyworx, Inc.: 40,000,000,000 restricted shares 1/29/08 filing
Alan Santini: 1,500,000,000 restricted shares 1/17/08 filing
Jack Chang: 1,500,000,000 restricted shares 1/29/08 filing
Leslie Smiedt: 1,500,000,000 restricted shares 1/29/08 filing
Peter James Bezzano: 500,000,000 restricted shares 1/29/08 filing
Total Restricted Shares Per Above Individual Filings: 45 Billion
Total Shares Indicated in 1/29/08 Filing:
53,400,850,057 shares of common stock issued and outstanding
51,020,961,077 of these shares are restricted common shares under Rule 144 (Remaining restricted shares not noted above appear to have been issued as payment for various professional fees).
Rule 144: Restricted securities must be held for 1 year and a filing must be made with SEC upon placing order to sell. See: http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Non-restricted common shares issued and outstanding as of 1/29/08 filing: 2,379,888,980 (These are the shares that we are all trading right now. Are there more shares out there? I don’t know. This is based on the 1/29/08 information.)
Again, this is my "as-is" best take based on available information. I am not a securities lawyer so do your own DD!
Area code 954 is Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area. Seems to be a Florida nexus to this company's operations. Maybe they hired a PR firm down there.
Nice. A reference to QBID. Gotta' respect that! I still have a few shares of the company it morphed into after QBID died. Now QBID was junk - but you still made money on it. There is a lesson there somewhere...
Nice updates on the last PR progress! Thanks.
Well, I am relatively new to FFGO and have not lost any money. I have hopes for FFGO. I would suggest that any of the "old timers" here who lost should just SELL to me whatever they still own at .0001 and go invest in something else. If you and others have no faith or hopes for FFGO, why are you still here? Why would you still own shares?
IMO the reason the PPS has not gone up (for now) is two part: First, there are a lot of shares out there. Nobody seems to be 100% sure how many right now. When there are tons of issued shares it take massive positive volume to move a stock up. Second, I think there are a lot of people playing the buy at .0001/sell at .0002 game or maybe short sell at .0002/buy at .0001 game? This should change soon IMO once FFGO gets some traction and aggressive buying swamps the little game players here. All my opinion.
I tend to agree. This law firm is small but looks pretty sophisticated and legit.
Yes, I agree. ALL opinions are needed here. I have personally studied the history quite a bit and have dug up some new stuff for the board in the past month or two. I STILL think that this thing is ready to go up (even knowing what I know about the past). Even if only 25% of what the company says comes to fruition, this stock should not be trading at .0001 IMO. Let it roll!!!
I bought some more today. Sounds like next week or two is the time we need to watch for FFGO to get traction and start to head up. If they can't turn all of these business deals into a better share price for shareholders now, then I don't know when it will happen. I just have a feeling this thing may start to climb. All my opinion of course.
This has been going on for a couple days...tons of .0001's all day then a quick blip up to .0002 at end of day. At least the .0002's are sticking now and then!
Thank you! It seems like any time anyone has anything positive or even hopeful to say they get slammed on this board.
You are right from a rational standpoint. However.....every issue of Forbes magazine makes note of a company that has no money, no viable product, a history of shame and 5 different company names in the past 2 years that somehow went up 80,000% in the past month. Crazy things do happen every now and then. In other words, sometimes a child's wagon actually DOES turn into a Rolls Royce in the blink of an eye.
Pris, you raise a very interesting point that I have also been considering. If we all just BELIEVE! If we ALL get together and decide to treat this as simply a very liquid (for now) trading vehicle this thing could really get rolling up. Of course it is impossible to get consensus on such matters. I keep hoping that one day FFGO will get traction. It might. Right now it is spinning wheels and tons of black smoke is spewing out.
Nice to see some more new people here. Maybe this thing can get out of the .0001/.0002 pit after all?? The big question is how many shares are out there being traded right now. I do not believe it is only 2.5 billion non-restricted bouncing around. You're telling me HALF of the issued and outstanding non-restricted got turned over TODAY? No way possible IMO. I'm worried about massive dilution followed by a massive reverse split and watered down with some simultaneous "positive" PR to try to make us feel better about getting completely shafted. Be very careful here folks. Think positive.....but be very careful with your $$ on this one now. This insane volume is a red flag. All my opinion of course.
Okay, there is simply no way the issued and outstanding shares can still be around 2.5 billion with a daily volume like this. Must be more like 10-15 billion out there IMO.
