You have my word and can mark this post. $.20 = $100 or a steak dinner if you happen to be in TO.
Diversion of product to the black market / dospensaries
I like how she stresses the ACMPR is as written is a temporary solution to satisfy access. The writing is on the wall. They are working ringer pharmacies involved.
It went from edibles conglomerate to part partner in a new dispensary. It's something though. Let's see dem revs.
DG can sell services, but not the MJ.
You are very much correct. You may not SELL cannabis in any way shape or form unless you are an LP.
A DG can certainly charge the person they are growing for, for their services, but not for the medication itself.
Order 12962- on 2016.08.15 @ 5pm
Just got off the phone with care team at tweed.
Huge crop of Bakerstreet coming end of month.
Fall/winter, DNA genetics strains. 6-12 new ones, MASSIVE crops. The buildout will be paying off. From 180k sqft to 600k sqft growing space will allow for bigger crops.
It's down $0.02 on the Canadian side. That's not to say there's any problem.
Market loves this dispensary eh. Down 12.5% on eat.
Told you to watch for this 1.5 pullback. I think it will bottom though... 1.47-1.53
Guy... He said he'd support you. He'll sell you everything you need. He's not thrilled about it, but he'll sell you seeds/clones and you can either do it at home, or rent some space from tweed to do it.
Why would Kirk and John, defence attorneys, take Tweed to court for helping people grow pot? Isn't that their whole campaign? Smh
I'm of the same belief. One of those bottles goes a long way.
Hey Yoda... How do I find these statements by the Emery's you guys are referring to?
Who is everyone? You are reading crap from activists with a clear agenda. Do some DD.
I'll do it for you.
Lift Cannabis Reviews on Tweed. Doing pretty darn good.

Oh I know. It's more amusing not correcting him
DNA genetics must suck eh.
Well, I can tell you personally that it's among the top 3 I've ever used or seen. Including dozens of coffee shops in Amsterdam.
Where do you get that "tweed genetics are the worst in the field". Can you substantiate that? And no, I don't need to see Facebook posts from die hard activists.
Meh, CGC is absorbing it pretty good IMO.
Of course they were.
HC statement clearly said right at the bottom that there are more changes to come.
That's cause you're not reading... It's right here, in writing for you.
And a DG cannot have been convicted of a drug offence for 10yrs.
If an individual chooses to designate another individual to produce a limited amount of cannabis for him/her, he/she must submit an application to register with Health Canada (similar to if the individual was to produce it him/herself, but with information from the designated person). An original medical document from the health care practitioner and a declaration by the designated person, including information such as the location of where cannabis will be produced and stored, must be provided. The designated person must include a document issued by a Canadian police force proving the individual has not been convicted or received a sentence for a designated drug offence within the 10 previous years. A designated person can only produce for a maximum of two individuals including him/herself.

Dispensaries won't have a supply once the injunction is lifted.
This isn't "great" for LPs but it's not bad really.
They will be supplying materials for grows. As well, more changes will be coming to allow for Pharmacies.
Both!
Anyone can grow now who has an authorization. Anyone. As long as they go through the process.
That's exactly what it means.
Not sure why anyone doesn't understand this.
The injunction was put into place for this whole thing to play out in court. It did, the judge made a ruling. He gave HC time to figure it out. He let the injunction stay until they got it sorted out. It's now been sorted out and the injunction will get lifted when HC can handle the applications.
They said right at the bottom, more changes coming.
They just wanted to satisfy the court. This injunction will be gone though. This deals with the injunction in full.
Yep, however, the injunction was in place to allow for the court case. Subsequently, the injunction was extended until HC addressed the issues that were challenged.
The injunction will be dropped as HC has satisfied the court orders for access. I don't believe it'll be around much longer.
They aren't done. They just needed to meet the deadline. Pharmacies are next.
Is Health Canada contemplating other changes? What do these regulations mean in terms of the Government’s commitment to legalize, strictly regulate and restrict access to marijuana?
These regulations provide an immediate solution that is necessary to address the issue of reasonable access identified by the Federal Court within the six month deadline that the Court provided. These changes should not be interpreted as being the longer-term plan for the regulation of access to cannabis for medical purposes, which is presently being determined as part of the Government’s commitment to legalize, strictly regulate and restrict access to marijuana.
These new regulations will continue to be evaluated to ensure that individuals authorized to access cannabis for their own medical purposes have reasonable access. Health Canada is also committed to studying other models, including pharmacy distribution, to provide access to cannabis for medical purposes
No...
The current injunction is untouched. Those covered can still grow as much as they were before.
Now, HC will seek to have the injunction removed now that they have satisfied the access barrier.
Moving forward, people can grow a limited amount or have a DG grow a limited amount. Starting materials must come from a LP.
It's not unclear at all.
Only those covered by the injunction. If they change address, gone.
Anyone home growing has to get starting supplies from LPs!!!!!!
HUGE
What does this mean for Licensed Producers (LP)?
The 34 Licensed Producers across Canada, which are currently supplying close to 70,000 Canadians, are expected to continue to be the main source of safe, quality-controlled cannabis for medical purposes. In addition to continuing to provide access to dried or fresh marijuana or cannabis oil, these licensed producers will now also be the only legal source of starting materials (seeds or plants) and interim supply to individuals who are registered with Health Canada to produce or who have designated someone to produce for them, a limited amount of cannabis for their own medical purposes
Oh for sure. I can see he's quite popular, but how would he get all this and why would he leak it. Doesn't make sense.
So I read his tweets... Doesn't say where he's getting this.
How do I find this? Who is this guy?
Speculative garbage post will zero basis
So more like complete speculation that we've all been saying for months? lol
Extension, pharmacies, home grows. Same "rumours" as always. Unless you want to provide a source
Holy crap... It's here
