So I spoke with Jennifer, because she didn't want to give info over the phone about Mekonza Corp. She said that she doesn't work directly with them, but she can put in a formal inquiry to cantho seafood to investigate for us, but we need to get all of our questions together. It is more looking like the are involved in customs brokerage than import/export to fill orders (this is what she expects them to be). And I apologize, Rich, she is the owner of the company, and Allen works specifically in the department that handles it, but she says no actual monetary transactions occur between Piazza and Mekonza. So I am going to ask some more details for her to forward to the Vietnamese contact she uses, so she might be able to get the full capacity in which they work. They might, however, have facilities that they work in conjunction with others. Any other questions anybody can think to ask of Mekonza besides what they actually do for the company she orders from?

I think this is actually going to ride like a roller coaster until this is all paid out. Anybody catch how much time the tranches of stock are supposed to be issued over? I don't know if they have made that information public yet.

I can't imagine that this settlement wasn't done without preparation. Everybody is so worried about PPS dropping, but I am betting something has already been planned for another PR soon. That is the only way it makes sense for them to do this now, instead of waiting. It is going to be in AQUM's best interest to keep their share price pegged into the highest position they can (as has been said many a time, I am sure). So I am betting on 3Q statements and hopefully revenue projections for current contracts. I am guessing as soon as tomorrow morning, but almost positive by the end of the week. I will continue to load for as cheap as y'all will let me. :) Lol

The address issue is strange, but the fact is all of these subsidiaries still exist. One of them has plenty of proof of record of import, and is the subsidiary that they claim is making the most of their money. The existence of a dispensary is inconsequential, because they only claim to own collectives and this does not mean they sell their own products. Even if they did, this portion of the company still must remain nonprofit until legalization. The company has value.

I would still warn anybody against investing everything in one stock. The company has value, but there are still any number of other things that can cause the price to change (bashers or inaccurate information).

Because I have never tried to misrepresent the information that I have found aside from what it is. I am not trying to misrepresent what was actually said in any way. I sent that email out, though. Oh, and please people, don't everybody start bombarding these poor people. Wait until I have gotten a response at least. There is no reason for anybody to upset these people like the others at Brook Hollow. Too many people calling with questions not directly related to their normal business can get considerably obnoxious.

Some of those other "scammed" ticker symbols are companies that are doing seemingly well, and have audited financial statements. Is that a serious question? Depends on what the offers are for the company. They would be able gain more liquid capital and reinvest in other acquisitions immediately, instead of waiting on Mekonza to make the money for them to do so. If another buyer can trim some of the overhead that Mekonza has, then they stand to make much more money with an established $11M revenue stream. LATF would be rather foolish not to seriously entertain any offers that are made (as long as they are feasible).

The revenues are coming from Mekonza. That business definitely exists, and is making money. Bills of lading + confirmation with business partners + financial statements = REAL COMPANY!

Calling and talking to people that they are in business with and double checking is called DD. You should try doing that. You will find that they actually exist! The articles of incorporation for all subsidiaries exist, as well.

My theory on the MMJ: If they are making products, they aren't putting too much effort into it, because they are NONPROFIT enterprises still, until it is made legal in California. Yup, today was that pay date, everybody that was entitled to the dividend should have gotten their shares today.

Lol. What's the percentage difference (w/ closing price), from what you should have, if you don't mind me asking? Even if the record date was today, though, how long until regen shares are even available? That percentage difference might give us an approximate valuation of what regen's projected share price is expected to be. That is, only if this were in direct relation to a glitch over the recording of the dividend.

If this glitch occurred because of something to do with the regen shares, then hopefully we will be getting a PR on the record date and hopefully some more progress updates very soon.

Wow, very little buying activity today in this stock. This an incredible amount of sell offs compared to the recent activity.

Have you been reading up on some of what greenwire is also doing, and their B&R telephone company getting new contracts for voice and data remodel contracts has also been building? They are usually just written in as footnotes to these larger PR's about 90 sites for a Tier 1 carrier, and the service agreement with the owner of the Stripes convenience stores representing even larger sources of income. Technically, we can only guess until the company releases revenue projections, or some sort of valuation of these contracts. I am pretty sure, though, that they are going to burn up any debt and COGS pretty quickly, and that should be in line to lower, as data and service agreement contracts are executed for extended periods of time. AQUM did the correct thing in their chosen changes in industry in this last year, IMHO, and I think we are looking at something that is valued at a very small fraction of what it is actually worth, again IMHO. I can only hope my suspicions are soon confirmed.
