Are these agreements for restricted shares turning into common shares usually subject to change on a material event? For example, would they able to amend the agreement if they did a R/S 100 to 1? If they can't, that makes our dividend very attractive in that scenario

In your example, you get 2000 Pref C shares. What you are missing is this:

The Preferred "C" shares are convertible into 100 shares of class "A" common after the one year period elapses.

Which then gives you 20,000 shares after the restriction. A full 20% as stated

So, after another crazy week in the world of PEII, does anyone have any theories on what happens next? It's my opinion that you don't see huge bids being filled like we did today without a run coming. I'm not sure where it can run to at this point but I'm thinking 0.005 and beyond should be easy.

Also, as has been speculated here, the dumping has already been enough to fund their liabilities for a year so what happens about the S1 and when does this stop? I've predicted it to stop a few times so I'll hold back on conjecture this time but it feels like something will happen next week.

True. Usually one of those signs that a run is coming because big money loaded up low and a sign that the dumping is done. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a run on Monday.

Dumping has stopped after some pretty hefty purchases. VFIN and VNDM moved away and now just NITE and CSTI left which may well be day traders looking for a few ticks on what they just bought.

I take your point because I was trading on XUII last year too. I didn't like the look of it near the end so I pulled out with a small profit. APS pumps were fun in a way but very dangerous to get stuck in. My radar went up when it became apparent that French Montana was not advertising the concert they were claiming to be hosting live.

This is a whole new management and no APS this time so I wouldn't make a comparison. Even the levels we are playing here and the share structure are completely different.

That will hopefully be the case. If they have a lot more to sort out though, they may delay. There is no fixed timing on pink, they just would lose current until they get back on track.

Why do you think that? Usually when someone buys a big chunk, they then dump it and slow down progress. If you mean that it implies the s/s, I don't think it does, they base it on the last filing I believe.

We'll see. There's a lot of buying power here still believing they can make a profit from significant buys in this range so my gut tells me better times are coming.

Could be a good thing. If they've already raised enough for their yearly deficit, the dilution will stop and we'll stabilize. He'll still want to stay on the QB and the S1 provides further capital if required in the future.

I do hope this stabilizes soon and we get a run.

News Looks like just an addition to the previous filing to add the letter from the old accountant to say that they agree. Looks like they have a lot of cleaning house done and to do. This will continue to be interesting for a long while.

It's unusual, someone with ethics on the OTC! lol. They need to be very careful considering what just happened with the previous CEO, I'd say we'll maybe have to wait longer than with fluff stocks on here because this one is for real. When it does come, it's going to move the stock dramatically imo for the same reasons.

I don't think we are without hope yet. They've returned to be current and I reckon this board and volume will come alive when they release some news on franchising. I'm thinking within 2 weeks imo.
