I'm going to be tied up for the rest of the week..can someone or several people contact Mark and see why the stock has taken a big beating? It usually happens for a couple of reasons (if not many more reasons)...is it that some of the debt is due and they are paying back with cheap shares? Or, is it market making? Those would be good to ask...I'm betting it is that some creditors are wanting to get paid...if that is the case, how will that affect the quarter's financial results? Thanks any and all who inquire about our company!
New News out Today...I'm not too excited about it because it seems SFOR has already been offering the products in the past and would sell a "bundle" if the trunk was already open (so to speak). What does everyone else think?
Some advice please - I am new to your board. Why do most people that post here like TGWI? I haven't seen any financials anywhere, and do you feel this is a highly speculative stock? Any good or bad info is appreciated. Thank you!
Trucuzzn...do you think SFOR is in better shape financially/as a whole this year than last year? I found it interesting that on the last Webex/call, that deals were talked about, but nothing was said about the debt that SFOR has and needs to pay back. Your thoughts...anyone else's thoughts?
Where did you hear of a 30 to 1 split?
You are the only one that seemed to care about what is going on, because you are the only one that replied to my post. However, I don't understand why anyone wouldn't call in/keep in touch with SFOR about what is going on. It is the shareholder's company too, and shareholders have a right to question the officers of the company. Of course, they can only give so much information (you can believe what you want to believe). So, is anyone else going to make the call? Sillywog, I will post what I heard next week - I would like to see if anyone else calls in and see if what we were told matches. Fellow shareholders, make the call to SFOR and talk to Mark!!!
Has anyone spoken to Mark Kay lately? I mean, actually called him to see what he thinks is going on in a positive and negative nature? I have! I encourage 2 or 3 other people to call him and let's compare the message. Anyone up for it? I think you will see why things are going the way they are lately, plus, hear some interesting things too.
Scot...I NOW think you are more right than wrong about SFOR. If anyone takes a close look at the Registration Statement that was disclosed on 09/07, it pretty much states that management NEEDS additional funding to continue operations...IMO, SFOR is hanging on by a thread. SFOR is delinquent with way more money than they are taking in. It sounds like if one or more of the lenders wants their money in the near future, it will have a negative impact on the company. Obtaining cash right now seems very important, and if they don't get it - it will bad for shareholders. What I just mentioned was my interpretation, but take a look for yourself. On the flip side, if SFOR gets funding, and one very big event (a lawsuit win or product by out, etc), there could be hope...the questions is, which will (or will not) happen first? Hoping for good things for SFOR, but VERY risky right now (IMO).
Was the video/speaking engagement on July 2012? Who attended the event, and has Kay raised any of the $300k he was asking for?
Need several individuals advice...I haven't been tracking SFOR very close in over a month, is SFOR on target for hitting its revenue target of $1M+ for the year? Any disturbing things going on with SFOR lately? -Thanks!!!
Very good point Buzz that the Q was not filed late. It was even stated last Q that it was filed late because it would affect the company (financially). With that said, it sounds like there's a few bucks for operating now.
Last I was told/understood (two weeks ago) SFOR is using General Patent http://www.generalpatent.com/ to help defend the patent on a contingency basis. General Patent is not an attorney(s), it is a very successful organization and they win a lot!
Thanks for the info Ren!!!
Great question for Mark Kay. Would have to be specific such as "sold" over what period of time, average cost, etc. If it doesn't add up, then we should demand valid answers.
As you said about 20 or so posts ago, there are people that are pro and con with SFOR...just asking a guy who is pro SFOR what he thinks the potential is. He responded with what he thinks...and that is what this board is all about (pro and con comments). Of course, there is going to be winners and loosers with SFOR...guess everyone should take your advice and sell off ALL of their shares (unlike your method of holding on until the stock tanks 80+ percent and then becoming an advocate for everyone else). Good luck to you Scot (and all the rest of the cons) and to all of the pros.
Ever think we will see 50 cents or a buck in 6 months to a year and a half?
The numbers over the next quarters will mean a lot...they should be good.
I really hope so...it should be an exciting 6 months ahead!
Did you try to verify with TradeHarbor to see if it is legit? What did you think of the trading day today for SFOR (volume, share price, etc?)
Dounome...were you the one that said that SFOR had a good base started in the first quarter? The reoccuring revenue sounds very good.
News out today!
Good point about pro and con positions on SFOR. You are probably the most persistant holder of SFOR there is. Out of 1-100%, how much of a percentage do you believe SFOR will be in business one year from now?
Buzz, if you think .003 is an attractive entry point, where do you think SFOR will go in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 24 months from there?
I don't know of anyone that stays with something that they HATE so much, but here you are with YOUR money still in SFOR stock and yet you keep spending your TIME with dealing with SFOR. It doesn't add up? Most people run from SCAMS but you keep hanging around. It just doesn't add up!
I figured you would say just that...however, as a shareholder, don't you think it is prudent to see what he has to say from time-to-time and decipher what is truth or not the truth? And, if you say there is nothing good coming out of his mouth, then why are you a shareholder at all? Why would you let the value of your shares dwindle down further as you think it will? Doesn't make sense at all. Therefore, I am convinced you are the occassional dumper and are picking up shares on the dips.
Anyone talk to Mark Kay lately to see if any deals have inked or any updates of any kind?
I bet you are right on this one Scotland...you dumper! Just kidding!!! It was darn close to your projection today and I think it will go to less than a half. Even better buying opportunities ahead!
Scott...on Friday I tried to buy all day long at different price levels between the bid and ask and not one trade would execute...so yeah, you are right again that I was pumping!
No sellers again today. I'll buy if anyone wants to sell.
Thanks Pope for your kind words...the brokerage firm just now got it figured out. Thank you for your responses!
Yes, that is the current bid and ask (there wasn't one at 6:00 this morming) and my account still shows virtually no money in it even though there is now a bid and ask showing. Until the correct amount of money for the shares I own is restored, I will not be at ease. Anyone else having brokerage account issues or any issues?
ALERT...CHECK YOUR BROKERAGE ACCOUNT...I have a lot of shares of SFOR and my brokerage account this morning went from thousand to just over a hundred bucks in it. The brokerage firm said that the market maker for SFOR has no bid or ask and that might be throwing it off. Zero shares were traded yesterday, but it is freaking me out. Are you guys seeing the same thing with your accounts? The brokerage firm told me that with pink sheets this could happen (I've never had it happen before), and I should call back in after the marketing has been open for 15 minutes if the problem continues. Please let me know either way if you are or are not seeing a problem too. Thank you!!!
Good point!
What is everyone's sentiment about no shares traded today - good, bad, or neutral?
Pope is LifeLock a large competitior...who are they?
Joe...darn, thought it was new. I'm new to SFOR in comparision. You are right that it would be a good piece to distribute on prime TV time slots.
Weird...no volume today. A flat day is better than getting kicked around.
CHECK THIS OUT EVERYONE!!! http://www.guardedid.com/default.aspx
MAKE SURE to Watch the Guarded ID TV Commercial...let me know your comments!!! Thanks!
Buzz...sounds like you are short or don't have any shares because it sounds as if a reverse split will occur...are you in or out of SFOR shares? If you still have them, why do you have them if you are short?
Silly and Buzz, don't you think if a true sell off was happening that MUCH more than the 3 million shares would have already been traded? 3M shares = approx $18,000 of funds trading hands. That is PEANUTS!!! There are shareholders out there (probably not on this board) that have many times $18,000 invested in SFOR. If we don't have a huge sell off at the close or open in the morning, I am LONG on SFOR more than ever!!!
Silly, I don't have access right now to charts...where are you seeing 4.5 to 1 at? Do you suppose SFOR mgmt is selling off shares to get cash? Could it be market makers? Could it be an institutional investor buying blocks?
