The disgusting part for shareholders of original dividend date were forced to wait..One month later the relentless selling never stops. The whole time Henry does not say anything.. including the increase to Share structure.. what a mess to say the least.. This is by far one of the worst I have ever seen..

Oh I know...This is a mess to say the least..I just want clarity here ..Henry has issued nothing but fluff PR'S nothing about GILDEX or this so called "big deals" that are on the table...every shareholder here invested and put trust in this company and Henry to do what he said he would do.. Where's the transparency ??

Where is Henry the CEO? This is B.S.. As a shareholder I am pissed .. Henry knew that he was going to increase the share structure and extended the dividend date!! If I don't hear something soon I will be up his ass bigtime!!! This is not a threat but a promise!!!

I agree 1000% Henry extended the spinoff date and in the same time period increased the share structure to dilute the share price at the shareholders expense..no joke.. He better say something this week or like we all know.. all faith will be lost in him and this company.. as you said.. If anyone has any contact with Henry I'll be more than happy to scream at him!!!

Henry should come clean and give shareholders some transparency.. this is total B.S..
