Walrus,
I read your post on CHS being a good fit for solid state batteries this morning. I wonder how long it'll be for the auto industry to take notice of Coretec's CHS silicon. I assume that the CEO rubbed elbows with auto companies at the battery conference last year. Hopefully the auto companies signed NDA's for the test batches. Management will update investors once contracts are signed with numerous companies. I'm sure that management is working on the manufacturing process of the CHS. I don't know how complicated that process will be at this point. Positive signs are Victor's buying shares. Plus the hiring of the engineer. This tells me that Geleste has processed a high quality of CHS. Hopefully the CHS batches have been shipped out to the customers. So in my humble opinion, great news is on the horizon. I plan on buying more shares next week. Hopefully at .07 cents.....
Walrus,
Could you speculate on share price once contracts are signed with the customers?
Walrus,
Will there be a update on the CHS test batches in the next 10K? It's been 6months since last update on the CHS test batches. I'm hopeful that the CHS test batches were shipped to the customers months ago.
Walrus,
Surely the CHS test batches were shipped to the customers by now. For Victor & private investor wouldn't have bought millions of shares. Hopefully contract news will come soon. Currently, no other company has CHS silicon. That's Coretec's ace card. Once news is out, this penny stock is going to soar high! You're right about this is a great time to buy!
Walrus,
I'm taking a leap of faith. I bought 1000 more shares of Coretec. I believe that positive news is on the horizon. Coretec's silence maybe golden.
Walrus,
Well it has been 6months since last update on the CHS test batches. I'm hoping that the CHS test batches were shipped to the customers in August. So hopefully we will have news on the CHS test batches soon. I haven't received a response to my text to the CEO. At least he knows that investors need an update.
Walrus,
I sent a text to the CEO. Asking when there will be a investors update. Hopefully he will respond to my text. If not, then I will try to call him.
Walrus, I'll buy more shares once updated on the CHS test batches for the customers. I feel that there will be time for buying shares after the update. I know that it takes time to process & sell a new product. Yet management needs to update investors at this point. I'll continue to hold my shares. Sooner or later, management will update investors.
Walrus,
How long would it take for Coretec to obtain materials for CHS? I'm assuming that Coretec would be responsible for the materials to Geleste. I agree that the stock is undervalued. That it would only take a little good news for a share price increase. I would like to know the business plans for CHS. Will Coretec continue to use Geleste for processing the CHS test batches. Or will Coretec process the CHS in the future. Who knows at this point. We need a update from the CEO. It's been 6months since the last investors call. I'm thinking on calling the CEO again.
Walrus, those are great points. I'm just wondering what's the path for manufacturing the CHS. I'm sure there's a business plan in place. We need a update from the CEO. BTW, it was amazing to see a Tesla convertible in space on the spacex rocket! I wish that Coretec's silicone was on board in the vehicle battery! It could happen in the future though!
Walrus, Will there be any information on the CHS test batches in the 10Q? Also, Will Coretec continue to use Geleste for processing the CHS? I don't see Coretec being able to process it themselves. Plus will Coretec wait for feedback from the customers before obtaining materials for the CHS? How expensive are the materials? Do you see Victor's loan money for the CHS test batches? Hopefully we will have answers soon.
Walrus, what's in the past with 3Dicon is gone with the wind. You are right. Coretec is a new company with new products & management team. I'll breathe a sigh of relief when the CHS test batches are shipped out to the customers. Then I'll add more shares. I'm also hoping for news on c-space.
It will not matter about the PPS or outstanding shares. This stock will soar once the CHS is on the market. That's why you continue to hold your shares. You know there's a possibility of this happening with Coretec. Try being positive instead of negative on Coretec. You'll live longer in the end.
One love,
I consider a insider as one who owns shares. You don't qualify since you have no shares. This is a new product & new management team. A product that competitors don't own. And another thing, the share price hasn't dropped into sub penny land. I believe you said that prediction.
Razorback,
Yes it's very risky. But Victor has insider information. So I see this as a positive sign for Coretec. Once the CHS test batches are shipped out, revenue & contracts will come. Once word gets out about Coretec's CHS, this stock will soar even more. CEO was excited about the CHS in the last investors call. He knows that CHS is their goldmine. No competition & superior silicone equals money!
Braves,
Welcome back. Right now investors are waiting patiently for any news on the CHS silicone test batches. They were supposed to have been processed in August by Geleste. Then shipped out to the customers . But so far no news. Coretec did receive a loan from a private investor for $750,000. Some are viewing that as a positive sign. Coretec's silicone is a good fit for solid state & lithium batteries. This could be huge for the auto industry. But Coretec is looking at 1-2 years before receiving contracts & revenue. For the customers test the CHS test batches for 6 months. Then it'll be another 6-18 before incorporating silicone into the customers products. Currently Coretec holds the only patents for CHS . So I think you've made a good decision to buy this stock.
Walrus,
That's very exciting! My continued concern is the processing of the CHS test batches. I wonder if Geleste would announce the processing of the new CHS. Coretec needs to get the formula right. Once that's done, then everything else will work out in the end.
Come on Coretec, we need an update!
Walrus,
I believe that is why the CEO stated that he was very excited about CHS. He knows the tremendous value of CHS. Coretec must have high quality CHS test batches. Coretec has it's management team in place. Now they need to deliver CHS test batches to the customers.
Walrus, thanks for the information on CHS use in solid state & lithium batteries. Hopefully the CEO will update us on the CHS test batches soon! To be able to use CHS in both batteries is definitely a big plus.
Clonefan,
I don't see Coretec doing anything with c-space. Their main focus is the CHS product. Now with the Fisker battery, that's going to potentially cut into any revenue. I'm seriously considering selling my shares at this point. For any revenue will have to come from solar energy, lighting, & printable electronics. Will that be enough to sustain Coretec? Can they develop c-space? Heck the company doesn't know if c-space even works. At this point the company hasn't yet yielded CHS test batches from Geleste. Plus no news from the CEO.
Walrus, what do you think about the Fisher new battery that charges in 1 minute. It lasts for 500 miles! Coretec has stiff competition!
Selling insider shares will not matter if the CHS test batches are not processed & shipped to the customers! No product no revenue no Coretec!
Walrus, yes Ramirez has a great education and resume. But,Coretec must get the CHS test batches processed and shipped to the customers asap! For this loan $750,000 will not last very long. No other revenue is coming in for Coretec! Plus there are loans due this year! The V.P. said in the last investors call, that a large event would happen by end of 2017. It would change Coretec positively! Well it's 2018. No news on the CHS test batches, no contracts no revenue except for a loan! This management team must prove to investors of progress with the CHS test batches. If they can't, then it will not matter who's is on the management team!
TWA,
I see the loan to Coretec as a potential positive sign for CHS test batches. They must be on the verge of processing great CHS test batches. Otherwise Victor & private investor wouldn't have loaned their money to Coretec. I'm holding my shares too. But if there is no positive news in 2018,I'll consider selling my shares. I've held my shares for 10 years. I've been through 2 reverse splits. So Coretec needs to update investors. If not, then they'll lose investors! Right now I'm invested in Ripple cryptocurrency. It's doing better than the stock market! GLTA
Clonefan,
I'm disappointed that the CEO didn't give investors an update! I stressed to the CEO of the importance of investors updates. Even if there is no news. A kind word goes a long way. Just knowing that the company is working toward the goal of processing of CHS!
TWA,
You are right! The CEO told us that the CHS test batches would be processed by end of August. Now it's a new year & no news!
Happy New year Coretec Investors!
Walrus, investors are tired of the same old dance of no news! Coretec could have put out a PR on the loan from Victor and his friend. Yet no news! 2018 is here & no news! Not even a Happy New Year to the investors! If Coretec keeps this up,a lot more investors will sell their shares! I can't blame them! Happy New Year everyone!
TWA,
Thank you for explaining the complex steps in incorporation of a new silicon into auto makers products.coretec will not receive contracts & revenue overnight. I see the 1st contracts with building materials, energy storage, & printable electronics. It could be years before any contracts with auto makers. Rome wasn't built overnight! But Coretec must develop a great batch of CHS! Otherwise none of this matters!
TWA,
I know that the CHS batches must be of great quality. It was said back in July call that the 1st batch of CHS was disappointing . That told me that the silicon formula had to be tweaked. I'm hoping that Coretec has solved the formula problem. Since Coretec received the loan from Victor & a friend, I'm hoping that it's a sign that the CHS batches are of high quality & ready to be shipped. The biggest hurdle is the processing of CHS batches. I'm sure that once shipped, Coretec will receive many financial doors open to them. Former CEO Doug, told me that Coretec has a quality protocol in place for the CHS batches. Looking forward to a prosperous New Year......
Walrus & TWA,
I'm patiently waiting. But the CEO can do his part by keeping investors updated on the CHS batches. Once the CHS batches are shipped out to the customers, I'll consider buying more shares. But how long will $750000 last for Coretec? They must survive for 2years before receiving any contracts. Plus pay NDSU & loans! We need news! I'm going to try & call the CEO again.
Walrus,
If the company doesn't release a PR on the shipment of CHS to customers, I'm afraid that investors will give up & sell their shares. Coretec must give updates to investors. I stressed that to the CEO. It's been 6 months & no update on the CHS batches. I'll be disappointed if Coretec doesn't give investors an update in the New Year!
Walrus,
I believe that Coretec would have announced the shipment of CHS to customers. I know that Coretec needs the CHS batches to be of great quality. Apparently Gelest hasn't met that quality in the CHS yet. This is the major hurdle for Coretec. So much is riding on the CHS batches. So we need to relax and enjoy the holidays....
Clonefan,
None of us have a crystal ball on management selling their shares. I wish the best for Mr. Anderson. I'm sure that everyone can relate to the impact of medical bills. But who knows,Mr. Anderson may very well hold his shares.
Walrus, if the CHS batches were shipped, then the cost of processing them would have been on the last 10Q. This leads me to think that there maybe a problem with the CHS formula. I don't think that investors will receive an update until next year. However, im hopeful that the CHS batches will be processed next year.
Clonefan,
I as well as others have asked for an update from the CEO. You can demand an update. But in the end ,it's up to the CEO to put out a PR update. I don't see a update happening until 2018. Relax & enjoy the holidays.
Walrus,
For Tozer & Victor To loan money, Coretec must be close to completion of the CHS testing batches. We may get a update in January. How long can Coretec survive with this loan?
Walrus & Metamaterial,
Thanks for the information on the float. I truly believe that Coretec can be prosperous with the CHS. I'm waiting patiently for news of company progress with CHS.
Walrus,
How can 20 million shares not affect the float? Why didn't Coretec explain this situation in a PR? I'm a new investor learning as I go along. I understand that the shares sold helps the company financially. But long term how will it affect the investors? I'm glad that they didn't have to take out another loan from Golden State. So I'm assuming that Coretec is progressing with the CHS batches. It would be nice to have an update by the CEO before the new year.
