Maybe because if they leave a million bottles of pills out in the elements they might get stolen or ruined?
Keep fighting the Good Fight, Nasdaq2020!
Thank you!
He just gifted his son millionairedom. Pretty cool.
Until he sells the shell of KEYO and/or deregisters his and our shares, he is not finished.
If you believe he is done with KEYO, then your decision not to invest is easy.
Wilma, I am just opening up the discussion. Blackberry, Celgene, the Kuwaiti group have all invested in Nanthealth right? So they will most likely have chunks of Nanthealth securities when Nanthealth goes public. I don't see these types of "partnerships" as a reason to "merge" is all I am saying.
For the sake of discussion...Why would Dr. Soon-Shiong merge Nanthealth with Celgene? Why would Celgene merge with Nantheatlh? I can't see the the doctor giving up his dream to a pharmaceutical company(selling Abraxane to them gave him the capital to FUND his dream), and I can't see a very successful pharmaceutical company giving up their name and changing their mission. It just doesn't make sense to me.
He has stated he will take Nanthealth public. If he were planning an IPO, that knowlege would be public close to a year prior to launch. It COULD still happen down the road, but it hasn't yet.
And for the record, I don't want to pump this symbol. I would never try to talk anyone into putting money into something so speculative. But there is no "sitting on the fence" here. One puts in their money and takes a gamble, or one doesn't.
Excellent post. Your logical thought process is compelling.
Dr. Soon-Shiong has purchased or bought a portion of over 60 companies the past few years. He also has a bunch of Nant LLCs. As far as I have seen, only KEYO is empty with the good doctor in control, not to mention millions in future tax breaks should he choose to use it.
I have easily lost as much money the past few months investing in reverse merger plays that didn't pan out. And I KNOW the guy with the most shares in KEYO is NOT a crook. THIS is a lottery ticket I am willing to chance.
I totally forgot about Barbara Ellison. Does anyone know how her pay is structured? Is she receiving shares? I hope so. We need everyone incentivized.
Hey Mazeppa,
I apologize if I came off critical or harsh in my response to you. I am limited to one per day, so I was looking for something to respond to (in which I might have SOMETHING to say). I enjoy your posts. For the record, I do not believe that investing in ELTP is without risk. As far as a pharma that will be dependent upon FDA approval for their "homerun" portfolio, I DO believe the risk-side is low.
As far as market makers... well do a Google search. Here is a Seeking Alpha article that contains some good links within it (including Jim Cramer). http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/2918951-g-hudson/1026551-how-the-big-players-manipulate-the-stock-market
The way I see it, if one had a 99% chance of NOT getting caught picking up a bag of money sitting open on the ground, what percentage of people would try to find its rightful owner? The remaining percentage will probably give you a close number on nefarious market makers.
The 2% looking? You and me baby! Foolish? Hmmm....
Mazeppa,
On your first point, the OTC is CROOKLAND. Many market makers are raking in thousands a day with their practices. The longer you hang out here, the more obvious it becomes.
On your second point regarding risk. Yes, the FDA can slaughter a company that fails to get their one-hit wonder approved. But one thing that many don't take into account is this; Elite will be submitting for approval drugs that already have been approved by the FDA. All of the opioids have prior approval AND Naltrexone has prior approval. Also, the two-bead technology has SEVERAL patent approvals by the US Patent Office. EVERYTHING ALREADY HAS GOVERNMENT APPROVAL. Drugs that have an approved patent attached to them have a high approval rate(I don't have the link, but it does exist.) And then of course, is the huge social need.
The MMs are loading in order to sling-shot ELTP. My guess is they will make a killing AGAIN, and then maybe short it and make yet another killing.
10-4 BMT!
Looks like the good doctor is starting to boil the ocean. Let's pray that KEYO is part of his formula.
That's just ME buying.
Looks our doctor is on a buying spree
The best trading advice ever.
Sell when you feel like partying. BUY when you feel like puking.
It goes against human nature, but it will serve you well.
My one post wonder ;-O
PWTC I sold for a loss yesterday, but at least got more than half my money back. Many of these sub-pennies are turning out sketchy.
Offering stock incentives to employees is a sign of a very healthy company.
Enjoy your vacation!
No offense taken. I've been called Heidi Ho since before a ho WAS a HO!
Guys, I wouldn't put much thought into Money Runners. There are dozens of those "companies" sending daily signals out about "low float", "momentum" plays. They buy the stock the day before and dump it within ten minutes of market open. A lot of people get screwed. Not ALL of them are bad calls, but most are.
He was responding to a post I replied to on ELTP. He let a guy have it who is a miserable excuse for a human being. It was deleted, so I think he tracked me down on THIS board. Sorry for the confusion.
Either, P or F, phonetically speaking... is my guess too.... and we can't forget that Mr. Hakim has a scarlet "A" in his heart.

No, I am out of cash. Great call!
I hope you have that sequence correct, Snup. You take care of yourself.
Thank you so much RS!
I am slowly working my way out of some of my plays. Thanks for your support. I DO appreciate it, but have been crazy busy and haven't responded.
You folks seem pretty hot on IACH. I have read some of the board, but I am still not sure what the heck they do. But they actually DO something, right? They invest in ventures? Joe Jackson? That's not "Shoeless Joe" correct? Anyway, I picked up a few shares. Any targets out there?
My targets have become so low I am tickled if I don't sell with a loss. HAH! Yikes, that is pathetic.
I think I have been the only buyer the past few days.
rfwelsh,
There are some brokers who offer this feature. For example, in my Schwab account, I can buy 100,000 shares showing 10,000 share buys at a time and only be charged for one transaction. That is just an example, you can break it up anyway you like. I haven't found this feature with Etrade, but I haven't really looked for it.
WORL seems to have an unlimited number of shares to buy and sell at increments or 2500. It makes me highly suspect that they are second or third party to Big Pharma. My guess is they have been hired by a financial institution that has been hired by a pharmaceutical company that wants to stay on top of Elite.
Purdue must be PISSED.
And girls
Apparently, not your major?
Thoughts on WTMK?
I seem to be blowing money into the wind lately. I am not sure what I should stick with or not.
NBDR is just a shell up for sell?
Gotta LOVE our Science Guys
Happy Fourth Guys!
Tomorrow? Am I missing something?
9 AM Pacific time?
