I feel this must be said since I just received a PM from Niki asking if I received compensation..
I am not getting any compensation from this company or have I been approached by this company or anybody connected to this company or third party to promote or take sides..
I as well as many of you have taken a position based on just the prospects that I feel is worthy and I hope as many of you that we will prevail.

Interesting article on 'Failed To Deliver' Shares A Persistent Issue..
http://www.waydago.com/messageforum/view_topic.php?id=610&forum_id=9
Good Morning,
The agenda of a basher is very clear..They act like their your friend and almost every post is a negative message concerning the current problems with today's issues like dilution or shorting, the NSS issue and others. They continue to badger with repetitive posts on this very same subject matter..They say they own shares, but chances they do not.Why make negative comments on a company that you hold stock in and continuously badger the hell of it.
Now why is she/he here?
I believe the announcement last week or so of the desire of the company to move to a higher exchange and this has also been conveyed to me with my conversation with the company that the higher exchange is their goal..All the press releases on National TV,the hire of Mr.Parliament leaves me to believe there is a consorted effort to prevent a major run in that they may not be able to cover, but be forced by the squeeze before actual events happen.
I think this individual is directly in a working relationship with certain MMs who are tied to hedgefunds that have shorted this issue and they are in need to make a major attempt to reel in these shares before a major move north.
This of course is my opinion, but I believe there is an attempt to manipulate the negative sentiment to cause confusion and disrupt.
I believe she/he is that person..Nothing makes sense that this person owns or has a direct interest other than what I have mentioned above.

Don't assume anything..It doesn't say that they will wait until April..The company stated near or medium term..That can mean anytime, but within 6 months is a reasonable expectation on that statement alone...If the company can stop taking from the A/S column which they can it will be ok,but the way things are going it looks like they enjoy spending shares.
You say "Since reverse splitting is out of the question for the first quarter" No it isn't out of the question.
I'm not saying that they will, but my experience and I'm sure there are others on this board will acknowledge no company will ever directly say when or how..That would be a death sentence for the company. They could do it in January if they elect to.
Florida,
Notice the email mentioned "ImageXpres is not considering any reverse split in the near or medium-term future"
This quote means in the next six months No R/S..Anything outside this period is questionable.

Florida,
Back then, they had 1 billion shares authorized in their vault and at the time they were closing in on that limit in the O/S column. When they reached that limit (of 1 billion) in the O/S column the company was in no position to issue anymore shares. They were maxed out and reason for the spike in the share price..UNLESS!!Then they increased their A/S and what they did and the price tanked..So now they had 1 billion O/S and 2.5 billion share authorized..Meaning any more shares issue will be added to the O/S and taken from the A/S.
So as of yesterday.
They had 1,422,099,302 shares outstanding leaving a balance in the A/S column of 1,077,900,698 minus restricted (look at float) to be used at their discretion..
That's the quick version, but the way they are going with this, you can see that this will be spent before another increase or they stop,or they buy back,or they R/S.
Still this has now turned risky to say the least.
Also, you can't assume that every email sent by the company will hold up..Business climate changes and in my experience company officials never directly say that a R/S isn't in the cards..

Good Morning,
I was in contact late last week with the folks on this issue..They were quicendentally addressing this problem at their weekly meeting among other topics with top management..So I suspect something on this issue in the near term.
However, they are very much aware of it..
I'm confidant that great things will happen with this issue.Of course this is my opinion, but I like this business model and see it as a player in the lending field.

Hi Florida,
Not at this range and the price I'm not sure..I think it will lower to the .0002 to .0003 range and even then I'm concerned that the way the company dilutes, any shareholder equity is really troublesome and is a moot point at this level..If you read my last post,I feel the company on the current track is ignoring any attempt for shareholder value..
As I mentioned,I think that they will blow through the 2 billion share count by the end of November and the whole A/S by year's end..
What you have here is just another pinksheet dilutive JUNK and regardless of the business model you as a shareholder may lose.
The first spike I would bail, you had your chance and most pinksheet issue gets a run and the last run just before the increase was the profit-taking opportunity..You may not get another like that, but it could go to .0006 with the right news..That's about it and I would take it and SELL
These folks are only after their self-interest.
I no longer think this company will ever amount to anything under the current share structure..
Be carefull.
ETIM is still very attractive as well as CHNW.

Hi Florida,
No that is not correct..They have 2.5 billion A/S and can go right into that figure..There is nothing that says they can't.
The way this has been looking since the raised the A/S they are going through an average of 50-70 million shares a week..That is quite a burn rate for shares.
In my opinion a buy is in the range of .0002 to .0003 and this is based on just the way the shares are hitting the market every week..I expect this to happen by the end of November if they continue at the rate they are going..In other words,by the end of this month, I expect 2 billion shares outstanding.
Notice that .0003 gives a market cap of 450K.This figure doesn't seem to change, although we all feel it is undervalued.
So .0005 put this issue at a market cap of 750K
And .001 gives it a market cap of 1.5 million.
If they blow through all 2.5 billion by the end of the year, expect a R/S before spring.Of course they could always raise the A/S,but I don't think so.

ImageXpres with 2,500,000,000 shares authorized.

Cowboy,
I only gave my opinion on the various funding programs that are available..It's not one sided at all..If you want transparency, well I can't help you..I'm not in the company..The points that I gave were simply the most got after packages that pinksheet companies pursue.
I happen to like their 504 overall.
There are many equity financing packages...Yes I know what Angel Investors and many more like them are..I'm a professional trader that has been doing this a long time..How about Regulation D 504, 506 507s all have various degrees, but the company stated that 504s was their source. So I gave my opinion..If this doesn't suit you, well that's fine.
One thing I don't do and that is, I don't whine and feel disgruntled when I made a bad choice just because one assumes that the CEO may have skirted the edges..I move on.
This one will surprise you even though the likes of Niki, who I think is nothing more than a "pissant on a go-cart inside a donut hole" Everything with her posts is repetitive..Do yourself a favor and monitor the board the way it's supposed to be monitored..This one is getting out of control.
From one professional trader to another..
Have a good day
Varok
Good Morning,
I'm still reading that a few are questioning the CEO on his honesty and emails to him are really quite negative about the 504s and if the dilution isn't the company than from where.
The most difficult concern about running a startup public company is the ability or inability to raise capital..Some have questioned the 504s and why they weren't restricted and when this will end.
When the management goes on the road to raise capital their choices are really quite few..First of all, they can go to a financial institution like a bank, but this venue presents problems with respect to collateral and the accounting books..This venue is usually overlooked since the collateral in most case will have management put up their personal property and these financial institutions really consider any startup a risk and demand the company releases their financial records and make demands that isn't always to the best interest of the company..
Than there is the VC means and this almost always would seat an individual or individuals on the board and is usually an outsider with interest only on the money loaned...Necessarily not to best interest of the company's business model and how it gets executed..Usually this method runs contrary to managements ability to implement programs that require board members to vote.
Than you have the 504s..When management is approached by these folks it is these people that have much more say on how the funds get dished out with respect on shares whether they are restricted or not..These lenders generally consider themselves like VC,but their only attachment is making money and not to the best interest of the company as far as the success or failure since most 504s and dutifully so can retail them at their discretion..Having a 504 restricted and forcing the lenders to wait on managements ability to successfully make the company profitable is asking alot especially if the company is a startup regardless of how sound a business model may be.Also, the management is correct when they say they don't know when it ends..These hit the markets when the holder elects and most times these shares are already factored in as the current O/S.
The 504 means of raising capital in my opinion is far better than many other financial lending instruments..These type of loans are outright for equity positions and when the shares have been retailed or sold than it's over and hopefully the company and in this case, ETIM will have been able to successfully use these funds to further exploit their business for generating revenue and brand building and no longer the need to continue this type of financing..
The other type that many of us are very familiar with is the CD instrument..This type of equity financing is tied to the success of the company whereas the company receives funds and in turn allows the holder to take a large equity position with an interest bearing position that on a later day can be converted to common shares..This type, although has the lending owners receiving interest, but dependant on the type;i.e. length, interest amount and number of shares held can become a major problem when and if the holder elects to convert..These shares will overwhelmingly pollute the O/S to a point no matter how successful the company may become, shareholders equity will have been greatly compromised..This is one of the most common lending vehicles that kill companies.
The other is the Toxic type financing..This is usually done through capital lending firms like the most popular is Cornell Capital LLC..This is extremely dilutive and unless you are a savvy trader, these instruments have a tendency to quell and counter press releases or any good news that comes from the company..This type of lending instrument as well can go on forever, since it's a mechanism or piggybank that inevitably never seems to end.
So in my opinion thus far,I am content with the approach with the 504s and hope the company acquired enough funding to get and implement their business where there will no longer be a need to obtain funds, but able to sustain the company on revenue through sales.
In comes Mr Parliament...

Good Morning,
Ok now we have the numbers, but the name calling and derogative comments on the CEO is very disingenuous.
You folks that seem to be on the negative sentiment should just get out.
You must look at the bigger picture and not on the daily ticker and certainly not on the minute by minute diatribe that constantly disrupts these message forums with negative and total lack of real business sense.Companies don't run their businesses on the time restraints of investors.
The overall picture here is still very much on the positive.
Yesterday's pr partnered with distributors to funeral homes.
The pr the day before is on the hire of a COO..This one is the most important and tells the shareholders that by hiring a 500 fortune company to run it's accounting department displays the need to comply and keep the financials in order appears to be a solid step..Give it some time..I'm sure that Mr. Parliament was given the inside financial structure and where the management would like to take the company forward..I'm also pretty sure and damn sure that Mr.Parliament would not have taken this position if the company didn't have a sound business plan. This guy knows numbers and we should all understand that this hire alone supersedes any pr at this time..
Ask yourselves how many of you listen to the disruptive comments and negative postings and acted on them because of your impatience and emotional anxiety you sold only to see the issue make a run..We have all been through this..This company has set on a plan and has given us strong prs and hired a top tier accounting executive with indications of moving to a higher exchange..It is this where you must concentrate on and not the daily ups and downs.

This I wrote earlier and is probably what's going on..Call it dilution or whatever you want, but these shares have been issued under this 504 and has been hitting the markets at the holders discreation. And when he Clint said he didn't approve any 504 then I will take it.
Good Afternoon,
If indeed the company allowed an investor to purchase 504 shares in most cases it is a venue for raising capital through private placement. This rule is considered by many as the perfect answer for the company just starting out that needs to raise less than $1 million, but can't afford to go through the whole SEC registration process. Until they grow to a point where they can afford it, this Rule 504 offers such companies an out:
For example the following probably applies here.
The company has an exemption to raise up to $1 million as well as a non-disclosure criteria..Also there is few solicitation and resale restrictions..This is important since the shares have already factored into the O/S column.the negative of course is that the holder doesn't have his/her shares restricted..
What would be good to know is when and the amount that was tendered by the holder and at what price, since the shares probably are already been issued.
My reasoning is as follows..IMO
So if the private entity gave the company 500K and at the strike price at .002 and the reason I picked .002 is because I read on this thread that Clint didn't or hasn't received funding in over a month so that puts an approximate date at around the first week of September and also volume wasn't really noticeable...This is important since further back the price was in pennies and I hardly believe funding would be in that period just by where we are today.
There is no way in knowing the amount financed but to give you an idea on the 500K at .001 to the .002 range would give the holder around 500 to 250 million shares respectively..Remember these shares have already been factored in the O/S..Also, keep in mind that these shares are being bought by somebody and not MMs accumulating.
Now how much has been retailed is a good question and from the volume in the last month would seem that we are getting close to the end since some days like on 10/16 almost 1 billion shares hit the market and another day 10/23, 672 million hit with lows and highs of day in the .001/ .008 range.
But it depends on the funds given..I just used 500K as an example.
So with that said, once this is behind us and on today's news as well as previous announcements and if the company doesn't raise the A/S we will be in good shape..Question is when will this current 504 end..

Market Makers don't inventory shares or at least to any great quantity..Their job is to provide liquidity and make a market..It's us that will hold the inventory.
Market makers have no idea what this company does or they could care less..They make a market on over 15,000 companies..They have no time to study prs.
Market makers don't wait for prs or react on prs..
Their knowledge of what happens is simply based on pressure..When they get into their trading desks in the morning they see Buys/Asks stacked up..Accordingly, depending on the bulk of orders determins where they lean towards the bid and ask is dependant upon how they work their daily trades..If volume is strong then they will play along.
This morning they were moving the ask on .006..Notice they dropped it pretty quick..However,one needs to stay on the coat-tails of the MMs and understand their mind set.
Example: In the pinksheet arena, everything that happens is because MMs want it to happen..When a company releases a PR the MMs will give us a gift and letting us think that it's a pr that made it run..Yes on the most part it is,because of the pressure (volume)..As soon as when we are all comfortable with the run they give us headfakes and downtrends..Usually occurs mid-morning..It's all in the volume..If it persists, they will continue with a mid-morning drag and then continue to fill at higher levels only to drop it again..Now on occassion if the volume is really heavy and they know this by the inflow of orders that are stacked and we have seen this by end of day trades or daily balancing trades only to hide the real volume during the day. This is them screwing with the charts for the following days to sway undecided or nervous holders..
If trades during the day don't zig-zag but have ups and downs on heavy volume is indicative they have no control and usually makes for a higher close..The third day this usually tappers off unless another pr can continue the run,but in most cases they will continue to drop as flippers and day traders feel the run is over and whalla!Back to the original lows.
Nature of pennies and the MM game play.
Expect this issue to run as well as CHNW..Both are extremely oversold and just one solid pr and we are off..But remember, the substance of the PR must allow us to sustain the higher level or we tank.
It's why we trade in this venue and not really invest..Both of these issue are vaulable for the Free share concept..

This pr this morning is just the start.
I doubt that Mr. Parliament would've come onboard without getting the forward picture on what the company's plans are.
I think that Clint probably has some exciting events lined up as new endorsements and such.
Also, picture this..The company wants to move to a higher exchange and that has certain requirements and I'm certain Mr Parliament has been made aware that this is his sole immediate job description..If he felt that the company couldn't meet the requirements,I doubt he would've taken the job..
Coming from Ford into a pinksheet company is a big deal and even a bigger deal for a Financial guy of his stature. This guy isn't going to take a job with far less and a pinksheet company at that if there wasn't some real potential for growth and making his tenure equally or better involved then he had with Ford.
This is becoming so far a real deal from just today's announcement...
I expect us to be before Thanksgiving trading around .02 give or take a point..I feel certain we will drop a "0" before then.

You need to understand that flippers and day traders don't care about holding or the fundamentals of a pinksheet stock.
These folks view everything in terms of % profit.
If a person bought yesterday 2 million shares at .0038 and sold today at .0055 equals a profit of $3400..This isn't bad for a day's worth of work.
Don't come back and say, well if he/she held for 4-6 weeks they would have made more..

Not if they are NSS shares which I believe is happening here..I know that hedgefunds in offshore accounts have their tenticles all over this issue..
Also check the monthly short position.
Who's selling??
Well, there are certain services rendered from the IT and software development folks that are selling and when shorty and now because of the end of the month, will almost without raising a hair scoop these up without a price increase..It doesn't always happen with the prevailing thought that a spike will get them to cover..Also folks that are disgruntled and not happy with their holdings and decided to move on..
A squeeze only happens when you and I are enticed to force the squeeze buy selling into a volume day and no shares are a bound.lol
As mentioned above not in the last week..
Yeah I know better and is why I bought into this drop..

Now I will chime in on this..
Personally I could care less where people want to put in their buys/sells..This is a moot point.
Reason why we aren't moving is pure and simple..Pressure!!
There is just No pressure (volume).
Today's trading is on low volume compared to the regular daily volume and that allows MM to play whatever game they choose.
There is no reason in the world for this to trade hard today and the MMs played this like they always do.
If for example that we had a pr today the volume would have been strong and the mms wouldn't have been able to hold it down.
Also if buyers came in droves, again with a pr the MMs would have been forced to raise the anty regardless of how many people were sitting on the bid..If the pressure was hard enough they would raise it accordingly..Marker Makers make it on the spread and today was just a doldrum day without much action.
You hear it over and over again the same old jargin..It's dilution,It's bid whacking,it's shorty it's this and that..
Well it's the pinks, that is all it is.MMs control the action down here and we must play according to their game play.
Have a good day
varok
Actually your operative wording "Real Investors" doesn't exist or should anyone assume that these are investment grade issues.
Most of us and yes many look for a double and I can probably assure you that they understand 98% of all pinksheet issues never really amount to a hill of beans.
However, with that said, I like this company, but looking out 6 months to a year is like night and day..This company will never have the makeup of what we see today.
Things change so fast and most times to the detriment of shareholders and therefore one must realize any gain is a ROI that normally should not be assumed as a given fact,regardless..
I added more today..

Hi Bill,
ETIM
I agree that CLYP is dragging on the issue, but my guess is that he's protecting and reeling in his hedgefund NSS..He is in a major short position and with the last day's of the month is his attempt to cover in order to balance out his books.
I don't think from the volume that a large portion is dilution..Yes dilution is always a factoring issue, but in this market and CLYP position with hedgefunds is mostly contributed to NSS.
If you noticed before the close he dropped off and the uptick started..
Just my guess on this.
Have a good day
Varok
Good Morning,
I couldn't agree with you more.
The company doesn't need to do a reverse merger since the company has of so far an untarnished name..The A/S isn't a problem..The company has a superb and growing business model.
The only setback is the filings and once the company can establish that on a current basis the share price will follow.
First of all..If the company wants to go to a higher exchange a reverse merger isn't the only answer and in this case wouldn't make a difference unless the company drastically reduces their O/S to comply on the share price alone...There are requirements to accommodate a higher exchange like share price, number of share holders and O/S as with A/S..
In the case of ETIM the only setback is filings and then share price..
I believe if this issue with respect to their business model takes off, revenue and share price will follow..Company could always buyback shares to reduce the O/S and bring up market cap accordingly.
So in my opinion a reverse merger isn't needed and the company shouldn't even contemplate such an idea and build the brand on isn't existing foundation and everything else will follow.
I profiled ETIM for our members via my newsletter today.

Yep,
Major covering and against contrary opinion that the MM are accumulating isn't quite correct..It's the end of the month and the MMs must balance out and if a major short is in position they will do their best today and Monday to cover as much as they can.
It is much more of a problem than dilution..
MM will never inventory shares going into a new month..
Market Makers provide liquidity and it's us as shareholders that will carry shares not the other way around..
You always hear how MM are accumulating,That couldn't be further from reality..

Good Evening,
Many pennies are taking a hit and the 2 that I really like have been in the red as well.
Don't be worried.Take advantage of the downside.
CHNW is still a great penny stock and if anything you may want to average down..I like it and have not swayed from my original goal that this will go to pennies.
ETIM--Yesterday the charts looked great and a possible breakout..I knew this wasn't going to happen..They had the run on National News that caught the MMs off guard and now are left off guard because they need to cover and took it down..They are the folks that control this venue..Geez just a couple of days ago it was sitting at .0015..Couple of factors against the charts in this issue is that it's the end of the month and the MM must balance out..Also, tomorrow is the buyins update..However,I don't take much credence on this because they are always in violation, but the end of the month is the most important why many pennies are getting hit..Folks, the MM needs to cover and is what is going on today and probably more of it tomorrow.
With respect to ETIM I don't see much downside and this goes for CHNW as well..Of course this is just my opinion, but the pressure (volume) isn't there.
Lets assume that next week ETIM announced a pr that they received the license from NBA or even NFL..This bad boy is going to rock to the moon..No question about..There will be so much pressure that shorty wouldn't even no what getting chopped off at the knees means..There will be such a heavy squeeze that they wouldn't even know what hit them..Reason why we are getting downside pressure at this time is only because they need to balance out the books.Look for a Monday pretty much of the same..Now this could change because of powerful news as mentioned above.
No reason to be concerned about these 2 issues. If you live in the North East or in snow country like I do,go out and gather up the garden tools and winterize the lawnmower and see you next week..
Have a good day

Hi Lexey,
Cowboy and many others have shared excellent advice so I guess I will throw my two cents in.lol
Charts by Fringe,Penny and Dart and there are many others give a great picture..
As many here have stated..This is a learning game and as life you must revolve around it..
I wrote this back in 2000 and a few other articles that you can view at the link just below..
Ok, lets start with this and you can link for more of what I consider a great opportnuity in the pennyarcade, but at high risk with great rewards.
http://www.waydago.com/stockmarketquarterly.htm
Begin here..
Never buy a stock after a 3 day run-up.
Here is a usual scenario on how this may come about..
After a stock has been trending down or trading flat for some time, suddenly one day it starts moving up, it continues up that day and then next day. On the 3 day of this run, it goes up, but for only the first 15- 20 minutes, then it drops for about 30 minutes, turns back up, but doesn't quite reach the morning high. After this period, it usually will trend down and the run is over and in most cases this stock has finished it's 3 day run.
This program will work in most cases and does apply.
So, if you're a buyer, this method will keep you from getting emotional into buying a stock that has ready peaked, only to drop right after you bought it and I'm sure, many of you had this happen when buying stocks. This is what is referred to as " Chasing An Issue".. If you already own it, it gives you the timing to get out with usually the best profit or close to it. Which ever case applies, decide whether you want to buy it only after the drop. Depending on the stock, it can drop for a few days, and may take some time until the next 3 day advance. Be assured, that in pennies, this has been repeated over and over again with many of the same issues.. This is what you have a "Watch list for" to track issues..
The rule here is simply to let you know it is over for now.
The next time someone mentions a stock, look at a chart and see how many days it has been going up. If it's not the first day or maybe second day of the run-up, stay away for the time being. In the first 15-20 minutes after the open of the 3rd day, the issue will usually drop or in most cases just stall...Now of course you must determine this by seeing if a PR and the strength of such PR warrant further advancement, but from the history of most penny stocks, these PRs only have a very short run span..
Although, the system is not perfect it does help in timing.
Sometimes a stock continues up until 20 minutes after the open of the 4th day before it drops. Selling your stock 15-20 minutes after the open of the 3rd day of the run-up is usually the high or close enough to it. You will go broke trying to find the exact top or chase into a run, forget about it and leave your emotions out of the trade.
And how does this help in buying??
Well, that is a little more difficult, but the system does work. It is mainly there to protect you from being a "stock chaser". But the system will work and you must apply discipline.
Go to any stock website and look up a few stocks that are up....Jot them down...I only do this with OTCBB market stocks, but does work on most issues..
Next, I take my stock picks and go to any chart site to look at a 5 day history. The 5 day gives you a nice feel of the trading chart of the last 5 days. Notice why the 5 days compared to the 3 days.. This is so you will see the up or down on the 2 extra days and can avoid the pick. Look to see if it is the first day of the run-up. If it is the second or third day on an up swing, forget about it, since the above method has completed their run on these stocks and you will be only buying into a run or when it is reading to peak.
If I have any choices left, then go to a chart to see a 1 year and a 30 day chart to get a feel of what the stock has been doing. Keep in mind that the past is no bearing on what a stock will do in the future, but it will give you an idea...This also helps in determining what if any reason for volume and price spikes or drops.. Some chart sites allows your cursor to move along the graph for pertinent data with actual numbers.
My last stop is always the message boards and my favorite is RB but there are others. It is here where you can get a real good idea why there is interest or reason for lack of..
After you have made your picks on which ones to buy, I have found that mid-afternoon is always an excellent time because of lunch and the morning rush has calmed down. The mid-afternoon session is slow before a strong rally that many times comes before a close. I have found mid-mornings are also good for buying, but still leaves many with high expectations that moves a stock for no other reason than emotional buys and it is this play that you want to stay away from.
Now stay on top of your picks and see if the next day it has moved up and determine the volume.. Determine if the highs are higher than the close and higher than the highs of the previous day.
On the third day, I sell it 15 to 20 minutes after the open to take advantage of the morning gap. That's pretty much it.......If your inclined to trade the same issues again, wait for the next above program cycle.
Not all stocks go up for 3 days. Some just flatten out and when this happens, just get rid of it after about 15-20 min. from the open on the 3rd day. If you fail to exercise this you will be left with major % loss and may never recover.. So a little loss is much better than an overall wipe-out.
Stocks that suddenly go up and you see there has been almost no volume the days before the sudden rise, this is usually indicative of a sign that a newsletter picked the stock or it is being pumped or hyped. The lack of previous volume makes the stock spike up.
This 3 day rule is a universal application and to each it's own method of how one should conduct such a process..
Good luck and solid trading and as always, apply sound DD, but keep your emotions and anxiety out of this arena and trade for profit not greed..
I hope that this will help many to be able to at least maximize profit taking..
Have a good day

The MM took it down today to make a major cover..They were getting squeezed.
Many of these trades were stacked this morning and now are going through..They got scooped again on the pr..
It appears for now they did what they set out to do by covering and we should start moving north.
Have a good day

Good Morning,
Been watching and reading about this issue.
I've been monitoring for a pullback from the recent announcements on national TV and other media events..
The pullback has happened and now presents a great buying opportunity at these levels.
This is a great idea what this company has embarked on..Absolutely very creative.
I'm in and this issue is going to create a lot of buzz.
You just have to love the creativity..
Have a good day

I will address this,
Yesterday's action had nothing to do with major dilution since most were buys.Yes dilution does take place.
Here's what happened at around 1:30 pm and at the mid-day and mostly sideways trading at around .004 there was some profit taking that settled the price..
Then at 2:35 and when the announcement on IMJX that the increase of A/S went to 2.5 billion from 1 billion I announced on that thread for folks to take profit and move into CHNW..At approximatly 2.45 the volume on CHNW took off on 45,981 million shares..At this point there were only around 30 million traded..At 3:15 the charts indicated a sell rec. That took out all profit takers and flippers once again..By 3:30 this was done and the charts once again made a buy rec. and the volume again shot out 39 million shares with moderate buys closed at ..0032,which incendentally was a phony MM ploy to give a false picture.
In closing it was the bailing of IMJX into CHNW to account for the major volume..
It always easy to blame everything related to high volume on dilution, but in this case that is incorrect.
Yes dilution was and always will play a part in any pinky, but in this case, yesterday's volume was just moving funds from one entity into another.
I recommend this as a strong buy at these levels..
Have a good day
