They were posting until the middle of last month.
So they might be the reason for the selling pressure?
What Italian group is he talking about?
Did he talk about them in any of his previous posts?
They sold their shares and when?
Another Chinese listed going private perhaps with the smallest premium in history.
In the agricultural sector perhaps giving Solomon ideas.
Hopefully Ms. Han finally realizes that things have changed and if she wants the company for herself she must pay.

I expected the QX listing to help because of the higher confidence and higher volumes there, but not so far.Perhaps a bit more time is required for the funds and other big investors to study the company.
Regular photo updates on how their mega park is going unlike SIAF who should have been doing the same with their MegaFarm. So easy and cost free promotion.

So you believe it is possible that Bertil realized that this is a scam or knew this all along and he bought a few shares to fool us?
Merkur better than nothing,QX better than nothing and 5,000 shares better than nothing for a company priced as a scam.
If the MF proves successful then there is no doubt you will have a lot of entrepreneurs all over the world interested in something similar and then with SIAF providing the know-how, we will really be talking about a multi-billion dollar operation.
It is pretty obvious that they finally started to pay a lot of attention to the share price.Oslo,OTCQX and even a PR about Bertil acquiring 2,500 shares. But it could take some time for the above actions to take effect.
QX volumes are 4 times higher than QB on average but you can't expect growing interest in SIAF to happen overnight. The same goes for Norwegian shareholders. You would expect their number growing in the near future.
So it is possible to come back from the dead.SRRY decided to file 3 old 10-Q two years after they last filed with the SEC.Very strange and curious why they did this.Hopefully other Chinese darks will follow.
Nobody has more than 6-700 thousand shares here to file a 13G?
Managed to buy 100,000 shares today at 0.01.Don't know who is selling after the good 10-Q.
Bad news in the end turned into good news.First insider A after a long time.Hope for more.
Why not use the dividend and buyback tools as well then?
Yes!Checked it too.So I posted here where somebody mentioned it in the past.
SVTE reporting over $100,000 profit for the quarter. They have a lot of toxic financing but if the 31Million shares fully diluted as they report takes account of that then very cheap at the moment.
Check this then.Sorry about the previous link.

So what do you think happens after this? They start to file again?
Mind you FUQI is nearing a settlement too
fka FUQI: PR for settlement

Let's hope so Empty because apparently the market is losing patience with these Chinese microcaps and it doesn't matter if they are listed on Nasdaq or NYSE or OTC or OSE.It is not just SIAF that has moved down much lower this week.Look at what happened to CGA,GURE,KGJI despite gold moving higher,CBMG to name just a few.So yes maybe there is a simpler explanation linked to the stock market in China as to what happened to the share price these couple of days.
SIAF maybe still gets the benefit of the doubt compared to others who have plenty of cash according to their filings but this may not continue for much longer and things could get much uglier if Solomon keeps ignoring the necessity for a share buyback or at least a dividend if other efforts such as this listing in Norway have no positive effect on the share price.
At least this is what Chinese listed companies interested in increasing their share price seem to be doing recently and looks to be working by the 3 examples I have mentioned.
I guess if they thought dividends was the better option they would have tried that.We have examples as well that dividends didn't work at least for too long.CCCL and KGJI paid good dividends not so long ago but look at where they are now.
It was always a matter of buybacks no uplisting nothing.Merkur etc. are time waste tactics. And it is not that you really have to spend that much.3 Chinese listed companies announced share buybacks recently and look where they are now.CAAS went from $4.27 to 5.24 in two days.XIN has gone from $3.30 to $3.80 in a few days and SOL from $1.30 to $1.70 in a few weeks.
Is it too much to ask for $5-$10 million investment to buyback stock over the course of a year? Not doing something so obviously beneficial for the stock is what is keeping it in the end so low.
How could you possibly withdraw an offer that is at around 25% of Book Value and at a P/E of around 5, saying that it is too high? - SORL.
And we then expect anybody to have faith and invest heavily in Chinese stocks.
Ok if you are not happy with healthy Balance Sheet let me just say there are obviously risks when a company with great growth prospects is trading at a P/E of around 2!
Assets - Liabilities.
Doesn't everybody know there are risks when a company with such a healthy Balance Sheet and very high growth prospects is trading at a P/E of around 2?
It seems though that they are growing extremely fast.
And what an interesting business model!
Has anybody found out anything about the OTCQX thing? It could mean another 10% very quickly.
You don't need institutions lined up for a boost in the share price.Imagine the average Norwegian investor possibly naive about the valuations of Chinese listed companies in the US, looking at a company with a P/E of under 2!
I guess this listing also boosts the chances for an OTCQX upgrade and also even a senior US listing.
The big secret to live a long life is to be active until the end and enjoy what you are doing.Solomon is doing just that.Having a sadistic behavior towards his shareholders and having fun seeing them suffering.
They filed biographies of their board members on the 19th with the OTC so something must be happening with the QX story.

They have to be accepted first.
It is very good news. You have some giants trading there with trading volumes 3-4 times of the QB companies on average.
It is also I guess a step nearer to a future senior exchange uplisting. They might also be the first Chinese company upgraded to QX and one of very few there if not the only one.
Mind to share what we can do about it?Or you have to keep it secret?
Unless they start to retire those ABC Preference shares nobody is dumb enough to start investing serious money here.
It is not just the rates.I think at CERN in Switzerland are closing in on alternatives but more importantly I think, the Greek ministry of defense has acquired a 20% stake in this invention that produces electricity or hydrogen from just water and a little metal by using some frequencies to achieve cold fusion:
http://www.zougla.gr/zontana-i-efevresi-pou-paragei-reyma-apo-nero
An Israelian company I have heard is also close to a similar energy alternative and is in talks with a $20 billion Japanese multinational for a joint venture.
Hey RD!Welcome to the capitalist system.Since when IPO's to raise money from the market to fund growth is disgusting?
I guess some other management that cared for the shareholders could have done it on the OTC by supporting the shareprice and diluting there at acceptaple prices. But we cannot complain if through OSE Solomon's and shareholders interests are for once in line.
I meant something different. The company having issued more shares than what they claim in their reports.
No news about what happened Dec3?
Exactly! Is it possible for a company to have issued more shares than they say they have?
Has this ever happened before with any company?
Listed in Norway doesn't mean paying income tax to Norway I don't think.
Shrimp prices improving according to this index and are at same levels as last quarter.
