Its totally new, needs an investor base Im going through the same issue with ENTK
Keep smoking that good stuff. Nice base forming here imho
Speaking of PSC, any shares they had should not be able to trade now because of their problems. There might be slot less shares out there IMO.
It was on the company Twitter www.twitter.com/sufferusa
Obviously not, Mir beat Lesnar after his accident and has fully recovered. Anybody that watches UFC/MMA knows that. Nobodys going to retire. UFC really does not work that way. Mir would kill Randy and everyone knows it. It is to bad Dana never had them fight when Randy was in his prime. He's not a super athlete. Just a guy on the right juice or hgh IMHO.
I'm not gonna keep going back and forth with people that prob have little or no shares.
Rich, what are you taking buddy? 31 is prime in pretty much any sport. Randy is 47 and still fights. The company signed Drysdale, hes up and coming, and Mir is one of the biggest names you can get.
Maybe you need to do some DD on MMA.

MATT SERRA vs. INDIANAPOLIS’ CHRIS LYTLE
Live from Conseco Field House, Saturday September 25, 2010 – Tickets on sale Saturday, July 24 at 10 a.m. ET
Las Vegas, NV (USA) – For the first-time ever, Indianapolis will get a taste of the Ultimate Fighting Championship®. Former UFC® heavyweight champion Frank Mir and former interim UFC heavyweight champion and mixed martial arts legend Minotauro Nogueira will mix it up for an encore performance on Saturday, September 25 at UFC 119: MIR VS. NOGUEIRA 2, which is presented by “Halo Reach” and live from the Conseco Field House in Indianapolis, Indiana. Also featured on this historic card, Nogueira’s twin brother and light heavyweight force Antonio Rogerio Nogueira will take on two-time NCAA Division I All-American wrestler turned undefeated fighter Ryan Bader. Then it’s a rematch of The Ultimate Fighter®: The Comeback finale as former UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra takes on one of Indianapolis’ own in Chris “Lights Out” Lytle.
“Ever since Frank Mir beat Nogueira for the heavyweight title in 2008, Minotauro has asked me for this rematch because he wants to prove that the first fight was a fluke,” said UFC President Dana White. “On September 25th, he gets his wish, and I don’t think there’s any fighter more motivated than he is to even the score. As for Frank Mir, he wants to get back in the title picture, and if I know him, he was the first man to knock Nogueira out at UFC 92, and now he’ll want to be the first man to make him tap out.”
Tickets for UFC 119: MIR vs. NOGUEIRA 2 will go on sale Saturday, July 24 at 10am ET and will be priced at $300, $200, $125, $90, $70 and $40. Fans can purchase tickets at ConsecoFieldhouse.com, the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office or all Ticketmaster outlets.

A special Internet ticket pre-sale will be available to UFC newsletter subscribers on Friday, July 23 at 10 a.m. ET. To access this presale, users must register for the UFC newsletter through ufc.com.
UFC 119 will be available live on Pay-Per-View at 10pm ET/7pm PT on iN DEMAND, DIRECTV, DISH Network, TVN, BellTV, Shaw Communications, Sasktel, and Viewer’s Choice Canada for a suggested retail price of $44.99 US/$49.99 CAN for standard definition or high-definition broadcasts (where available).
Before his impressive knockout win over Nogueira at UFC 92 in December 2008, Frank Mir (fighting out of Las Vegas, Nev. / professional record - 13-5) won two straight fights via submission over UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and Antoni Hardonk. The former UFC heavyweight champion looked to be on track for another title shot after he put Cheick Kongo to sleep at UFC 107, but the Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt fell short against Shane Carwin in March. Now the 31-year-old faces a familiar foe and he is hoping that lightning strikes twice as he gets back in the title race.
After a historic run in PRIDE®, Minotauro Nogueira (fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil / 32-6-1, 1 NC) entered the Octagon® for the first time in 2007 and earned two straight victories, including a submission win over Tim Sylvia that made him the first and only man to ever hold both the PRIDE and UFC world heavyweight titles. The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt most recently dropped a fight to No. 1 heavyweight contender Cain Velasquez, but with a classic unanimous decision win against UFC Hall-Of-Famer Randy Couture at UFC 102, the 34-year-old can never be counted out.
For the first-time ever, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira (fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil / 19-3) will fight on the same UFC card as his twin brother. Known for having heavy hands as well as a deadly ground game, the Brazilian is dangerous wherever the fight goes. It took the light heavyweight only 1:56 to TKO the battle-tested Luiz Cane in his UFC debut last November before earning a split-decision victory against Jason Brilz in May. Now Nogueira faces his toughest UFC test to date in Ryan Bader.
Undefeated light heavyweight Ryan Bader (fighting out of Tempe, Ariz. / 12-0) has rattled off four consecutive victories since joining the UFC. The former two-time NCAA Division I All-American from Arizona State is coming off a breakthrough knockout at UFC 110 against MMA veteran Keith Jardine that catapulted him into serious contention for the 205-pound strap. Now the 27-year-old will go against an extremely talented opponent that is looking to get into the championship picture himself.
A true Rocky story come to life, Long Island’s Matt Serra (fighting out of East Meadow, N.Y. / 17-6) is most famous for his underdog knockout win against UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre at UFC 69 to earn the 170-pound championship. Serra, the first American-born black belt under the legendary Renzo Gracie, most recently earned a first-round win over Frank Trigg at UFC 109 and now looks to climb back up the ladder with a win against hometown fighter Chris Lytle.
Winner of his last three fights, the red-hot Chris Lytle (fighting out of Indianapolis, Indiana / 39-17-4) is coming off two impressive submission victories over Brian Foster and Matt Brown. A fighter that is known for exciting fights and who has the “Fight of the Night” bonus checks to prove it, Lytle will be fighting in a UFC event in front of his home crowd for the first time. A former pro boxer turned mixed martial artist, the 35-year-old family man is a firefighter in his spare time and now looks to avenge his loss to old friend Matt Serra.

Las Vegan Mir ponders running for office after fight career over

JOHN LOCHER/LAS VEGAS REVIEW-JOURNAL
It's not surprising to hear Frank Mir speak glowingly about a chance encounter with a fellow fighter.
But the recipient of his praise in a recent interview was someone who had never stepped into an octagon and perhaps never even a gym.

10. Politics takes hold of ex-champ
The former Ultimate Fighting Championship heavyweight titleholder expressed his admiration of Ruby Duncan, who has long fought for the rights of underprivileged Southern Nevadans.
Mir got the opportunity to meet her, along with several prominent Nevada politicians, when he attended a speech by President Obama at UNLV this month.
"Ruby Duncan is a historical figure in Vegas and somebody who really embodies attributes that I admire," Mir said. "I know as athletes we are looked up to and I get all that, but somebody that devotes her life to the betterment of mankind is somebody who is to be truly admired."
The native Las Vegan said he has taken an interest in the political world and might consider running for office when his fighting career is over. In the meantime, he does his best to stay informed.
"Politics affects everybody's daily life," the 31-year-old said. "I never want to be one of those guys that bellyaches in a bar about the president or Congress and at the end of the day you never vote or talk about what's going on or do anything as far as having any kind of influence."
Mir is even better versed in the cage, and the UFC officially announced Monday that he would face Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in a rematch in the main event of UFC 119 on Sept. 25 in Indianapolis.
Nogueira has been seeking a rematch for some time, claiming he was suffering from a staph infection when Mir knocked him out in December 2008.
While Mir clearly has his eyes set on a rubber match with Brock Lesnar and another shot at the title down the road, he said he was more than willing to grant Nogueira a rematch.
"I'll take any challenges they put in front of me," he said.
Mir said his goals are more personal, namely working each day to become a better and more complete mixed martial arts fighter.
Coming off a first-round knockout loss to Shane Carwin in March, Mir believes he is better than he was when he fought Nogueira the first time.
"I know that I'm a lot different as far as constantly improving, but I'm not sure about him, to be quite honest with you," Mir said. "I think the biggest difference you'll see in our fight is I think I'll find a more determined Nogueira. I think he's inspired, and I think he takes this fight personally."
Mir is committed to reaching the top of the heavyweight division after briefly considering a drop to light heavyweight. He said he got down to 228 pounds but realized that taking the time to properly drop to 205 would keep him out of action far longer than he wanted.
Mir said he is back up to around 250 pounds.
Nogueira's twin brother, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, will fight Ryan Bader on the same card. Also, Chris Lytle will take on Matt Serra.
¦ SHIELDS SIGNS DEAL -- After Jake Shields allowed his Strikeforce contract to expire, it seemed only a matter of time until he signed with the UFC.
On Monday, his signing became official.
Shields, who was the Strikeforce middleweight champion, will move back down to welterweight and debut with his new organization against Martin Kampmann at UFC 121 on Oct. 23 in Anaheim, Calif.
Shields announced the signing and the fight on his Twitter account Monday.
¦ IFC RECAP -- Paul Daley picked up a victory on an Impact Fighting Championships card Sunday in Sydney, Australia, in his first fight since being released from the UFC in May for striking Josh Koscheck well after the final bell.
Daley forced Daniel Acacio to verbally submit after splitting open his face with an elbow early in the third round.
Also, Pedro Rizzo dismantled Ken Shamrock in a main-event matchup of two of the early stars of the UFC, and oft-troubled former World Extreme Cagefighting champion Paulo Filho fought Denis Kang to a draw.

Whenever he gets his rematch with Lesnar can you say HUGE!!!
Headline fight.... I bet thats what the Co is working on right now:) If these rumors are true, its huge for all of us
With Brock Lesnar off the table, Frank Mir wants Antonio Rodrigo Noguera
Mir decides to stay at heavyweight, could fight in September
By Brett Okamoto (contact)

Justin M. Bowen
Brock Lesnar gets in Frank Mir's face after defeating Mir in their heavyweight title fight at UFC 100 at Mandalay Bay on July 11, 2009. Lesnar won with stoppage in the second round.
Frank Mir celebrated this year's Fourth of July in his Las Vegas gym, breaking down film of Brock Lesnar's win over Shane Carwin at UFC 116 the night before.
He did so in good company.
Sitting alongside Mir on Sunday were head trainer Jimmy Gifford, UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre and boxing trainer Freddie Roach, who works with current WBO champion Manny Pacquiao.
The consensus of all four guys after watching the fight: Mir can beat this guy.
"We believe Mir is going to be the guy to knock out Brock Lesnar," Gifford said. "Me, GSP, Freddie Roach — we all agreed Mir can do it. We see holes in his game we know we can expose."
Mir (13-5) hasn't fought since dropping a first-round TKO loss to Carwin at UFC 111 in March, mostly because he wanted to wait for the results of Saturday's heavyweight title fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The fact that Lesnar (5-1) successfully defended his belt over Carwin places a potential third meeting with Mir much farther down the road than if he had lost. The two split the first two contests.
With Lesnar expected to face No. 1 contender Cain Velasquez next, Mir and his camp would be happy if the road back to Lesnar and the UFC heavyweight title starts with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.
Mir became the first fighter to stop Nogueira, earning a TKO win in December 2008. Nogueira later said he had not been able to perform to his best because he was suffering from a staph infection.
According to Gifford, since a rubber match with Lesnar isn't on the table right now, an opportunity to prove Mir's win over Nogueira wasn't a fluke would be the next best thing.
"If you're asking me who would Frank Mir want to fight right now, it's Brock," Gifford said. "He'd love to fight him. Realistically, that's not going to happen so we want that Nog fight.
"Nog claims staph infection affected his chin in the last one. I don't know how that happens, but I think if Mir gets a chance at Nogueira again, he'll knock him out early and retire him."
That fight could happen at the UFC 119 event, scheduled to take place Sept. 25 in Indianapolis. No main event has been announced for that card.
Although it recently was reported that Mir was contemplating a move down to the 205-pound division after struggling with the size of both Lesnar and Carwin in previous fights, Gifford said Mir has finalized his decision to remain a heavyweight.
He has, however, decided to drop the additional weight he added over the last year.
In his last two fights, Mir weighed-in at 264.5 and 265 pounds. In his next fight, he'll return to his old weight of 245.
"Right now, he's at 252 and his best fighting weight is between 240 and 245 pounds," Gifford said. "He's not going to stay at 265 to fight Brock again.
"Mir learned a lot over the last couple of fights, and I think the easiest thing to learn is you're not going to move immoveable objects. So we better find another way."
As far as motivation goes, it still appears that Lesnar is the main thought on Mir's mind.
With a year gone by since Lesnar infamously got Mir's face after beating him at UFC 100, however, Gifford says Mir's obsession has dissolved into more of a will to simply prove he's the best.
"I think he's cooled down a little bit," Gifford said. "It's personal to an extent, but it's more about business now. He wants to beat this guy.
"They don't stand for the same things, that's obvious, but I don't know if it's about good vs. evil. In Mir's mind, it's about martial arts vs. this big gorilla who really is just a big gorilla."

Joseph Lewis, President of SUFFER (Pink Sheets:ENTK), announced today the launch of the website www.sufferapparel.com
The website set to launch in phases is starting out with its current line of apparel, and is set to rapidly expand into other areas related to the Mixed Martial Arts fan base.
Mr. Lewis further stated, "When our site was basically a splash page with a paypal link it was generating revenues for the company. Now that we have an official site with new merchandise we expect that our revenues should grow very rapidly. The internet still remains the largest source of revenues for apparel companies catering to the Mixed Martial Arts fanbase. Some of our competitors are generating tens of millions of dollars of revenue a year on their sites. We feel that with the combination of our future designs, and revamped site it will allow us to compete on the same stage and become a leader in the marketplace. This industry is very young; some of its biggest names have started during the last 2-5 years."
The company plans to infuse its new products such as fightgear, women's apparel, and jewelry into the website as their supplies come in.
