Carpe,
Can it really be that there are that many shares short in this company? Could someone have sold some of the restricted into the float if the restriction was lifted?(This would have been foolish because stock would be worth more post deal.) Do we know when the restrictions on those shares will be lifted?
It just boggles my mind that we own much more than the "float".
Mostly lurk, but I marked this board and will be back to check it out when up and running. Good luck!
She keeps me from making the big emotional decisions. Brings me back to earth, but you can often make money in the stocks she seems to hate. I would not stay out of a stock just because she was on the message board. You can make money if you get in at the bottom and get out in the middle. Don't think about staying in for the top.
Theese .0001 stocks are all "lotto" picks. I have lost more in the big board stocks than the penny and sub-penny. Of coarse I don't risk as much here.
One thing for sure I have learned a ton from some really smart people here on ihub. My next step is to learn charts (the technical stuff). I have picked up some, but want to get better!
That would be really nice, but think I would sell long before that.
And we are supposed to believe a guy named "prisoner".LOL
Still recovering? That must have been some trip. And yet time to get some information on BIHC.

Thanks for your input. I happen to be off work on Tuesday and will be watching for PR.
Have been hoping I would be on computer the day PR arrives so I could watch the streaming quotes.
Good advice. My stock eggs are in seven baskets right now. SPNG does happen to be one of them.
There are a couple more here than the others, but I do know the risk. Been in this one since June. Could have sold when it was up near .06, but decided to wait it out.

Don't know how they do it! But I'm thinking that FFGO is looking to run again! .0002's being filled. How does a .0001 with 24 billion float rise?
Well as I said before. Last time I rode up and back down. This time I'm smarter and will take some profits.
GLTU I will be checking in to look over your picks.

The CEO did buy back shares. The T/A has confirmed that the O/S share count was reduced from 59 billion to 31 billion. That is almost half the shares removed from the O/S.(Between June and September - during buyback.)
The "increase in float" came from restrictions being lifted on shares that were already accounted for in the O/S. These were not new shares. We all should have known the restrictions would be removed eventually.
I have put in a gtc sell for $1.00 for a portion of my shares just in case I am not on the computer and it does go that high.
I will follow the price and decide on any lower sales by the movement of pps during time between announcement and ex-divi date. IMO It will swing wildly during that time.
almost,
Remember to think about tax consequences before planning your sells. If the dividend was say .11 you would be better off not selling at .14 and just waiting to collect the dividend.
You would pay less tax on the dividend and could still sell the stock for whatever it's value was after the ex-date. If you bought at .02 and sell at .14 you will have big capital gains tax because of short term holding.
I am not an accountant but have checked out the tax rules and believe it would be best to sell for closer to double the dividend offered. We would get the most net income. This is mainly because we purchased the stock so cheap and that would make for big capital gains.
Be careful with news like that!
You could cause a person to have a heart attack!LOL
Carpe,
I,ve been holding my shares several month's just waiting for that sale and the dividend!

I believe the subsidiary named "Barons International" is located in New Jersey. Is the headquarters for the parent BIH Corporation also in New Jersey? The Nevada registration gives a Las Vegas address. Of course this could just be a mail drop or something. But Baron's International and BIH Corporation are not the same entity. Am I correct to believe this?
Yeah, last I checked Baron's and BIHC weren't located in Vegas - Was it an epiphany at the roulette table after 9 whiskey sours???
I don't write here often, but here is a reminder from Nevada Secretary of State website.

Hey, that's like 60% profit. Go FFGO!!!!!
I don't have the answer to that one. Crystal ball is broke!
Could be someone needs the money to pay a bill. Maybe some of Lumbs companies are selling shares. Don't know where they come from. But do know FFGO is not diluting, because T/A would have to report O/S higher.
The company says they are not selling shares into the market. So they are not getting it from shareholders. Shares in the market are traded between investors! If I sell I make the money, the company gets nothing.
The O/S of this company has gone down as reported by the T/A so the company is not selling into the market!
The company bought HGLC shares with $450,000. cash.
This company has money! We don't know where they get it from, but they have money.
If you get a stock dividend you don't pay tax on it until the year you sell the stock received as dividend. You do not really know how much that dividend is worth until you are able to sell it.
Yes, but in a fantasy anthing is possible. THis stock went from .0001 to .0009 with a 59 billion O/S. Not many others could do that!
Can you explain why a company would sell you shares for .0001 that are worth .0239?
The company is not selling us shares at .0001 that are worth .0239 because the company is not selling shares into the market. Shares are trading between "investors" for .0001 because many do not believe this company will follow through on what is being PR'd.
I lurk alot. How did you know I was here? LOL
I'm in FFGO. Have been since .0001 probably should have sold when it was up, but do think it will run again. Have seen tons of those 9 million sales like today. Don't know what it really means, but it doesn't seem to have an effect on the PPS. Actually seems to bounce a little after that happens.
The bid is only .0001
But the .0003 close looks nice anyway.
Still on ihub's top active forum list.

Thanks for the work getting this info. Sounds like making many right moves.
You have to use the "name search" for fortress financial group.
For soem reason the "ticker search" for FFGO does not work.
That information is old. I believe Mr Richie was found guilty and settled just this past March. The settlement was against HIM and he is not the CEO of FFGO.
Personally I have no way of knowing the truth.
Don't like that the T/A is gagged.
Do know that IR firm says the T/A has the paperwork. It should not take T/A more than a day or two to cancel shares. I can wait two days, but would not be happy if T/A remains gagged.
I don't work for the T/A or FFGO so I personally don't know how 900,000,000 extra shares got into the O/S.
Could have been dilution. Could have been an error on either company or T/A's part that was recently caught. Many if's.
Positive outlook? FFGO says they bought back 840,000,000 shares more. This would seem to correct the O/S figures no matter where the previous figures had come from.
IMO We will know in the next couple of days. This has been a long process. If the T/A has the paperwork now it will only take them a day or two to cancel the shares.
So they can write a clarification PR later?
I really have no clue.
Six months or less would be really nice, but what are the chances of that happening?
Remember when we thought it was Ararmark?
See bold below Aramark will manage the concessions at Citi Field, but we know Baron's got the beverage contract. Maybe Aramark was upset and they are also private.
Though we know that the Yankees will be handling the food and retail services next year when the Bombers move one block north of their current location at 161 St. and River Ave., will the vendors be left up River Ave. without a paddle?
Centerplate, a public company that trades on the American Stock Exchange, has seen its stock price plummet like a dying quail since the Yankees announced they were severing ties. Its shares, which at one time traded near $19, now trade around five bucks a share - or the price of a Stadium hot dog with all the trimmings.
The Yankees accounted for nearly 10% of Centerplate's revenue in 2007, representing about $70 million in sales. Over the last year, however, Centerplate has signed over $110 million in new sales, including the concessions for the Washington Nationals. Unfortunately, many vendors don't have sales options like that to replace their devastating income loss should the worst that could happen, happen.
Joe Schmidt, the Iron Man of Yankee vendors, having worked an astonishing 1,200 straight games, is one of the vendors reps of Local 153, the union that represents vendors, counterworkers and waiter services. He's guardedly optimistic that all workers will have a job - in some capacity - at baseball's newest Taj Mahal. "Right now we're still talking with the union and they're doing the best they can to open up talks with the Yankees," he says. "As of now, we just don't know."
On the other side of town, the Mets will be retaining Aramark in the same capacity when Shea Stadium closes up shop and Citi Field opens its doors; so the vendors are seemingly safe at home there. Some Yankee vendors also work at Shea, so they're only "half" as worried. But for the most part, most Yankee Stadium vendors are justifiably concerned.

on page two
do not receive Goldco shares that are untradeable and restricted for any substantial period of time
Doesn't really say they won't be restricted. IMO He was trying to have a restriction that was not 2 or 3 years.
Most companies would not give out millions of dollars in stock with no restriction. The new owners would sell and the pps would suffer.
Where did you Find info that Santini said "Goldco" would not be restricted?
I thought they were also to be restricted.
Santini said about a month ago in a PR that this time stock dividend would be sent registered mail to holders of record date. Something about preventing problems this company has had in past with stock dividends being paid.
What part is illegal?
You believe what you read on a blog? That's like believing everything you read on a message board.
Yes, I did the DD. Follow the links yourself.
On the blog click on the word "report". It will take you to a report by Arizona Department of Mines. The report does not say these properties are for "sale". On page 11 it says:
The following gold or gold/silver properties are available from the McIntrye & Bauman Group. See
www.mcintyrebaumangroup.com for locations and details.
Now follow the link to McIntyre's site. You will find a list of mines that McIntyre has "equity investments in." The only property on that page listed as available is the Treasure King Mine. If you folow the link to their available mining projects page you will see the statement: DUE TO THE ONGOING COMMODITIES BOOM, ALL BUT A HANDFUL OF OUR PROJECTS HAVE BEEN SOLD OR ARE UNDER CONTRACT.
Thanks I'll check it out.
