Acquinity Sports announces Guzman vs. Pabon

Undefeated former two-division world titlist Joan “Baby Tyson” Guzman (31-0-1, 18 KOs) returns to the public eye March 2nd against hardy southpaw Puerto Rican puncher Jesus Pabon (17-2, 11 KOs). The 35-year old Dominican-born Guzman headlines the ESPN2 Friday Night Fights 10-round main event as part of Acquinity Sport’s second show this season from The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa in Hollywood FL.
Guzman signed with the South Florida-based Acquinity Sports team last month in a move to kickstart a career once destined for superstardom. “Baby Tyson” blew through the super bantamweight and super lightweight divisions during the mid 2000’s, picking up the WBO world title in both divisions before setting his sights on lightweight.
However, the divisional run proved a bridge too far as his 2008 proposed bid for a unified lightweight title against former champ Nate Campbell deflated when Guzman showed up 3 ½ lbs heavy. His subsequent IBF title campaign against South African Ali Funeka resulted in a 2009 draw and a no-win split decision victory the following year. Because he’d weighed in a whopping 9 lbs overweight, the win didn’t earn him the lightweight belt, despite the ensuing discovery of a banned substance in Funeka’s system.
This is an intriguing crossroads fight for the still immensely-talented Guzman against a durable younger opponent which should give fans a true measure of Guzman’s rededication to the sport.
Hollywood’s own Ed “The Lion” Paredes (29-3-1, 19 KOs) showcases his prodigious skills in the 10-round co-main event against savvy Mexican veteran Cosme Rivera (34-14-3, 24 KOs). Paredes looks to shake off some “weighty” issues of his own as his scheduled headline bout on Acquinity’s debut show in January was downgraded when opponent Michael Lozada showed up 12 lbs too big.
Paredes scored a 3rd-round KO and expects more professionalism at the scales and between the ropes with Rivera.

Sunlogics, a GM Ventures equity partner, created the GreenZone to be installed at GM's various facilities and dealerships around the world to support the introduction of the Chevrolet Volt extended-range electric vehicle and prepare for future EV vehicle programs. "The installation of the GreenZone solar charging station at our GM China headquarters proves our commitment to help develop an electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the Chinese market," said Ray Bierzynski, executive director of electrification strategy for GM China. "GM will continue to play a vital role working with major infrastructure suppliers and electrical utilities to provide convenient, reliable charging solutions for our EV owners now and well into the future."
The GreenZone®Solar Charging Station installed at GM's China headquarters has a rated power output of 10 kW, which is enough to fully recharge up to six Chevrolet Volts each day. The GreenZone installation was completed by China Triumph International Engineering Company, the Sunlogics' Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor for GM projects.
General Motors and Sunlogics signed a Master Agreement on July 28, 2011, outlining a $7.5 million equity investment in Sunlogics PLC by General Motors Ventures LLC, giving Sunlogics the ability to develop the GreenZoneSolar Charging Station and larger scale commercial solar projects.
"The Sunlogics GreenZone®Solar Charging Station captures energy from the sun and transforms it into clean, green renewable power, which is added to the grid, offsetting electricity used to charge electric vehicles. The GM China Shanghai installation is the first of its kind in China," says Charles Bryant, Sunlogics Interim Chief Executive Officer.

zagg holding well..expect next push past $11 soon!! i'm going to visit local samsclub and inquire about zagg products..
i placed a .022 buy limit yesterday for 10k shares just for the heck of it...never really expecting to fill...next thing i know i start the stampede...hope this is a final push to minimize MM's role in company and let the new mgmt assume complete slmu control.
moneyg..i "ditto" your post!
got a bunch of news alerts "pumping" nsrs this am..appears to be of little value.i came close to getting in..but thankfully did not..always another day..
i just keep raising my limits..fun stock with potential!
fortunately grabbed a bunch this week..plan to hold at least until acquisition complete..buying on dips..could be fun here!
company shares or individual investor sold?
cool...movin' on up!
i'm hanging on for a bit longer...i think we'll test 12 bucks soon.
i may well be wrong, but if memory serves correctly someone posted certs cost about $3k each..total 6k area needed to fund certs...a little over a million shares would need to be sold to cover cost..peanuts!! my concern would be, if certs cost were only in the 6k range, that it would take mgmt this long to gain funding ( sell a million plus shares) and send certs. i am long, and do hope that the 6k certs cost is incorrect..
i embrace the notion of erbb not stagnating and waiting for "the news" to come to erbb, rather erbb taking the initiative to "make the news'!! brian, how about checking into dixie elixers financials and discuss the potential of another "dividend farming" acquisition? i can envision dixie elixers everywhere that's legal!
fyi-i provided the last name to "back-up" your post.anyone can simply call the number and extension...she identifies herself and location in voice recording..enjoy posts where contact info is listed so folks can take initiative to gain knowledge firsthand.
or maybe the sysco iowa driver is doing his DD homework..lol!!
