And finally, this private company may be looking for a shell....pure speculation at this point, but definitely has a historical connection with enviroplastics corp! GL
http://www.agilyx.com/home.shtml
Look up these folks to find out more and decide whether to put any $$$$$ in TECA:
David Moore
Geoff Meagher
Gary De Laurentiis
Also, dig around with this info and you might find something.....given the old TECA CEO is affiliated:
http://www.manta.com/c/mm6p2k4/cascade-capital
RS in 10/08. SRO patent rejected in 1/09, then CEO David Moore put out a shareholder letter in 2/09 about things not going well and maybe we would see something in the future. Then David Otto had a SEC suit filed against him in 7/09, and then finally the techalt.com website went down later that year. Now we are at the end of 2010 and not much going on!
Your only hope here is that someone takes over the shell and can do something productive with it. In the meantime it spikes to $0.0003 occasionally and then back to 0.0001! GL
The only problem with your response is you sound like the old-timers including myself who thought those same things after the last several mgmt failures. Each new mgmt brought optimism to some of us and a "new direction" that never materialized. I would say this is the last straw for many. If PI fails to deliver in JAN11, then many will leave and you will be the new bunch of shareholders caught in the web of failure!
I'm riding this out into the new year, but a failure will be failure number 5 (or 6) and support the contention of the 4-5 amigos that pop up now and then to remind us.
The price is low and the volume is low....I suspect it will stay this way through DEC and then go up or down depending on whether Planet Impact TV materializes as a viable operation.
We've all seen the sample product and the connection to Tree Top, but I can't find any indication they have secured this as a new program on FOX or DISCOVERY TV as indicated in the prior PRs.
Any announcement about confirmed airing of the Environmental Business Series on a major network in 2011 should launch CCAJ, but if this does not occur I think CCAJ will continue to sputter and we will probably see "new mgmt" and a "new direction" as has been the pattern for some time now.
SOFT....perhaps you have the greatest insight here...you were on one of the previous transitional mgmt teams....so why does CCAJ continuously announce a mgmt change associated with a new acquisition/merger and a new direction and then within a matter of months communication goes silent and then the mgmt changes again.
The PPS goes up in the beginning and then back down. You were an insider once, so what is the scoop?
A prediction based on a 3-5 year pattern of failure. Current clues to possible failure that are similar to past failures include:
declining shareprice, ongoing silence after initial PRs and statements like "things are taking longer than expected", 4-6 month timeframe from a change in management to abandonment of the new enterprise, etc.
PI touted the Solar Farm and the PI TV series from AUG-OCT, but have since failed to demonstrate more progress or announcements. PI also stated the were "fixing the books," but have failed to provide update. These are signs of the potential failure of this venture.
Looks like PI (aka CCAJ) may be folding this month. It would fit the pattern of failure here for the past 3 years. I think the fate of CCAJ should be known within the next 3 weeks or so!
I agree, December is live or die month for CCAJ. The history predicts a 4-6 month period after new mgmt enters whereby the mgmt/deal have failed. If things don't start moving in December (PRs and PPS), then I think death is near for CCAJ! If not death, then most likely another mgmt change.
Perhaps a simple update on the website would suffice for now if they don't want to put out a PR. Just a thought!
Good news for Florida film-making businesses and maybe for CCAJ?
From the CCAJ standpoint there is a lot riding on the launch of Planet Impact TV in JAN11. If this turns out to be a dud, CCAJ will wither once again.
Crystal Clear...how long have you been here for such a post? I think you have to have been here 2-6 years to warrant that kind of tirade! Or, perhaps the 2-6 years holders have given up and don't have tirades anymore. Either way, this silence is nothing new!
PS: you'll probably have to wait a bit longer (end of DEC I think) and then we'll likely know whether this will sink (again) or swim.
"This deal with Steve and Mike, unlike all the others I worked for free to get done over the past 5 yrs, will NOT be coming back to me despite what certain people want others to believe."
This says it all and is why some folks think JB can't get anything done. It took 5 years "working for free" to get the deal with Steve and Mike. 5 years is a long time and some are still skeptical was to whether this is finally a "done deal." As I've said, 5 years of failed deals does not equal a "done deal." It may equal another failed deal. I think we'll know by the end of the year!
GL to all who have held 5 years or more to find out the end of the JB story. Also, GL to the newer folks who have only seen the short story!
Yeah. You know where I stand....they need to put out an exciting PR in DEC10 and launch PI-TV in JAN11, or I think they will close up shop again!
I think you are right: OS = RS + FLOAT. It looks like the numbers don't add up. Either the RS and/or the FLOAT must be higher.
The recent change in AS is my main concern. Used to be around 500M. Now the OS is around 500M.
The silence is not usually a good sign with CCAJ. Usually it means the current mgmt is debating whether they can actually make something of this company. In the past they couldn't. Will they succeed this time?
Here's what I see:
OTC Prophet has a link to HotStockChat which is run by Allinder and Berger. They tried to make something of CCAJ in the past, but then disappeared. Now they may be back. I'm not sure if they are directly related to OTC Prophet, but I found it interesting to see their names again.
Well good luck man! I'm just saying don't put too much hope on something that may be a little fishy!
If they make it work and the PPS skyrockets, I'm all for it!
NET, I hate to put a damper on your "very nice find," but if you look closely at OTC Prophet, they appear to have a connection to the CCAJ, which makes this suspect. I recognize two names from the CCAJ past as I was looking over the site.
On the bright side, even if connected to CCAJ, we'll see if they can get CCAJ some exposure going forward.
Finally, I stick to my 2 month timeframe for CCAJ to either sink (fail) or swim (launch something productive).
Of note is that they put out about 1 PR per month. We'll see if they keep it at this pace this month. Last PR was 10/7.
Just over 2 1/2 months from the announcement (see below). If the pattern holds they have a couple more months before failure/abandonment by the current management. If the pattern changes who knows what is next. They have about 2 more months to sink or swim.

Stock : Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (CCAJ)
Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. Announces Acquisition of Planet Impact, Inc.
Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CCAJ) announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shares of Planet Impact, Inc. (www.planetimpactinc.com) through a share exchange agreement in which Mr. Michael Lambert (current CEO of Planet Impact Inc.) and Mr. Stephen Remondini, (current President of Planet Impact Inc.) have agreed to join the Board of Directors of the Company.
"We have been in discussions for 5 weeks with Mr. Remondini's team and believe that the 'green business model' will create significant value for the shareholders of CCAJ,"
Well even if there is a PR Pump Campaign in late DEC into early JAN that will be a change of pace. Normally they only pump the new company/mgmt with the initial change and then it fails after a few months. That is why I think we'll know the course by the end of DEC.
Just from my recall, there was a title company, a spinal device company, a transportation company, and a prior green company. And that does not even include the original mirage (Lynx Petrol).
The next several weeks should reveal whether or not PI will be another failure.
I don't know if they will ever do anything with TECA, but at least there hasn't been much (if any) dilution recently. If there is ever some positive movement with the company the PPS should go up quickly.
In FEB 2011 it will be 2 yrs since they last communicated!
The next two months will tell the tale here at CCAJ! I predict CCAJ will come out of the "limbo" zone during this period and either have failed again or something will emerge to show success.
Right now I'm leaning toward another failure to "fix the books" and/or launch an operating business, but I think the reality will emerge in the next two months.
Curber, I assume you know something about the books, but failure to fix them has been the pattern thus far.
I will be very surprised if the current management "fixes the books," launches PItv, or produces any revenue.
I will not be surprised if the fold up and move on and leave CCAJ to the wind again!
OK, but history says this is also the timeframe where prior CCAJ acquistion/merger attempts have also failed. If they don't file soon, they should still put out something in the next couple of weeks regarding this issue.
The last team that tried to fix the books failed after starting to make statements like "it is taking longer than expected." We have heard one of these types of statements by PI thus far. GL
What makes you think the financials will be done in a week or two?
Why have you been included in "looking over the documents?" What is your role in the company? When will the "minor issues" be resolved?
How's the Florida Solar Project coming.........................
California is cooking on Solar projects:
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Feds-approve-largestever-apf-2320868826.html?x=0
OK, I see now. Not sure why they are using a low-profile news release source (cheaper I guess). Also not sure why it took 2 releases to get CCAJ in the release. Anyway, time will tell if this has any legs!
http://www.transworldnews.com/NewsStory.aspx?id=600763&aut=52231
Did you ever find out why they did not mention CCAJ in Tree Top PR? I'm concerned and think this will decline further if they don't ramp up reference to CCAJ in all PRs. As I've said, over the next couple months is where will find out if this deal is real.
They have recently expressed that getting the books right is harder than expected. Now, they don't mention CCAJ in a PI PR. This is the pattern of past failed merger/acquisitions.
NETJOY...why NO reference to CCAJ in this PR? Is this part of the SEC attorney silence recommendations or something else?
OK, this gives better odds then for Steve and Mike to get this done! Still somewhat skeptical, but I like the prospects of PI.
It won't save time if they have too much history to overcome (in terms of SEC filings). This has been the pattern for the last 3-4 years. A new mgmt team tries to right the books, but then finds the task too daunting and quit.
Not sure if Steve and Mike have the fortitude to see this one through. It is always a few months into the new mgmt that they begin to say it was "more than expected" or something to that effect. If history is a good predictor, they will eventually give up! We shall see.
Two Questions about CCAJ/PI.......
1. Is the PI HQ now in this city? http://www.boyntonbeachcra.com/map/
2. Is Kathy Biscuiti IR, PR or both? I see she is the Special Events Director for Boynton Beach CRA.
You have to have a lot of PATIENCE to stay in CCAJ! Is 2011 finally the year that patience is rewarded?
I like the email response, but this sentence is similar to past attempts to resurrect this company:
"This task is turning out to be much more of a time consuming process than anticipated and we are doing whatever is necessary to make sure that it is done professionally."
Hopefully it works!
Should I buy 5000 at $0.007 to move it up another notch? I can probably afford $35 today.
Was this a #4 day............
4. Or (and this is a big "or") they will execute the launch of a tv channel, more HERO Solar involvement, and green product sales and distribution in 2011 without significant dilution.
