retiredcoach, I hope theres a IR firm in the not to distant future. We need someone to talk up our little gem. Getting quiet around here. I'm getting excited. lol eom
Yup, we're getting there. lol eom
How come the news hasn't been picked up by yahoo? eom
maxtil, Let's try an experiment. lol I trust you to be truthful. Let's look at SMMW from the beginning of January until now with all the news releases and where they are today. Now lets erase Dan completely from your memory. Lets pretend Dan never existed and a guy named David Ortiz for the sake of argument was the CEO. Would you look at SMMW in a different light? Would you see potential here? eom
PS: Maybe I should have named the fake CEO Derek Jeter.
I guess the discussions with Bresnan Communications to develop television broadcast stations in undisclosed markets on the cable provider's broadcast system is going well according to that last release. eom
News hasn't hit yahoo yet. eom
6 on the ask now. yoo hoo eom
gorbec1, Not only that but he is keeping the managers in charge. The people who own these stations that jump on board are remaining with SMMW. Real smart. eom
I think bobky was right about these internet message boards. Their addictive and can drive one insane. Time for my meds.cuckoo lol eom
Mugsy, I agree. Can't wait to see what Dan comes out with next. eom
Mugsy5, I think the pieces to the puzzle are being assembled and it's a bigger picture than we originally thought. I think Dan had financing that the general public wasn't aware of. I think between advertizing, sporting goods sales from different physical
locations, plus online sales we'll have a lot of cash to grow. I think we have a sporting goods/ multi media mini empire here. lol
I wonder why these people who were so quick to jump on QBID for a gay TV station and then got left hanging don't see the REAL potential here? They will eventually I bet. eom
So Mugs what do you think about our little gem here? eom
Were all the patients given their meds and put to bed? eom
BMH, the guy who called RJ names went to jail. lol eom
We need a injection of fresh investors in here to bring some life to the room. It's like a nursing home in here. lol eom
RJ, Your kidding, Right? "I appreciate all that you bring to this board. I am glad to see that you see the light here with Summus." eom
The longs that have been here since 2004 know what we went through. There were bumps in the road. We had a quiet period, but we are obviously over that now. Can't we look what's happened since Jan. 2006 and see the progress being made. Everyone's mad because the pps hasn't moved yet, PERIOD. It looks like things are beginning to turn for the better. I won't say be patient because I think we have been more than patient and I share your frustration in that regard.
Our future is beginning to look brighter, so let's just ride this thing out and not turn on each other. eom
You mean Bresnan wants to go public? lol eom
Gorbec, Montana. lol
Today, Bresnan Communications operates in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. The company’s reputation for solid operating performance, innovation, stellar customer service and strong relationships with both customers and community leaders remains widely acknowledged.
About Bresnan
History: Overview
Bresnan Communications began operations in 1984 with the purchase of five cable systems located on the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. During the next 14 years, Bresnan grew quickly, acquiring more systems across Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Mississippi and Georgia. The company also made acquisitions abroad in both Chile and Poland.
By 1997, Bresnan had upgraded the majority of its domestic systems with a hybrid fiber-coaxial architecture, offering more than 80% of its U.S. customers some of the most advanced technology and services available to suburban and rural communities in the Midwest. The company continued to upgrade most of the systems it acquired through the end of the decade. Internationally, Bresnan has developed diversified broadband operations that have significantly improved the array of entertainment, information and communications services available in the countries in which it operated.
Bresnan has always reached beyond cable’s traditional residential customer base, leveraging its broadband technology to provide custom high-speed data solutions to the business, education, government and healthcare communities. The company continues to do so today through its commercial division, Bresnan Business Services. A single-source provider of flexible data networking solutions, the Business Services division designs and implements secure, reliable solutions that equip customers, regardless of size, to meet the critical demands of an integrated telecommunications environment.
The company believes that a solid relationship with customers and the larger community is critical to its long-term success. Through its public affairs initiatives, Bresnan has always committed its experience and its resources to enhancing the lives of residents in the communities it serves. That commitment has garnered the Cable Television Public Affairs Association’s highest honor, the President’s Award for outstanding achievement in public affairs. Across its long history, Bresnan has repeatedly received industry recognition for its innovative customer service initiatives as well.
Today, Bresnan Communications operates in Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Utah. The company’s reputation for solid operating performance, innovation, stellar customer service and strong relationships with both customers and community leaders remains widely acknowledged.

Who's going to be the first to bash this PR? eom
maxtil, People b itched about closing LOI's. Dan's doing that now. People b itched about numbers. Dan's adding that to the pr's. It's obvious the companies expanding and adding revs. Next thing someone will check the color of his s hit and think it's not normal and accuse him of being an alien. lol eom
I hope Dan has a plan to move this thing. Cause his pr's to date are doing nothing to attract new investors. I been hearing soon for two years. The word soon is beginning to make me nauseous. eom
sludgehound, Who cares about winter olympic ratings. We didn't cover it. And the guy they sent was for contacts. RSN is outdoor programing, not just skiing. Plus whatever original programing summus develops.
dc_320, Thank you very much. How many languages are you fluent in? lol eom
I think if a certain individual would skip the ranting and get to the informative part, it would be a better read. jmo eom
Maybe this is what happened?
If you admit that you owe the money, check the applicable box on the answer form and make arrangements with the plaintiff for payment. You will also have to pay the court costs incurred by the plaintiff as set forth on the complaint. If you cannot pay the claim in full, contact the plaintiff and see if you can agree on paying the amount in installments. All the money that you owe should be paid directly to the plaintiff; no money should be sent to the court.
If you dispute the claim because you do not owe the money, mark the applicable box on the answer form. The clerk will set the matter for hearing, and you will receive a Notice of Hearing in the mail. It is important that you provide the court with a current address.
Remember: Whether you agree or disagree with the plaintiff, you must complete the answer form and return it to the court for filing within 20 days after receiving the summons and complaint. Many cases are lost by default due to the failure of the defendant to file a timely answer.
Settled out of court. They are not required to appear. Case disposed of. It says it was cancelled. I have no idea. eom
That's what I'm talking about. POSITIVE THINKING. :>) eom
