Yes, please check out the "Rice Mill,LLC(LRM)" in Louisiana.Now it's not RBT mill, but states= processes to produce the Highest quality available(White,or brown for Human consumption) (also rice bran,by product of milling)can be shipped domestically or export 30 tons or 30,000 tons.Now CEO Short's bad PR program might need tweeking, but the point is it's avail. If Short has mills in La. whats the diff. The above mills are in Crowley & Mermentan,La. That is why RBT has a mill in La. Don't blame it on the animals & rain, where their's a will there's a WAY.
