Daily chart looks like a staircase...Climbing to the moon!
Slap me silly! Go BMSN!
It looks like volume is picking up this morning...
Yep! That's why we're here.
My best gainer today. What will next week bring?
Sure wished I owned 7% of this gem! Back in October, my associate and I estimated our combined ownership to be roughly one half of one per cent of the O/S...
Smellin' like a rose! How 'bout that share price?
Good points to ponder...
Yep, how about a Grand Slam! LDM numbers, ADL deal, drilling program, and cash dividend! That is, after he's settled in and had his orientation, picked the office furniture, etc...
Yes, good luck to all!
Why build porta-potties when the digging of every new latrine pit uncovers a bonanza on the heavily mineralized LDM?
That's a real doozy Carl!
Added 600K at .0029. Previous buys at .0012 and .0014 from the beginning of the year.
Please share more of your research on historic news of MDMN. Outside of a Google search, of course. We can all do that. Happy Fourth!
How 'bout that MDMN stock? By the way, I miss my west coast wake up.. Where's CarlCarlMcB?
I did not mean to imply that Barrick is a suitor. The companys operations were cited to show how "Gold mining costs are not uniform."
Let's stick to the facts. The cost of mining an ounce of gold for one large producer, Barrick, ranges from $333 to $3,764 per ounce. During times of depressed commodity prices, miners always go to projects and mines with lower production costs.

Thanks for keepin’ ‘em honest, Krak. Word is that with a new CEO, company communications will be greatly improved. Of course, there will be plenty to report well ahead of third quarter financials, with a nice interest in a producing mine (Medinah Minerals USA is entitled to 30 percent of all net production profits, that is, 30 percent of all checks received from The sale of ores) and an LOI for the ADL property a real possibility in the near future. I’ll bet the new guy will at least have English 101 under his belt. Gonna be exciting!
Welcome back, my little 3-bagger. Soon to be a multi-multibagger!
Been holding through thick and thin since .0065. I'm a believer!
My prediction for the future share price of MDMN: Up! This is not based on technical charting or exhaustive research. This prediction is based on the fact that we will be getting a weekly check for ore milled from the active Bronco 1 claim at Los Dos Marios. The market will take notice that we have an interest in a producing gold mine! Well, to be precise, a copper, silver, and gold mine….
Darn tootin! Positive cash flow will move the stock price up. Whether it be in the form of cash dividends (my choice) or improvements to the property i.e. drilling and blocking out reserves, cash is king. Should be a check in the mail soon to MDMN North America from our producing LDM property…
What we are dealing with is a gentleman (JJ) who accomplished a monumental task. The consolidation and maintenance of over 1500 claims atop the Alto de Lipangue. I personally have done the work for just one placer claim in the U.S., so I am able to appreciate his efforts more than some.
But as with a parent and their beloved child, he has not been able to let go (cut a practical deal) for his baby. And these are rotten times for juniors.
But..we at long last have an operating mine. We will be getting checks, and..tunneling is progressing toward DD#2 and further into the mountain. These things alone for me are worth keeping a position.
Nothin’ wrong with a little dreaming now, is there? And there are far, far worse things than carrot munching and dream peddling. It’s a speculative play, Krak, one in which we don’t bet the farm. And the continuing saga might just have a silver lining (cash dividends).
Same here.
Thanks for quoting Dr. DeCosta’s well written post.
On another venue, questions were fielded by Mr. Price concerning the active LDM operation. To paraphrase, Mr. Price stressed mine development and generating a positive cash flow as the directions to be taken with the operation. Now doesn’t a positive cash flow at least open the door to a cash dividend or share buyback? I’d like to think it does. A nice little dividend of just a penny per share would give a shareholder of one million shares a tidy little ten thousand dollar payout. Not bad!
Now Krak -DeCostas' no clown. It’s just that Dragonspeak has us all stumped. Let’s simplify things a bit..…“These guys all hat, no cattle for years. Now they got us a real mine and are shipping ore to the refinery. Whooeee! Big ore trucks rolling down North road to Til Til everyday proof! Now Wall Street guys need to see a check…When they see a check, Whooeee! Word gets out, stock price goes up!”
What I get from the translation is that MDMN is a steal at these prices!
Agreed. We can certainly think of this as a gift to the dedicated long-term holders of the stock. We all knew this was just a matter of time...
What was meant was that in writing about a subject as difficult as geology, where the technical vocabulary is not often defined for the layperson, Dr. DeCosta might do well to pare down the extravagance of his writing style to lessen confusion. I count myself as a “geo-buff,” but find that I must re-write his material (in my mind) to reduce the fluff in order to get to the bottom of things. Once that is done, I find the material valuable and enlightening and a great aid in understanding the potential resource value of this property.
You’ve summarized our current situation quite well in a few short paragraphs.
Let me add that the vitriol leveled against Dr. DeCosta is, in my opinion, unwarranted. After meeting him at the AGM in February, my impression was that of a nice and intelligent gentleman. I have always looked forward to his posts regarding the geologic make up of the ADL and have found his worst sin to be, perhaps, a tendency toward verbosity in his writing.
I'm finally showing a good gain on this after holding for a few years.
Hard to argue with your summary, Massimo. Regarding the LDM, however, I think we might really have an "ace in the hole." Yes, there must be complete and standardized assays.
Yes, the diagnostic product shouldn't be discounted. At the present time, diagnosis of Alzheimers is generally a matter of opinion offered by a social worker or MD after a short test. A lengthy multi-day assesment by a neuropsychiatrist or an electronic brain scan is quite expensive but a better indicator of the disease.
Positive indentification of the disease is important for several reasons, one being the need for long term planning by family members. Even though average life span after early diagnosis is eight years, the cost of treatment and care over that period can be prohibitive for many despite medicare and medicaid. Knowing for sure is invaluable for many reasons.
I'm dealing with this issue with my elderly mother currently, hoping that the diagnosis by her doctor and social worker/assessor is correct. There is always the nagging question that begs "what if they're incorrect and she lives another twenty years?" Her placement in an adult home with memory care could break us financially at that point.
For myself and many others, considering the prevalence of this disease among the growing ranks of the elderly, it would be good to know for sure.
By the way, long and strong since October 2012.
Oh Yes!! Come back to daddy, my little 4-bagger!
It is mentioned in the above sticky that "Mr. Siegel led the team that successfully launched American Idol's first PSMS text program." Isn't Premium SMS a kind of short character texting that allows viewers to vote from home on their mobile phones(for a fee)? I hear it's a big revenue generator. I believe that effort shows that this gentleman is quite a forward thinker. Anyway, he has my vote based on cred. Been in this play since last November thanks to advice from a tipster who knew what he was talking about.
Well Carl, I'd say what we know about the LDM alone makes this stock well worth its present 40 million dollar market cap. I'm sold on the resource value of this company.
Darn good common sense post. Bears re-reading. I am holding tighter than ever!
Could be, Carl..could be. Things are sure looking up!
Aye, Cap'n. Show de scurvy bilge rats de short plank!
I'm a staunch long, having bought my first blocks last fall at .0065 and have been adding and holding ever since. But, uplisting to the Nasdaq is a tall order at the present time. From an online source: "Major stock exchanges, like the Nasdaq, are exclusive clubs - their reputations rest on the companies they trade. As such, the Nasdaq won't allow just any company to be traded on its exchange. Only companies with a solid history and top-notch management behind them are considered.
The Nasdaq has three sets of listing requirements. Each company must meet at least one of the three requirement sets, as well as the main rules for all companies.
Listing Requirements for All Companies
Each company must have a minimum of 1,250,000 publicly-traded shares upon listing, excluding those held by officers, directors or any beneficial owners of more then 10% of the company. In addition, the regular bid price at time of listing must be $4, and there must be at least three market makers for the stock. However, a company may qualify under a closing price alternative of $3 or $2 if the company meets varying reequirements."
