Do you think they're holding off the dividend so we don't sell our shares before then so they can keep feeding theirs into the market?
Not bashing, just asking.
I've had orders filled @ a lower price than my bid, so I think you're right.
All I want is to see those MMs @ .0004 diminishing! That's all I ask right now.
right
Would anybody be so sinister as to buy a bit @.0005 just to give us a thrill and hope?
I just saw the .ooo5
was it a mistake?
Do you have a long position? What are you going to do if you do.
Why do these posts get deleted? I have no idea what this is in response to. How bad can it be. Is whoever it was cursing and threatening people? Damn.
Okay, so, what are your hopes for a rally regardless, into which enough shares can be sold for present holders to recoup or make a few bucks? I assume you've been here before.
Very, very good. Descendant perhaps? :)
GTC,
For the record, I love your Twain quote. Everytime I read it it's like a moral heads up.

I'll be offline soon for awhile, but I must say that Churak's observation that UCAD's sole source of revenue is the issueing of shares is disturbing. Most of my faith in CMKX revolves around its association with Glenn, who has stated that his involvement is limited to a specific function. The generalization of his involvement by CMKX is actually a source of concern. Why Glenn isn't coming forth to clarify just what his function is is confusing to me too. So now UCAD seems murky. There are so many factors to sort through in trying to decipher if the players are making deals that benefit them and will leave us in the desiccated dust, if there's even hope of another spike, etc. So, I was just wondering, as per my last post, whether deals of this nature always end in a sort of ruin.
What I'm asking is, you supplied some info on companies that were involved in deals in the past much like what UCAD and those other 22 companies just got into with Lanley. Those can't be the only companies involved in similar prior dealings and I was wondering if you'd come across any where the price didn't go down over time, or would the historical results you've dug up be a fait accompli for UCAD, in your opinion.
Why WOULD he want you to do that. This is my perpetual question. I've gotten a few explanations as to what a basher is, but I can't decide if some are just sincerely pessimistic or analytic people, if most have ulterior motives, and who is who. Inquiring minds need to know!!!!
Okay then.
Well this is what I'm TRYING to figure out. He's saying, I THINK! That there are London groups cutting these kinds of deals (for whatever reason) and he supplied graphs and links showing that after the announcement of the deals the companies involved spiked then declined over time (as you can see, sorry for stating the obvious, just writing it for myself!). BUT! Of course that's going to happen with a percentage of any sampling of companies involved in ANY kind of deal. I just don't know how to do my own research to see how small a sampling it is and if there are any with opposite results. Jeeeesh, for crying out loud. :(
Maybe I ask too much, but JUST ONE more question,
Clearly these aren't the only samples of such London deals. Have you come up with any with opposite results?
Hope I get an anwer cause I don't have the resources or kowledge to track down this stuff.
Okay, so they spike after announcment then fall off precipitously. So, if I'm reading this correctly, not knowing diddly, by the time our shares are free trading....? Is this what I'm seeing?
You still there? How do you explain it?
Shoot. I want to go, but what did your last post say?
Okay, that's it. I'm getting loopy from reading all these posts. My brain isn't even functioning anymore.
Good Night.
"bowled over" that is. I keep doing that. Doing three things at once and screwing up.
and then everyone swoons, balled over by the diamondipherous spirit
Do you have a background in finance? I've been reading the Series 7 book to sort of help me make more informed decisions, but I'm learning more from the people here, and it's a hell of a lot more fun!
Huh. You sound far more knowledgable than I so I'll go with you then. TX
Well, the restricted shares probably aren't actually registered yet. They don't show up as actual, tradable shares anywhere, at least none of mine have, until I filled out 144 forms a year after the date on the cert. Then they can get deposited as tradable under 144. You can trade restricted shares a year into it. I'm sorry if you know this or if I'm somehow wrong, but I own tons of restricted shares in numerous companies and that's always how it's been for me at any rate.
Oh, and :)
Guess what, I made a deal like that and it paid off. And boy was I confused. Had I known then what I know now.... never!
So what's the motive then? What's the benefit of making these deals?
That's soooo good. Glad I backtracked on someone else's post or I would have missed it.
Okay, I'm leaving on that good note to watch a flick. That last thread really felt great.
HAVE FUN AND PROSPER ALL!
Night.
Looks legit to me! As far as I'm concered, anything that's lends credence to UCAD lends credence to CMKX.
yes, it's an incredibly intricate scam to bolster invester confidence, lol
!!!!!!!!!
There's another identical PR regarding the same co. Three total and all companies are real. Looked them up.
I'm not who you asked, but, a press release, actually three PRs were released about a British Investment co. that entered into a deal with UCAD also entered into a deal with two other small companies. Just read last dozen or so posts and you'll see them. Worded identically and all companies that they talk about are real. I looked them up. Blah blah blah. You have to see it to understand.
Three identical PRs and all companies involved are real, only the Brittish Investment group is not named. I looked up other two and both trade legit.
Newport Int. is real too.
Well, Avenue Group is real.
It's identical to the UCAD exchange. Did I read that right? I'm apparently clueless.
what .0005? CMKX?
