I agree, basically the sky is the limit. There's no guarantee about the share price, but I don't see any limit to it's POTENTIAL.
Strange volume! Seems like it finished at almost exactly the same it was when I last checked at around 9 AM pacific.
I'm going to put in an order for 100,000 shares at .001 and see if that helps the share price.
How do you know for certain that there won't be a buyout?
How is it possible for the float to be higher than the outstanding shares?
Anybody know what the float is?
A couple new blubs from the MTP twitter sight. Nothing too specific, but hopefully it leads to better volume today.
"had a great meeting with www.dresdensun.com guys tonight with great results. Details forthcoming this week
about 2 hours ago from web"
"Submitted binder & deposit to our booking agent tonight for our Summer show headliner! about 2 hours ago from web"
Good to hear news on both the concert AND the film fronts!
I know that I own .53% of the outstanding shares, but how much float is there?
Today was the first time since April 17th that PINR's daily volume has been under one million, according to the data at pinksheets.com:
http://pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=PINR
I own 8.4 million shares of PINR.
Sounds about right.
Oh snap, I had no idea that we were both going to begin our posts with "FWIW" :)
FWIW, PINR got removed from the Buyer Beware list:

What do you think the 3-5 year target for the share price is?
Do you think that by 2012, the stock price will be above $1.00 per share?
I hope the rumor of the dividend is true. Even the dividend is a tenth of a cent per share, that would still be about $8,400, enough to pay off most of my debt.
Sorry, I meant to post this as a new topic. My bad.
Well, the volume is about three times what it was yesterday. I guess that's a sign that the PR made a SOME sort of substantial impact on investors. Maybe investors will think about it over the weekend and come to a very postive conclusion about the news.
Well, the volume's pretty good so far. We're already up to almost 3 million.
Do you think that within a few years from now, we'll be into dollars?
How concerned are you guys about the big drop in volume today (only about 14 million today vs. about 109 million yesterday)?
"I tried my imagination, but I was disturbed" (Tommy Tutone)
Do YOU have a prediction about what the share price will be when fall starts?
That's what I did. I sold all my shares of EESO and bought 8.4 million PINR shares. I feel good about that decision.
Does the ticker change have any effect on the 8.4 million shares of PINR that I own right now?
Sounds like things are heating up, but what does 24 have to do with MTP productions?
OK, if you that's best, I'll let things unfold.
When the news breaks, I'm going to post it on every stock message board that I know of, and hopefully boost the demand even more.
"Also the shares that he issued as part of the deal are restricted for 1 year and have a price restriction as well !"
Do my PINR shares become restricted after the ticker change takes place?
You guys think that within a year or two it might hit .25 per share or more?
I don't know any more that you guys, but I'm confident that PINR will go up; so I sold all my EESO shares and bought 7,559,450 PINR shares today to go with the 857,171 that I already owned.
I'm ready for the spike!
Yeah, I own 333,877 shares of EESO I think about 850,000 shares of PINR. I'm confident that an EESO buyout will happen at some point, but I'm thinking of temporarily cramming all my money into PINR in anticipation of a surge in the PINR share price.
Do you guys think that PINR is due for a jump in share price in the next week or so?
How long do you think it will be before PINR reaches pennyland?
So Star Towers offered stock? Is ST a publicly traded company? I typed them into Money.Msn.com/stocks and I didn't get a match.
Is that really a major factor in buyout negotiations? I would think that the potential buyers would base their bids mostly on how they think purchasing EESO would make their business more efficent and lead to greater revenue down the road.
So the two competing buyers are Star Towers and M-Cotec? I just want to clarify because I feel that sentence about the prospective buyers is a little longwinded for a simpleton like me :)
Thank you, Believer. Ideally, I'd get the money ASAP, but I do agree with you that the buyout will be well worth the wait.
(I just maxed out my three posts for the day, so I'll see you all tomorrow).
No one wants to take a guess? Why not? How long do you think it will take for this buyout will be finalized?
(I'm optimistic, but chomping at the bit. I want to cash in my 333,877 shares).
When do you think this buyout will be finalized? Also, is it possible that the per share value of the unrestricted shares that might be given in the buyout might be even bigger than the per share value of the cash given in the buyout? For instance, maybe they buyout is for 20 cents a share, but the value of the shares of the buyer is a great deal more than that?
