The mine was not shut down. Production has never started. Final permits have been applied for and once approved, production can move forward. You really should read the 43-101 Tech Report.
There are some members of this board who own more than 40 million shares. They are retail traders.
UBSS showing 12 million shares is nothing. Someone could buy all the shares and take UBSS out.
I would venture a guess that 200+ million shares of the float are held by less than 10 people on this board. That's a good thing, IMO, especially if they hold during a big run.
Not yet. I'd love to get those .0003s but it will take a few days for the ACH verification with E*Trade. I should be able to start buying again on Friday, Monday at the latest.
Always looking for a way to slam the company. There were no glitches with Transcend. My reasons for moving my shares is a decision that does not require explanation on this board.
I fully support iFinix and will continue to buy more shares of INIX in order to average down.
Got my E*Trade account all set up and funded. Also, transferring all of my Transcend shares to my E*Trade account. Next week, I will be able to start sucking up some of these triple zero shares.
It took me less than half an hour to open and fund the new E*Trade account. No more excuses for not being able to buy INIX at these prices.
I have decided to open an e-Trade account. It's been my stubbornness to open a new account that's prevented me from averaging down at these triple zero prices. It's easy to open an e-Trade account.
Blaming iFinix for the DTCC issue is one thing. However, refusing to open a new account with a broker that allows the trading of INIX, is on the investor, not the company.
I learned that it is very easy to have my funds transferred from TD Ameritrade into a new brokerage account.
The acquisition was completed on March 16 which is in the first quarter. The $3million in new assets will have to be shown on the books for Q1.
No one loses a single $ until they sell.
Average down at these prices and flip it out at .0012 and get some off the table. It will go back above .001
The pattern is the same as end of last month, someone or some group is selling into the bid to drive the price down. Next week, they will start buying and push the price back up to flip. IMO, this is not the company!! Everyone always makes it out to be dilution. The company would not dump shares and drive the price down, its stupid. However, a coordinted group, like the Magna Group, could pull it off. All I can say is to keep buying up the cheap shares and wait for the next run and flip some. I received several PMs today from members telling me they bought 3 million at .0003 I think that's great.
When a stock is down, people always feel the need to point fingers. When INIX ran up to .0014 a week ago, no one was complaining.
I truly believe the members of this board hold over 60% of the float. That will be incredible to watch INIX once real buying pressure kicks in again.
last PR said they were pursuing a software development company. That would be nice also. I think there will be plenty of positives in the future, none more important that getting back in the DTCC
It might not be for all the right reasons, but INIX is back in the top 50 breakout boards. If this pattern repeats itself, then next week should be another move up.
I'm sick of it too. However, it is not the company. I really believe it is being manipulated. Same thing happened last month, almost exactly. I think its being played for the flip. Once some seriously good news comes out and the interest and buying volume picks up, I believe it will rapidly increase and stay there.
There are five members of this board, who combined, own 200 million shares. That's a quarter of the float held by five investors. When the interest and volume returns, and they hold during a run, it could get very interesting. Not to mention, they will make a boat-load.
I am in TDA and I can sell with no problem. However, I am not able to buy. If I wanted to sell, I could have already done it. However, I will not be able to buy until the DTCC issue is over. TDA said last week that it will allow buying of INIX almost immediately once that happens.
Like many here bronen, I believe the DTCC issue is holding this stock hostage. Once its approved, IMO, the pps will see a nice pop. Q1 fins due out in three weeks should look much better than a year ago. Additional info on the next acquisition and another update on the mine, could really give INIX a boost.
The company would be insane to try and raise cash at this pps. Twenty million shares is only $6K. Its not the company. I think its the same group that worked to tank the stock a few weeks ago.
Besides being a broker, CANT is just another MM. Its possible that a retail investor is just using them to sell their shares.
Take note that no one from this board has visited your GEM's board and started bashing it all to hell. We don't own that stock so we don't bother posting on its board.
I hope you make a ton of $$ on that stock. Sorry this momo play did not work out for you. Honestly, I am. But, dude, give it a rest. We're all adults and made our beds here with INIX.
Oh yeah, and the board has you to thank for letting us all know how stupid we are for investing in INIX. You're a real prize! Oh yeah, I have not sold a single share. You're advice means nothing to me.
What I find laughable is that you've posted over a dozen times today on this board, a stock you admit you no longer own. Yet, the stock you pumped yesterday, you've only posted to once today. You spend more time on the board of a stock you lost $16 on than do you do on the stock board you think will make you a lot of money.
Everyone should just put you on iggy and stop wasting their time reading your posts.
There are several on this board that hold 40+ million each with no intention of selling below a penny.
That does not even begin to take into consideration the estimated $1.2 million annual revenue to iFinix Management once production begins -- based on current price of gold. That revenue alone, once it starts coming in, will increase iFinix value tremendously. It'll be 2012, but INIX is a long-term play for many of us, so buy it up now and hold.
Hopefully all the shares at this price are going into long hands. Eventually, when iFinix starts releasing significant good news, the share price will rock because there are so many shares in long hands that are not going to sell under .01
Q1 fins are not due out until May 15. iFinix does not have a history of releasing financials early. Traditionally they are on time or two weeks late.
News before Friday would be nice, especially if its the DTCC resolution.
The word "immediately" does not exist in the Government!
But you are correct, the issue needs to be resolved soon. I doubt iFinix can call the DTCC and poke them in the eye and ask them to hurry up. That would just result in a longer wait.
The DTCC issue must get resolved soon. There are a lot of longs that are not able to average down and buy up a lot of these .0005 shares because of TDA. Once TDA allows it, I will buy a lot more down here ro average down more.
Geez, AMM, INIX is not selling shares. It's probably the same jerks that forced it down to .0003 a few weeks back. The company must become profitable, increase revs, and decrease its debt. Until then, we wait for the pinky games to end. The Q1 fins will be out in three weeks. Hopefully, by then, the DTCC issue will be resolved and the fins will actually look decent.
Nice going Picasso!
Next time, have someone take a digital photo of you being hauled off by police. I will accept nothing less. LOL
I do not care about OakBridge's address. If you want to go and get yourself arrested, be my guest.
Could see DTCC news if it gets resolved soon.
I don't care about the address of OakBridge. Not one bit.
I've been holding for four years. I'm not going anywhere until I see what happens with the next few acquisitions and the mine in 2012. Go INIX
Let the DTCC issue get resolved, release Q1 fins, complete additional acquisition/partnership and update the mine production, and the INIX pps will take care of itself. IMO
I agree. Once the DTCC issue is resolved, the stock should trade higher. IMO INIX seems like its being manipulated at the moment. A lot of other stocks trading much higher with nothing to show for it.
BobF, that's not an opposition view at all. It is spot on. I totally agree with you that iFinix is not in the gold mining business. Yes, they acquired a stake in a mine but it's not their core business now.
I have spent some time researching the mine to prove its legit because so many were accusing the company of being a scam and so forth. Now, its pretty apparent that the Mohave mine is legit so I might back away from it and let the company keep us informed.
I would like to know more about the software development company that iFinix is in negoatiations with. Perhaps, another PR will be out soon with an update. Of course, the DTCC issue looms large as well.
GO INIX
iFinix Corporation { INIX } notified its shareholders last Friday that Tesoro Gold Company will be overseeing the Mohave Mine operations. Final permits such as the Aquifer Protection Permit, Occupancy Permit, and the Mining Plan of Operation are in progress. I expect that mining operations will begin Q4 2011 or Q1 2012. Estimated annual revenue for iFinix Management are in excess of $1.2 million. This is huge since iFinix Futures currently takes in just $550,000 annually.
I was able to use Google Earth to capture an image of the Mohave Gold mine's leach pads and access roads. Its clear to see much progress has been made.
I'm just trying to gather as much DD as possible. Obviously, its in everyone's best interest to learn as much as possible. It then allows us to spread the word. I believe INIX will go much much higher once gold revs start coming in. All the naysayers bitching and complaining about iFinix will, IMO, regret not getting shares at this price.
