EFIR has officially hit the price where they sold shares at.
They don't have much cash. I suspect they are stuck on financing also. Only asset they got is stock. They dilute too much they are DOA. Will be an interesting balancing act. I really had high hopes for them in 2005-6 with the Russian field but gazprom screwed them.
That's really old and pre r/s
It's possible they closed on the other signal light company. If that is the case that is some serious revenue.
Any idea what it's moving again?
Good at least you aren't wasting your time. He's probably working his day job as a Walmart greeter anyways.
Joe doesn't answer the phone or emails. Good luck trying to get an answer. He sucks and should be fired.
Actually they got paid with shares for consulting. Of which quite a few hit the o/s. Plus Some got series c shares(non R/S). They have zero cash. So unless they show some revenue rather than "consulting fees" they are DOA.
You really should do some research on the topic. It will make you a better trader. The short story is 10000 shares at .01 is $100
10 to 1 RS means 1000 shares at .10 is $100. However usually a large amount of selling results in the share price decreasing resulting in more selling to cover costs and a larger R/S
Sounds about right. They could have 15 mil for 900 mil shares. That was more bang for the buck.
They gave away the shares @.0045 for consulting fees. My feeling is they'll dump as much as they can for money to fund acquisitions and then r/s again. I'll be selling my holdings and wait till after the next r/s.
According to the filing today the company has been paying everyone with shares.
Company really messed up. My gut feeling is that they can't raise any capitol. Appears they tried last year without much luck.
It's an odd company. IR sucks badly, company has never really got its act together. They tried really hard last year but they seem lost at this stage. They know the oil business nothing about the otcbb market
EFIR's IR person is a complete bozo. He's some useless 4th IR person that gets paid the mininum to post press releases. He's doesn't answer the phone or respond to email. I suspect he has like a 5 a month limit for responses. Plus he's so stupid he's doesn't realize the email on the press releases bounces. Zero professionalism...
He hasn't answer a phone in over a year...
Interesting :) Some things never change, I'm surprised they were able to string it together and put the 3 together and realize they were the same.
Andrew Beyer now selling hair loss products... That's a new one even for AERO.
That got updated last night in the ibox
Not sure how many were restricted got an email into IR. But I never get a response back. Tanking the stock in a loosing proposition for the company if they want to expand. It really a wait an see right now. I have less than $500 tied up in it the stock so it's no huge risk to me.
The floor does appear to be .008. I'm not committing to buying anymore till I see some tangible results. I do think there is money to be made here just need more tangible results.
The new O/S is posted That's whats irking me. The 0/S has gone up. They used shares to pay off some existing debt(looks like 500k). I can understand if the company grows and revs go up its water under the bridge. I'm very wary of companies using it on a monthly basis to pay the bills. They could've kept the kodiak deal and had 15 mil so I don't get their reasoning right now.
I'm mixed on it to be honest.
It's two wells and they might be able to gross 2 mil in revs with them. You need a bit more to get folks interested. They need a few more wells and some sustained rev's over more than one qt to get folks excited. Stock has some serious potential just need to see what happens. Their IR stinks. Hopefully with some real growth they can hire a more experienced outfit.
Agreed markets in the crapper right now.
Thanks! I see which one you used. The one listed on the PR's is bouncing.
Which email address where you using?
That will make a big difference on whats going on. I'd really like to know whats going on with the non-oil acquisitions. They already out 1 mil down and need 2 mil to close the deal.
Which makes sense considering how badly they had to dilute to pay off dutchess. On the flip side they canceled a finacing agreement with Kodiak LLC for 15 mil since kodiak wanted 990 mil common shares for the cash. That tells me they aren't interested in going that road again.
Ibox has what was posted from the last filing. which is pretty current
It popped a little at open now everybody is sitting at the bid.
That would be a nice trading trend.
Yup I live in Southern NH.
It's the OTCBB anything can happen around here. It's all bases on rev's. Right now PPS should be in the .01-.02 range on the oil alone based off the 10-k. Add in rev's from SATCO it should be 2x that. If they close on Southwest .06-.10 is my guess.
JMO
Been in the stock since 2004. The reason for the RS started back then. Firecreek had a chance to buy a huge oil field in Azerbijian that had been shutdown when the USSR collapse. They had to come with 25 mil for the down payment. They took out a loan with Dutchess Capitol for it. The put the money down and Gazprom said "nyet' and walked away with their money(The russian aren't too big on allowing foreign companies to sue for damages). They tried to pay it off but had to dilute and sell most of their holdings. The RS was their only way to get back to a decent position.
Was hoping for .0106 or .0108 myself
You can only sticky news posts that are 48+ hours old.
Does anyone have a valid email for IR? The one on the PR's keeps bouncing.
Need to see a few things for pennies. Prod numbers, rev's and one of the bigger acquisions happening(Southwest or the pipeline)
