No, I'm not in SFSH.. I looked at it a month or two ago while doing some IBC DD. At that time they were beginning a new campaign with a new PR firm and it picked up nicely from .06 to about .24. now it's declining again to around .12. So, I'm glad I didn't buy any.

Hmmm, you mentioned being late. I guess thats a matter of perspective. Personally, I would rather get in before something starts going up rather than on the way down as I did with this company. This is at rock bottom so you're not late. IMO the new phase with BRCC will begin before too long. So, if you're early you're not too early. Perhaps you're right on time.

Pennal96. Point (most of them) well taken. At this point I dont care if their new venture is legit or not. All I care about intially is whether or not they can get it to move. So, at my risk, I will throw alittle more at it to position myself to where I'll stand a chance to regain atleast a good portion, if not all, of my initial investment.

With most things I am concerned about morals and ethics. With this thing I am no longer concerned about such things. I'm only concerned about whether it will move or not for what ever reason.

I don't think that's crazy at all. But that's just me. If I planned on doubling my intial $ investment that would be crazy.

You could probably buy 200 million at .0002 cents. Selling your 200 million shares to someone(s) else could be an issue. There doesn't look to be a whole lot of buying interest in this stock at .0002 cents right now.

A half hour later he did call me. He asked me quite few qualifying questions. How many shares I own, $ amount of investment, current APS, how long I've been involved, my profession, and why I initially invested in IBC.

Didn't say it was healthy. Only saying it ain't dead. Biorenewable techs are a seperate nitch I guess. It costs next to nothing to create a different company to show different direction. Just a guess. Actually I have no clue why they changed it.

I spoke to Mr Badaloto - he actually returned my phone call. I was able to find out that any IBC shares will increase in value should BRCC take off - as BRCC is wholey owned by IBC.

He asked me not to pass on a few basic pieces of info. He asked me to call him next so we can talk about some other questions I have.

But basically I told him I was interested in knowing 2 things. 1) they aint dead, and 2) my current shares have value with their new company. He convinced me that they are in no way dead - they are working on several big things (sorry I cant be more detailed) and our shares will have increased value as BRCC gains value.

I got the impression no news will be let out until certain things are absolutely solidified.

claironstasap, I agree. I think the IBC mention in the Chinese Conference schedule is just a, no so far fetched, coincidence. Although it was only mentioned once.

IBC was probably named IBC for a good reason. Just as BioRenewable Chemical Corp was named as it was. So this kind of thing is not surprising to me either.

Hmm, A China connection? I don't think so IMHO. I think they are going to stick with domestic projects for now. Zhongoa was never a done deal. And, even though Chungwha was signed, sealed, and paid for with shares in lieu of future services, they haven't performed any services and probably won't in the near future (a few years) IMO. It would be good to leave them in the bull pen though! They are a powerful allie (how do you spell that?)

Yea that thing on business wire was curious. It was free and it did say something. A voice from out of the fog, faint and in a distance but still there. But why I wondered.
