Me, Something smart? - hmmmm.. After the first of the year, or rather, not 'til after the first of the year is a pretty a fair call.. Oct. 14th, 2011 is after the first of the year. Right?

Yea that thing on business wire was curious. It was free and it did say something. A voice from out of the fog, faint and in a distance but still there. But why I wondered. Like you said perhaps to let us know they are still there working on something. Or, to perhaps try to cover their asses in the eyes of the sec incase you and I promote a class action suit.

I think the first is more likely.. I have spoken again to the guy who works in the building IBC is in. He tells me he sees them most every day.

I'm going to try and call there again next week and see if I can get ahold of Nancy.
