Right now Jason soul purpose is getting these stores open the stress must be unenviable. You have different states with different laws and accountants paper work. Finding people you can trust. Using these shares to raise capital is better and borrowing money and having to pay interest on that money.

If they did sell some shares. It is much better then issuing new ones to raise capital.
