dig....yep. Wave is finally starting to look and act like the real deal. It's about time!!! Onward and upwards! I also think this combination helps in creating a bigger package for a t.o. down the road. JMO
dig.....just for grins, what would those rev #s translate to in pps terms?
wavedoctor....I think it has been a great week. JMO
Looks to me like the sea change to trusted computing and utilization of TPMs is indeed taking place right before our eyes
maybe a trickle first....
mistral53.....my conclusion is expansion followed by contraction = $
dig....I see presence across the NSA calendar of events. Balanced and engaged in speaking, panel discussions,.....getting more attention through PWC case study...hosting an event with NSA.....for a little company for Lee....it kind of speaks of things to come IMO. It is sure better than the opposite. When thinking back a couple of years ago this would be a dream we hoped for....and now we are here in the mix. Lots of players at this conference. Who knows, maybe someone will get interested and put us on the radar.
dig...it sort of looks like Wave is flexing a little muscle in advance of NSA. Kind of like 'Waving the Wave flag'. About time to rally the troups.....
Wave taking a leadership position at NSA. I like it!!! Go Wave!!!
KG....I think Wave's tech will be integrated for sure....and I will go so far as to say I believe in 12-18 months it will be bought at a decent pps. JMO
But they are going to have to provide it if they want to stay in business. The days of sitting idly by are coming to an end.
dig....they just need to put a string together, ramp it up, and sell it when the iron is hot. That is about all I have to say about this one.
Lugan....same thing happening on some of my recent orders.....8 shares..3 shares......100....100....100...100.. Ridiculous!!!!! It's high time to blast these jackheads out of here for good IMO.
Alea....and they might also be the ones rushing to our door a year from now.
Dat due mak a diferance. Tanks
Doma....you know how the game is played right? Seems like no one is satisfied anymore unless we have a high degree of drama fueled by the power of negative and positive press. I sometimes think our market system has a Bi-Polar condition. So while the little guy gets killed off and capitulates..... the big money is quitely sneeking in. Then all of a sudden, low and behold, the sky clears....and then the fiddle plays the other tune....things are going to be ok...its not so bad...the market climbs the wall of worry and everyone forgets about the Summer doldrums. But we have such an interconnected global world nowadays so if the U.S. burps then I guess everyone else follows until we get our sanity check. I am beginning to think Wave's current strategy is really going to be successful. We will whether the storm once again and then into 2012 - 2013. I think there is a T.O. coming sometime in this 24 month period so I ain't about to miss it after the journey we have been through together. I am thinking anywhere from $7.5 to $15 depending on how Wave executes and grows the top line. I hear there might be some .gov grant money for some TC pilots....hey, maybe we get lucky. All JMO.
I think that Wave just needs to keep booking deals and grabbing all the market share they can. Any outfit will value Wave higher the longer the client list. Just keep booking customers big and small. Time to wheel and deal. The T/O will come when it's time IMO. 2013???
dig....I was viewing the cloud services and mobile activity in 2012 as relevant to positioning Wave for a possible T.O. A product development agreement with a mobile partner would be a good strategic move also imo. I agree about 2012 impacts to top line. Not sure about current activities with SignOnline but I will do some digging.....if they can ink a good deal or two in the next 6 to 12 months that would certainly help in the overall positioning. For obvious reasons, the .gov activity is extremely important for Wave to maintain involvement in....seeing a new agreement would be very positive. I know Wave is most likely keeping somewhat of a low profile from a strategic point of view....but if they announce a few larger deals over the course of the next 12 months I think the inevitable comes our way. Wave might be looking at $25 as an acceptable level in a T.O., but I see $10 - $12 as most likely assuming they execute and bring in the deals. It is very important that Wave break free and clear of the $5 threshold and hold, and then the stage will be set imo. Time will tell.
hi dig....it will be interesting what transpires for Wave over the next 12 months. I think Wave will come out with something about their Cloud Services soon. They will start getting something going in the mobile area in the not too distant future. If partners are implicated it will bode well for Wave either as an independent or possible as a T.O. candidate. They may have another .gov continuation deal which will serve to hold them in the space. If the 6-20 deals we have heard about start to dribble out in a fairly consistent pace over a feq qtrs, I see Wave continuing to gain more attention in the space. Toss in something good from SignOnline as things have been rather quite for awhile. I also think the NSA Conference might kind of be the starting point for the build up going forward. I kind of have the feeling that BEWML will add on some more and possible look more like a GM by the time all is said and done. So, if all goes according to plan, I expect Wave to be in a different place this time next year. As it relates to a T.O. offer, I would like to see Wave get above $5 on their own and stabalize. If all this comes about, then I definitely believe the offer in the $1B area is feasible. A lot has to go right that is for sure. From what we understand....Wave just won a contract over a $7+B company. If they continue to win deals the inevitable T.O. will probably be a very strong probability. So much cash on the books at the bigger outfits right now. Lots of buying power. I agree with you....I would much rather have this scenario than the alternative.
And with these multi-national companies, sometimes the hardest part is getting through the front door. But once you get the nod and you're on the inside there is so much potential for growth and expansion to the original deal. And other premier companies in the same industries often follow the leaders.
workingcapital.....your point about the po timing is well taken. I have thought similar thoughts as you. As we understand from the public cc, Wave has won the contract.....they are the vendor moving in-house to set up the system with who we believe to be BP. We also think the comp we beat out to be a $7-$8B company. If as part of the negotiation they timed it out a certain way that is fine with me. The time to wait is not long. The main thing to take away is Wave WON. And I am sure it was a battle. Each and every win Wave secures just increases our probability for more success. JMO.
cartoon..,,thanks for info. I definitely look forward to hearing more from Wave on the mobile space looks to me like lots of things starting to come together.
wavedreamer....good note. What I would like to see is some sort of product development agreement with Wave and xxxxxxx in advance of a product launch. I think that would definite get the juices flowing and the stock might very well trade up in advance of the product launch time frame. I don't know if they will make such an agreement with a mobile partner, or if they are going to develop their product to fit the mobile specs and make it available to all at a future date. I would like them to lock someone up now and develop their product in sync with a product launch. Time will tell. The mobile will come when it comes, but I can assume that it could be a big deal (maybe a game changer) for Wave. I also think that Wave is trying to hitch their wagon to the Govt so if they can it will pull them on through in a defined phase in but it is a big opportunity and a very inviable position to be in. It will generate lots of attention.
Wave is a busy bunch of bees.

awk.....I have always read that big money starts to ease into a position 6 months before the average Joe investor. So if we are a couple qtrs out then I would expect to see the stock start to tighten upwards over the next few months as money eases in....taking advantage of any little dip. I don't know how far out before we get any PR on the mobile space, but it is worth the wait IMO. To me, it looks like Wave is moving faster on the mobile space now that things are starting to move towards critical mass and the technology is taking root. Thanks for all you do for this investment community.
DD....music to my ears! Thanks!
toro....financials are improving IMO.
Dory....BASF??
Good question. A lot depends on what Wave gets done over the next year. I am hoping for $8-$10
I'm buying all I can in cash!! Loving it!! I see a buyout coming in the not too distant future! JMO.
wavxmaster....thanks very much for posting the link to the charts.
oknpv.....I am ready for the big catapult!!! :)
In addition to a lack of any real news since April 14!!!!
I'm just buying will all cash nowadays! Finally learned my lesson. It's alot more fun on days like we have had recently. I guess I will just keep on accumulating until the buyout! (JMO and plan....not meant as investment advice)
I think it is like waiting to see the whites of their eyes!!! I say we take the Wave Alamo if no news!! :)
ICBW....but presenting Aug 8, 9, and 10th....and earnings after the bell on the 9th.....one would kind of think there is maybe another PR getting set up on the launch pad. It sure would be timely. We will see soon enough.
I am more interested in whatever the news might be at this time. I would be thrilled just to see Wave issue a PR.
No worrying or fretting. I just believe it is inevitable. At what price is contingent on how Wave does going forward. But the more big clients they secure the more attention they will get. I think when/if forecasted top line annual revs get to $75-$100mm level then the probability will be very high IMO.
KillerGerbil.....I simply think Wave is a take out candidate in the not too distant future. JMO.
