I don't have all the answers by any means but what I do know is the product tests show a fuel that looks equal to or better than what is currently available no matter who works there or doesn't. If AMSPEC, a company whose clients are among the biggest in the industry, performs testing on USSE's product and says it meets or exceeds the ASTM standards, it doesn't matter who works at the company, Kelmer or anyone else. If they have a product that has a great demand for it, I don't see why it won't succeed.
Until we know the REASON Kelmer isn't with the company anymore, we can't draw any conclusions. If JR asked him to leave because he has someone better to take his place then I am for it. If Kelmer and JR don't see eye to eye on the way the business should be focused going forward and Kelmer decided to quit that is another explanation. That doesn't mean that USSE won't survive and thrive without Kelmer. Big mistake to use that as a reason to sell, especially at these levels.
So you base your decision to sell your stock at these levels based on the fact the Kelmer supposedly left? Do you KNOW if its true? If it is, do you know what the REASON is? Maybe JR is making some deal for a partnership with a bigger company and part of it is they want some stake in management and thus Kelmer isn't needed. I am just speculating, but I see the test results from AMSPEC and unless there is no use for a fuel with better properties than is currently available, I think there is a future for their fuel.
Who said JR was in New Jersey? A credible source? If he is or was then we need an UPDATE on what has been going on since the fuel tests results came out on July 17th. What have they been doing the past two weeks+? If it is something newsworthy, get it on the tape.

The increased geographic coverage provided by expansion and affiliation will help to meet Amspec’s goal of enhancing service and service availability.
"big things"?
Looked like it was recovering, now getting whacked again. Anyone have any opinion as to where the selling is coming from and why?
Losing the momentum gained yesterday. We need a NEWS update on what JR has been doing since the postive test results from AmSpec. Have we gotten the permits and licenses necessary to produce and sell the fuel? Has he made any deals with those able to purchase the fuel once produced? We need some answers soon. We seem to be on the cusp of success and only need a few more pieces of the puzzle to get revenues and earnings cranking.
USSE next door neighbor cranking out the biodiesel:
Biofuel company hits million-gallon mark
By Kevin Cooper (Contact) | The Natchez Democrat
Published Friday, August 3, 2007
Natchez — Big numbers don’t faze Clint Vegas and the crew at Delta Biofuels.
But occasionally one number will make them at least take note and smile a bit.
On Wednesday, the Delta Biofuels president said the company just surpassed a milestone — producing its one-millionth gallon of the soybean-oil produced fuel.
“We’re really, really excited,” Vegas said. “Excited to be here and to be in our own backyard.”
He and others from the company were guest speakers at a meeting of the Rotary Club of Natchez.
Delta Biofuels purchased the mothballed Ethyl Petroleum Additives facility at the Adams County Port last year and retrofitted parts of it to produce biodiesel.
Hitting the one-million-gallon mark is only the beginning of what’s to come, Vegas said.
Work at the facility is almost completed so production can switch from making fuel one batch at a time to allow continuous production, a move that could ramp up production significantly, said Scott Nisula, chief technical officer at Delta Biofuels.
Operating in batch mode, the company has the capacity to produce approximately 25 million gallons of fuel annually.
In continuous mode, that number could be up to 100 million gallons, he said.
Getting to that level, Nisula said, requires a combination of things to come together.
“From an mechanical point of view, we’re almost there,” he said, adding that other items they needed were increased raw material amounts and increased demand for the product. “It requires a lot of logistics.”
Moving into continuous mode will probably be completed in the first quarter of 2008, Nisula said. As production grows, the economic impact to the local economy will, too, he said.
Delta Biofuels currently employs more than 20, Nisula said.
Biodiesel burns more efficiently in traditional engines designed to burn petroleum-based diesel such as farm tractors and trucks, Vegas said.
Blending soybean oil, alcohol and a catalyst together makes biodiesel. The fuel is gaining popularity among agricultural users and even the government as a way to wean the U.S. off the dependency on foreign oil.
“We need to wake up and realize that we need alternatives,” Vegas said.
Their website says an all new RadioIO is coming soon..... Maybe we get another pop in the stock when its launched.

I saw that post but I don't see any official press release or anything else to support that it actually happened.
Where does it say that Biocentric is involved with Dynamotive Energy Systems Corporation?
Where did you hear this information? I don't see it on any newswire or company website.
I agree that we need some news on OD-66 and it can come out of USSE without 5-W. We need to know where they stand on permits, licenses and when production and shipments of the fuel can begin. I think with the test reults from Amspec, any sketics about the fuel proprties should be silenced. We now need the second half of the equation.
With the very positive AMSPEC results I would think JR is concentrating on getting the necessary permits and starting production and sales of the product. Hopefully sooner than later.
5 buys in a row at .042 then with 40 seconds left someone had to hit the bid once. We did hit .048 this morning so I think that could be a good sign. We need some news now.
Additives are big business:

Did you ask Homer his opinion as to why a CEO of a company disappears for months, doesn't update shareholders on any developments and leaves people wondering if he is dead or alive or if the company is dead or alive?
He might be updating it with the latest status of news. I am going to check with Redwood and see if they know anything.
Instead of trying to sneak around to see what is going on, why not call JR and set up a time when he will let you come in, put on a hardhat and show you what is going on? That way its safer for you and you will get a more accurate assessment.
This company has offices globally and domestically:
http://www.amspecllc.com/
I just called USSE and asked for JR so I can clarify something and the woman who answered the phone said he is out of the office at the moment, its lunchtime, but he will be back in later today. That means he is in Natchez not the DR. The key is the fuel has great characteristics, they need to make sure they have all of the legal permits etc and then more production and sales will follow. I am going to verify these issues when I speak to JR later,

GeoBioFuels July 26, 2007
GeoBiofuels has received another 10,000 gallons of B100 quality ASTM certified Biodiesel. Blending will now begin on our three major fuels, B20, B50, B100.
The share price was cut in half because of the stock dividend. Anything after that is a real decline in the market price due to delays in executing the business plans and the subsequent selling of people who are tired of waiting. I wouldn't call that dilution. I also like the fact that the 225 million shares of Stanton were cancelled and possible another 225 million will be. We need news from JR on where we stand on permits, production and potential sales.
Are you forgetting that there was a stock dividend in there that doubled the number of shares outstanding and cut the price in half? Everyones proportion of the ownership remained the same.
How about some real figures? Give me the total units sold that constitutes "record volume".
Define "record breaking volume". If they sold 1 case last year and they sold 2 cases this year, that means their volume has doubled but does that mean I want to buy the stock?
Still waiting for some more news that will actually move it up again.
Dow was down over 400 at one point..........
Forest, stop in at the "headquarters" and see who is "working " there. Introduce yourself to the "staff" and take a tour.

I was just told JR is heading to DR, and the lawyers are handling the Permit issue?
- - - - -
If they double and triple check and get the same results I would hope that would be enough to satisfy the bashers and critics. I think the impatience is understandable but getting the approvals takes time.
If someone can refute the test results from Amspec and show that USSE can't replicate the fuel for sales to customers, then I will listen. Until then, I know that we have excellent fuel, need to make sure the permits are received and then can sell on a large scale.

They have a partner in Texas called Agrimax and maybe others that are already on the approved list of fuel providers. Since JR is blending with them and they are already approved, would this be sufficient to satisfy the EPA?
Then that is fraud and someone needs to go to jail. I would think that a lab like Ampsec could detect if there are any elements in the fuel that shouldn't be there are aren't being claimed to be in there.
If they add something to get these results, then keep adding it since it produces fuel that meets or exceeds ASTM standards. I think the delay now is waiting for all of the proper paperwork for permits to be approved. Once they are set for that, full production and sales can commence. Once revenues start and/or grant money is received, they can expand the operation exponentially and the profits.
Answer my questions, alstocks. Does the fuel being produced meet or exceed ASTM standards? If it does, would that make it a desirable fuel? Does it take time to get approval for production, sale and shipment of fuel? Do we have the endorsement of a State Senator in helping to secure grant funding? Does everyone who actually witnesses the fuel production come away with a positive attitude? Has anyone who actually gone to the Natchez facility been able to prove that what JR says isn't true? Have you ever seen other companies announce takeovers, mergers and partnerships that didn't come to fruition?
About a week ago we had great test results of USSE fuel from Amspec, a certified and accredited lab and the stock price continues to fall? The key here is that USSE has a fuel that meets or exceeds ASTM standards and will be on the market as soon as all permits and approvals are received. Why anyone would sell now is beyond me.

Not talking about the amount just the direction. Meaning some of the selling lately has been shorting . The point is even a whole days volume of a million shares is only $52,000 in dollar volume these days. We need some news on progress with permitting and when they can legally start transporting the fuel for sale.
