Okay, that post just made my head hurt. $.04 per share and in blocks of 10,000. That and we get 1 square meter of land for 10,000 shares. So could those stock PDRs actually be backed by 1 square meter of land somewhere as well?
Just kinda funny that both were 10,000 shares and I had never thought of it that way before.

Still here and waiting to see how things pan out. I expect we'll bounce around and around until AF's are released and then just not as much, but here's hoping we move up for a while instead of down or sideways.
yashidashi
According to the share holding meeting, the AF's won't be available for the 4th quarter '06, but will be for the first quarter '07. Then a 2 year back audit should be in progress as well to clear the way to get onto the OTCBB. That means probably May 20th or so before we see any AF's.
yashidashi
On the PR dated 12/14/06 MT declared he was returning 2B shares to the company. It probably is his personal shares, but what about the 2B shares backing the PDR's that were sold for a total of $80 million. Are they backed by shares restricted in the O/S? Since they most likely will never see the open market, why wouldn't they been in the A/S? As far as I can tell, if converted to stock, they should become O/S and resticted, not there already. Where is the remaining restricted O/S stock currently I guess is the question or who owns it.
Sorry for rambling,
yashidashi
I guess I should have been more specific to the PR, but I meant the one that 4th quarter is showing greater than 400% 3rd quarter. I guess I can do most of that now with 14,570,224 + 3,642,556 = 18,212,780 and divide by O/S okay, now I need a calculator cause it's been a long day and ... .0024 sounds like a rough estimate on the EPS currently then. That or I'm too tired to do any sort of math straight. That counts for no P/E.
Thanks for the response as always.
yashidashi
We did the same thing when 3rd quarter results were posted. Guess we have a bad case of sell on the news no matter what it is.
yashidashi
35 minutes into trading and only 1.63M shares traded. I wonder how much buying is restricted and where. I almost thought PYPR might have frozen for name/cuspid change.
yashidashi
If everyone that posted the O/S numbers are correct, they are not diluting. Unfortunately it also means that no shares have been bought back. So much for the thought that they might have started buying back yesterday.
yashidashi
Did anyone else do an estimate EPS after the PR? I remember someone mentioning .005, but a lot of people shot that down.
Also, I guess I need to contact my CPA, I'm holding this stock in a Roth IRA, but the dividend is coming straight to me. Sounds to me like there could be tax issues, but I need to make sure.
I like the direction the company is going and eventually the stock price will reflect it.
yashidashi
OT: didn't you warn yourself not to stay up with the west coast people 4Godnwv? it's now 12:30am EST, only 9 hours until trading starts!
yashidashi
I don't think hitting the .0055 will be the issue. Breaking through that is another matter. As far as December 20th goes, I see us retesting our yearly highs near .008 unless something else of significance shows.
yashidashi
Looked like we were running pretty good this morning until the PR hit. It seems everytime a PR comes out mentioning growth, it's sell on the news. All I have to say is, how bizarre.
yashidashi
Now that we're going back up and it looks as if the short squeeze is on, anyone see problems getting past .0055? It seems we had some resistance there last time because of the spread and I expect the same again.
yashidashi
Sure, web sites might not be that expensive, but some of those are high hit websites and require a lot of bandwidth. That typically is not very cheap. All that being said, the panamersa site should have quite reliable uptime and able to handle a lot of traffic which bodes well.
yashidashi
The company name and id change would be nice to have before the 20th. Simply put, if we have the dividends under PayPro and the name changes, they most likely would have to reissue the PDR's. At least it would make sense to me and a little more comforting to have all the information under the new company name versus the old.
yashidashi
Since nothing else seems to be going on, let's see a tiny gap down and finish with a strong HOD. Would be something different for a change at least.
yashidashi
"Pec" actually posted this morning that he was pretty much doing nothing this week and that his group was still long. That and his wife was trading a couple stocks, perhaps it was deleted, I dunno.
Edit, post #18607 if you like.
yashidashi
The land is in Costa Rica, not Panama.
yashidashi
I wouldn't count buying it fairly cheap out quite yet. There's no immediate known benefit for having these PDR's for land or what kind of restrictions might be imposed on them. While personally I do appreciate this move, it is too early to say what will happen to the pps.
yashidashi
Well, it seems this may be what the company is doing now. Buying preserves and such with no plan to develop it, but selling it off to businesses for their carbon neutrality benefits. I am curious how it might work for individuals though.
yashidashi
http://insidecostarica.com/dailynews/2006/november/30/nac05.htm I know it was posted on Paypro news, but nice to see it here and other places as well.
PayPro Acquires The Corobici Wildlife Refuge
PayPro Inc., a global e-commerce and e-biz solutions Company offering interactive e-commerce and e-biz programs announced the acquisition of the Corobici Wildlife Refuge, in Cañas, Guanacaste.
PayPro says it is committed and dedicated to the sustainable preservation of Earth’s Flora, Fauna and Water resources in every part of the world they operate in. Every project, development, and venture we are involved in will have an environmental commitment.
Theu MicroForest programs play a vital role in combating global warming by regulating the world’s temperature and weather by storing large quantities of carbon and water. The continued destruction of the world’s forests is responsible for a large part of the globally elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) level which is the major driver of global warming, says Paypro.
Conserving the remaining Tropical Forests and planting new Tropical Forests would reduce the rate of CO2 emission and buy more time while better alternatives to burning fossil fuels are developed.
The PayPro MicroForest Programs provide a tax deductible, simple, convenient but effective way for individuals, families, corporations or other groups to contribute to this effort by becoming “carbon-neutral."

Thanks to the guys who went to the meeting and asked questions and such, twice! At any rate, it looks like the earliest we'd be looking at OTCBB would be April-May 07? That should also be the same timeframe for first Quarter 07 financials to come out.
Also on another note, I saw someone saying they want Mike to reduce his shares so the A/S would be reduced. Isn't the shares he holds in the O/S restricted shares not the A/S?
yashidashi
Well, I see we broke support at .0041, but ended not terribly much under that. Looked like a messy close anyhow. Looks like we're pushing our way to 1000 posts/day as it gets longer and longer for me to try to read thru all these when I get home!
anyhow, good luck all
yashidashi
For causeimdaddydamnit or someone else who wants to talk to Mike Terrell with questions/concerns:
1. The gopaypro.com website is mostly fine, but the financials page is all out of whack.
2. The www.mybankcard.com site has many bad links that should be corrected.
3. The Financial reports for the third quarter aren't signed on the links from pinksheets.com. https://www.otcstockinfo.com/repository/612745/612745_FR21.pdf shows no signature, it may be the same in other places. It's signed on the gopaypro.com website.
4. Audited financials for the 4th quarter would show more commitment for preparing for OTCBB listing.
5. Some sort of filing on the stock buyback program. Not sure if that can be posted monthly or quarterly. Shows transparancy.
I know his focus is on the business especially in Panama right now, but if he's serious about fighting flippers and shorters, we need to take away the bashers ammo imho.
yashidashi
Okay, I just want to make sure I have this correct. O/S currently at 7,629,010,600 shares. 6,500,000,000 restricted. 1,000,000,000 approved for buyback. This would leave 129,010,600 if those other shares stay restricted.
2,000,000,000 tied up in PDR's in Panama purchased at .04 each.
Do we know where the other 4.5 billion restricted shares are and why do we need 10 billion A/S?
George may have covered all this in his DD, I just can't find it all.
yashidashi
Dang I wish I didn't have to go to work after I mentioned a shake this morning. I almost sold some other plays to get cash for adding more here. Looks like tomorrow might be a chase after tonight's buyback news so I'll just hold everything where it is for now. Grats everyone that was expecting the shake and held true.
yashidashi
Shake shake shake, anyone think we'll see .006 at the ask? I expect we'll churn around .007 for a few more days before continuing the tend.
yashidashi
Wow, nice profits. I thought I was shooting high looking for $300,000 and here we have over 10x that. Can we fast forward 3 months for the 4th quarter reports now?
yashidashi
I'm guessing as much as anyone else on the financials, but I definitely think $2,000,000 profit is way overboard. Even half that would be on the high end. Now if things keep going as they are currently, I feel that number would be obtainable for the 4th quarter 2006.
yashidashi
Wow, impact. I never said anything about getting rich off of this stock or I thought revenues were going to be in the millions. In a previous post I even said I thought the $80,000 in revenues was a good start and would only worry if they weren't near 20,000 patients until the end of the first quarter 2007.
yashidashi
Someone had posted the Chassman shares just prior at post 65712. The dates don't exactly match, but perhaps different reporting companies.
Perhaps Xechem did have significant revenues in other quarters, but this is at least the start for Nicosan revenues.
yashidashi
One thing about that forward looking statement about the amount of drugs on hand and being processed that they should be able to handle 20,000 patients: that says nothing about having enough people employed to distribute that amount. The company is suffering growing pains, they'll need time to smooth out distribution channels, etc. The revenues are good for starters in my opinion. Don't focus so much on the first two quarters. If by the end of the first quarter in 2007, they aren't treating real close to that 20,000 patients, then I'll have some concerns.
yashidashi
Looks like here comes the shake. Shane just might get his buys in.
yashidashi
OT: Small amount of posting tonight. People running out of nervous energy to post or have the fear of Matt in them? That or I guess we're all holding our breath now waiting for financials.
yashidashi
I wonder why he was in Atlanta in the first place. DFW Airport is one of the biggest international airports in the US. Ah well, we can still wish him a safe flight.
yashidashi
SBSH handled the most shares for Paypro last month with 638m according to otcbb.com. Where are they now? I don't think I've seen them at all on any of the LII reports this month.
yashidashi
Not to nitpick, but aren't we in the western hemisphere here?
There's a reason China is part of the Far East, and the countries in the Middle East, etc.
yashidashi
With an average trading volume of around 80m a day now, we trade our entire estimated float(500m-700m) within two weeks. This is probably obvious to a lot of other people already, but I'm curious, is this healthy?
I guess if we traded the entire O/S that quick I should worry.
yashidashi
OT: Funny hearing a post by jackrussell talking about big dogs and puppies. Just remember some puppies are much bigger than full grown terriers.
yashidashi
Thanks DDog, for the insight there. Perhaps after a couple other plays have released financials and I have a few weeks to wait, I'll try moving it away from Scottrade. Xechem I plan on holding onto for at least another year, so hopefully I won't have to worry about selling any shares here for under $1.00.
