You’re exactly right! The share price & charts tell us everything we need to know.
The science, engineering, or whatever you wanna call it, that doesn’t matter if it doesn’t grow our value as investors. we are investors, we want profits & to grow our value through good investments in companies that care about shareholders—companies that are willing to & know how to grow shareholder value. Notice how the opinions of these $SBFM longs has changed. First, they said that UGA controls the PRs, now they say that Aegis controls the PRs. These longs actually get cocky at 6 cents, which shows how desperate they are. The chart is deep in the red since the high nearly a year ago, nearly all gains are lost, and many people are still in the red even if this thing pops to, say, 10-15 cents. That they are happy just to close green, despite the overall price action, smells of desperation. They always go back to that argument: “well, we used to be at less than a penny.” But that’s the past and it’s over and done with. They cling to past success while ignoring major present day failures.
Personally, I think the Covid news is bad. I could be wrong, but I look at patterns. $SBFM likely knew that their application to the next OTC tier would be denied, and that company was very quiet for as long as they could be; thus, delaying the announcement that the next OTC tier application was denied and giving investors a false sense of hope. That pattern seems relevant now.
Furthermore, if SBFM actually made a deal to delay the results from UGA and is intentionally being silent while the SP tanks and investors lose everything, you gotta ask yourself, do you really wanna be involved with a company that would throw its investor base under the bus as $SBFM did and is currently doing? I wouldn’t, and many others wouldn’t either, which is why the SP cannot hold gains. People aren’t gonna stick around to get pooped on by this company because the company mgmt dreams of being listed on the NASDAQ.
I respect that you are willing to go against the collective hive mind that seems to dominate social media.
GL in your future investments and remember what Iulius said: no loyalty to any company! Because these a%# holes will sell you out faster than a New York minute.
Aegis loses little to nothing if $SBFM tanks or fails. As I understand it, AEGIS hasn’t even provided funding yet. There needs to be a reverse split (which is probably going to wipe out most shareholders); there needs to be a NASDAQ listing; and there still needs to be a due diligence investigation into the company, among other things.
