This company ( $SBFM) and it’s stock are garbage, nothing will change that fact.

They say nothing because they have nothing, not because of some fabled non disclosure agreement. Stop blaming the MMs, this trash is sinking because it’s trash. Remember when they applied to move to the next OTC tier & the company was quiet for an excessive period of time before ultimately admitting that their application was denied? Yeah, that’s what this is.

Of course there will be pump and dumps from time to time, but that’s just to create new bag holders so some chat room pumpers can get some quick cash from suckers.

Repeated reverse splits to wipe out share holders & enrich board members, a failed attempt to uplist, inevitable dilution, and a general IDGAF attitude towards investors is what SBFM is about.

This attempt to move to the NASDAQ is just a pump & it will end in failure like their last attempt to move to the next tier of the OTC ended on failure.

Have fun watching your initial investment dwindle to nothingness. This garbage stock is good for swing trading and shorting, nothing else.
