I don't believe Sean and Dave are still there. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. It's been updated, so it would seem like it's up to date, but I don't think so.
Rilude - Whether you like it or not, your posts come across suspicious. I've read all your posts and I came to that conclusion on my own, and it looks like others here agree. You may be who you say you are and were asking genuine questions, but whether you can see it or not, don't be surprised by my post or anyone elses that is questioning your motive.
I'm not sticking up for him per se, it's fairly obvious he made some poor decisions, but I also think that we wouldn't even have any opportunity at all if it wasn't for him. If we all end up making money on reeltime, then we can say that BH made us some money since there wouldn't be a reeltime at all without him. For this, he may end up having made some good decisions too along the way.
The Reeltime story has not been written yet, and it may have many chapters in it if we can get past the foreword.
Rhustang is definitely still with the company. He in my opinion almost IS the company. (Not to diminish the major roles of the other players) I just got a support ticket returned signed by him 2 days ago.
Excellent idea. The University of Washington is very close. (At least I think they are still close. I guess we don't know the address yet of where Reeltime is located since they evidently moved recently)
I'm serious. There are A LOT of geeks who made millions in the dot com era, and they don't need money and are looking for something interesting to work on.
How about a rich geek who can be shown the future by Mark and who will work for shares right now because he sees potential and doesn't need money right now? I'm sure there are a few of these type of geeks out there. We just need to find them.
Update to my support ticket: Support got back to me, and I then got back to them with the requested info, and am now waiting for further instructions. Still can't watch a movie, but hopefully won't be too much longer.
Now if I could only just watch a movie instead of being told my media is loading, it would be great! :)
It's interesting that it still says Sean Lamont is on board. That isn't correct is it? It's been udpated since it shows Mark F., so not sure why they didn't take Sean off. Did Sean maybe come back in light of the shake up in management??
I uninstalled grid cast and re-installed it when prompted when I tried to watch my movie again. Still no luck. I did get the server application error though with a few more clicks which was different and exciting.
I was able to download windows media player 11 again, but still the same problem. I just get 'Your Media is Loading' and it doesn't ever play the movie.
I already have windows media player 11, so I didn't think to download it again. However, I just went to the microsoft website to download it again and the site is down.
Also, I just searched for 'Trailer' instead of 'Trailers', and I now see the trailers. Taking the 's' off made the difference.
I'm still waiting for an e-mail or call from support so I can watch the movie I bought earlier today. I will give them time though, because I know they are busy and they probably know it's me, Thaiguy, and know I'll be patient. All I get right now is words where the movie should be playing that say, "Your Media is Loading". It's been like that for about 6 hours.
On another topic, where are you even able to watch a 'trailer' movieguy? I see no trailers on the new site, and when I search for trailers, it says none exist.
Don't feel too bad. :) I had you on ignore for awhile since your posts were getting too repetitive. However a month or two ago I took you off ignore when I started feeling your information was new based on replies to your posts I was reading. You've had a good line in with Mark F. and I've appreciated most of your posts as of late.
I've got you on ignore, but I noticed a post that ihub skipped over so I manually went to it and saw your post.
I do not think Barry is selling shares and I do not think he is trying to hurt the company. I don't think he's doing anything right now to hurt us. I of course could be wrong, but since you asked, I thought I'd chime in.
Ditto. I didn't mind clicking 'Complete Your Purchase' since it said above that I wouldn't be charged till I rented a movie, but it did give me a moment of hesitation. Definitely needes to be fixed, as another reason I didn't mind was that even if I was charged and never saw a movie, I would just at this point consider it a donation to reeltime. Of course, if I was a 'regular' person, I wouldn't feel this way and would be quite irked.
As soon as support gets back to me and I can watch the movie, I am going to be very excited. I like the look of the new site, and things are progressing forward! These glitches as a rule will soon become a thing of the past. Great Job reeltime team!!
Here is the e-mail I received when I rented the movie. I wonder if this automatic e-mail has to be re-written. It talks about a Free Trial membership, and also talks about the subscription prices which I think we were all under the assumption were no longer being offered.

I just rented a movie to make sure there weren't any bugs and to find them if there were and get them fixed. I was charged, and I have the gridcast downloaded and windows media player 11, but the movie wouldn't start. I logged out and logged back in, went to members home, and got an error message. I have a support ticket in now. I'll post again when support has gotten back to me and I'm able to watch the movie.
That's great that they put something up, but that seems like an unprofessional statement. How about... "We are currently experiencing some technical issues with the reeltime.com website. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working dilligently to resolve the issue. If unable to navigate the website at this time, please check back shortly. Thanks for your patience."
Or something like that. The word 'hiccups' sounds a little childish to me. Maybe it's just me.

I'm trying to rent a movie and I get an error when I try and log in. Anyone else having that problem right now?
I'll be there.
In case that had anything to do with my post, I want to clarify that the site I was talking about was I-hub. I was the only post of the day.
Wow. Either the site is broken today, or everything that can be said HAS been said. I'll vote for the latter.
I'm just thoroughly excited to have some (or hopefully all) of the seemingly non-stop bitchin' gone off the board for awhile or hopefully forever if conditions warrant.
"Come to think of it, the cat could stand to go on a diet for a while too..."
ROTFLMAO Thanks TOFU! :)
I've never been more excited. Thank goodness we all have different opinions or there would never be things called 'markets' where we would use our skill and discipline in the best way we know how to hopefully make ourselves some money. :)
He kept us alive, which is more can be said for many other companies these last few years, including ones in this space. Without all the facts, nobody can be sure how much will surface in the future in regards to how much he did or didn't help us. For anyone to speculate on that now is crazy in my opinion.
You da Man Vic! Thanks for writing this. I agree 110%. -Joel
Thanks Dave, but unfortunately that didn't work.
Any ideas on this Todd??
What am I doing wrong? When I go to mma.reeltime.com and click on Watch Now, I get a new screen that says,
Click the Watch Now button below to view your rental.
When I click this button (which is actually above, not below) I'm taken to almost a black screen in the middle and it says, Your Media is Loading. It stays that way and never plays anything. I've let it sit for over 1/2 hour like that, and I'm on a very fast connection. I'm up in Vancouver, B.C. today, so I'm not sure if that might be what the problem is.

Nice try belittling others once again Nate. For some reason you felt you had to post this response to the board twice. I understand risk and reward. For the record, I'm a full time trader/investor, run a very successful (3rd party verified) trading website, and understand risk and reward rather well. I don't know why I haven't put you on ignore like I have some others yet, but I'll do it now.
Also for the record, I invested in ICTN back in about 2002. Reeltime in about 2005/2006. I invested the proper amount of money and therefore have no emotional ties to this company. It either makes it, or it doesn't. Just like my more active trades - They either hit target, or they don't. If they don't, they hit my stop for a loss or break even.
And no, I'm not delusional. Just an investor who appropriated the proper amount of funds to a high risk investment in an exciting upcoming space.
Since most people lose who play the pinks, every negative post I read just gives me more confidence that we truly have a chance.
Hence risk and reward Nate. You're too funny.
Probably too much Vodka. Or not enough. Could you please sling one back for me?
