Reeltime Rentals Inc (RLTR)

What am I doing wrong? When I go to mma.reeltime.com and click on Watch Now, I get a new screen that says,
Click the Watch Now button below to view your rental.

When I click this button (which is actually above, not below) I'm taken to almost a black screen in the middle and it says, Your Media is Loading. It stays that way and never plays anything. I've let it sit for over 1/2 hour like that, and I'm on a very fast connection. I'm up in Vancouver, B.C. today, so I'm not sure if that might be what the problem is.
