Thanks for posting and compiling those together. I just saw one video that I had somehow missed before. Jan really knows how to make his shareholders feel involved and attached to their investment in PGUS.

Very nicely organized DD! I have been here a long time but that was a very nice review. Forgot that our acreage is going from 100 now to 400 next year. And the thing is all the PR's are applicable today because our CEO has actually followed through on everything he has said he would do. Very rare here in the OTC where most CEO's just put out an attention-seeking PR just to boost share price without any intention of the action actually being completed.
The few warrants that Jan gave himself for the bridge financing he provided at very favorable terms to PGUS (exercise price of $.05) and the minimum pricing for our $5M equity line ($.067 give an example of what the bottom of our trading range should be.
And our CEO has bought 23.4M shares on the open market at prices up to around .025. What more can we ask for from our CEO?
This week should return the exciting times for PGUS the stock as we catch up to what PGUS the company has been doing. With the news we have coming this week along with how our chart is looking I expect a big turn around and return to fair value for PGUS. IMHO
Nice way to end the day. Have a good weekend all.
Definitely a lot of interest in the ocean-front development where PGUS is pre-selllng lots to early-birds at a discount. But the video of harvesting peppers on our ag land is very encouraging! I know I have never seen peppers that plump! Just from the looks of it should be a great yielding crop on this virgin land. IMHO
I think the .015's and.016's will be history after today. Bottom is in! Now is the time to add. You will be 2nd-guessing yourself if you don't and we are back above .02 next week. Should have never gotten this low but it is the OTC. IMHO
It is truly hard to believe how far both of PGUS's Mexican projects have come in such a short time! The ability of Jan to make these deals and then execute his plans are nothing short of amazing... IMHO
Our marketcap is only 5.5 million. The ag side of our business is worth more than that. And next year we will have over double the acreage planted. IMHO
Yes, very nice informative tweets for us shareholders today. Been adding before the rest hear about via the big PR next week. I think the sellers are done and we are headed back up to crack that 3 cent ceiling. IMHO
Completely agree and thanks for sharing those thoughts. There are many moving parts that we do not know the details of that could be a pleasant surprise for us all!
"The farming under this agreement, which is priced in US dollars, is estimated to yield 3,000-3,600 tons of produce with a value of $1.1 - 1.3 million and an estimated net margin of 55-60%."
These contracts are usually set up assuming a yield which can be fairly easily met by the producer. Could be calculating a very average yield over 2 cuttings. Now with this virgin soil plus good growing weather we might actually produce 3 very high-yielding cuttings. It is not out-of-the-question that this acreage could produce over $1.5M in peppers. Contel could sell excess to original buyer or someone else. Plus we have the value of these additional plantings that we have seen but not heard details about. IMHO
Expect we should be hearing about the agricultural expansion as well as data from this harvest. Also about the additional acreage they had ready this year but did not plant to peppers. Looks like we have found a bottom here to launch from next week hopefully. IMHO
Thanks.. I know you said you were not buying any more and I felt the same way but I can not help myself at this price now during the harvest.

This is a portion of the raw data from PGUS. I bought my 37000 2 minutes and 15 seconds after it became available. (last-bid-ask)
The ask went down to .0155 (.0154/.0155) and I put my order in for 50k as soon as I could. 37k filled right away and just now another 10k filled.
Great pics! Had to hit the ask at at .0155 myself. Got a partial fill of 37000. Will seem very cheap by end of next week. IMHO
I don't feel shell-shocked but I am surprised the share price has retraced this far. I guess it seems as if it will take the large cash payment for the first cut of peppers to get this thing going again and that shouldn't be too far away. Very undervalued at this point but I still believe we at least touch that dime level sometime yet this year. This one takes some patience but will be worthwhile in the end. Have a good weekend all! IMHO
Sorry to see you go but if that what it takes to get PGUS moving upward again.....

Ok heres the deal= If you guys want this stock to more then triple in just a few days just give me 25 grand and i will sell all mine. Thats the only way a freeking stock goes up!! I have to sell mine first then 2 to 5 days later- blast off!!!!
I do agree some of the trades are indeed puzzling. And I too am surprised that there is this much continued selling. Like others I am looking for the final blow-off before we continue back higher. IMHO
Not too worried about any "illegal trading practices". Nothing a little "volume buying" won't cure. We have just had a little selling for whatever reason and no buying to speak of until we reached these "super-bargain" prices. Some selling was probably from the tiny bit added to the float while other could be from someone buying a house or a medical emergency or whatever. A rare gem like PGUS could cause people to have invested money that they needed for other things as PGUS failed to appreciate as fast as they thought. Just my opinion. I had to add a little more in the 170's and 160's like most everyone else here. I would expect anytime now a flood of buy volume to take us to new 52-week highs. Those peppers look awesome and our CEO communicates and delivers like no other! IMHO
EDUC: Thought the quarter was solid. IMO the monthly sales #'s and conference calls were something they were doing during their dark moments when they couldn't handle their rapid growth (due to mistakes of their own) in an attempt to help stabilize the share price especially in face of the nasty SA short attacks. Now that they appear to be running on all cylinders again EDUC seems to be going back to letting the numbers speak for themselves.(Just noticed they are having a CC next week. Missed that earlier. Probably will hear some June #'s then...)
Next Q's comparisons should really look great as I am expecting around 35 cents in earnings vs. 8 (I believe) last year. Expecting a slow climb to the teens before then as as the present short interest of 162,000 gets reduced to the more normal level of 50,000 or so as I do not think that many will want to be short during that announcement. IMHO
I like the direction $FILM is going with "The Vineyard". If they stay with this genre of movie and meet their low budget of $250-$280 thousand for total costs then there should be a reasonable chance for some nice profit.
And if they are done now with the dilution as it appears we could certainly see a run out of the trips in the next month or next few months. 2's seem to be a good entry point as 1's appear to no longer be available for purchase. IMHO
Added a few 1's myself. By the end of the summer I'm thinking that price paid will be looking real good. IMHO
Yes. Very nice to see that kind of support and, more importantly for me, nice to see it wasn't whacked for a change. Hopefully the clueless sellers at this level are finally done. IMHO
Someone really seemed to like that support. Congrats on a great buy! Sure some impatient peeps here... IMHO
EDUC You beat me to the reply SKILLZ1!
And we don't know the motives of the short attackers. Could be disgruntled sales consultants or just someone trying to play with a low-float stock. Maybe they anticipated the recovery and decided to play it both ways (short it down and then rebuy and load up on cheapies).
Their work could very well be done and they are ultra-longs now. Games can be played with these low-floaters but I would not want to be short with next ER only a little over a month away. IMHO
EDUC Yes they earned .32 in Q4 after backing out impairment. Margins are improving and revenues still growing as previously disclosed up 25% for the first 2 months of Q1. And active sales consultants up over 1200 from end of Feb. to early April. Looking much better now as they seem to have recovered from last years software switchover fiasco. I would expect the seasonably weak first Q earnings to come in around that same .32 with that being the low mark for their fiscal 2018. Owning EDUC certainly has its risks but I think we go higher from here. They have a good product that is conducive to the MLM world. Not a perfect company but definitely not a scam as the SA shorting crew was trying to depict. Looking forward to CC. Still think it is too early to sell even after recent large price increase. IMHO
Somewhat surprising the share price hasn't yet reflected all the great news PGUS has been releasing. A little buying pressure and we could quickly go back to .03. I thought anticipation of our nearing harvest plus all the early lot sales would be propelling us higher right now but this is the OTC and extreme share price undervaluations as well as overvaluations are the norm. Oh well, this is a very easy one to hold another year or 2. The little selling doesn't bother me as there is always someone needing to sell for some reason or another but lack of more buying volume does have me scratching my head. IMHO
Setting up nicely here for tomorrow and next few weeks(months) if dilution is indeed over...
IMHO
Yes 46M new shares were probably added to the float today. A noteholder probably was given those shares by the company in exchange for cash. The noteholder contracted a MM to sell the 46M shares. The MM did that and when he was finished he then actually "bought" the 46M shares from the noteholder for 46M X .00122 which includes the dollar amount he collected from selling the shares minus the commisions he charged. I surely could be mistaken (I have never worked in this area) but that is roughly how I believe this system works from what I have gleaned from others here. Double-counting on the volume happens all of the time in the OTC. IMHO
Looks like someone is waving some 99'ers your way to allow you to round up to that 3.5M level. Congrats on your nice stash!
AT 13:27:59 a cross-trade for 46M shares at .00122 occurred. That was our big seller exiting. Up to that point he had sold at various times during the day 46M shares at the average price of .00122. Those sales had already been reported individually during the day and thus they get double-counted meaning he was resonsible for 92M shares of the volume today. Hope this helps. IMHO
Can't spell it out much clearer than that. All about how each of us weighs risk vs reward. Right now for me the reward is outweighing the risk but to each their own. Will be interesting to see how this plays out and Mr. Findley seems to be a straight-up CEO thus far. IMHO
Likely one of those scenarios and the best would be that the audit is now complete and they needed the cash to pay the bill. Bright future here with HAON! IMHO
We should easily although the large seller accounted for 92M of the volume himself and now that he is gone it will slow up considerably. That means only 6.6M of HAON shares traded today were retail-to-retail. Will be interesting to see how the rest of the day goes. IMHO
Trading awful quiet now.. I threw a couple on the 12 just to make sure our whacker is indeed done. So far so good! (Nice to see (for me anyway) he didn't give too many 11's) IMHO
These 12's will look mighty fine in a week or two or so. With this low float plus non-toxic financing they already have in place this should easily hold the penny level (when the time comes) that they need for OTCQB eligibility. IMHO
I agree. Retail is not selling at all at this point or the 11's would have been nicked by now. All accumulation at the 12 level. Just a matter of how much left before it runs. IMHO
Does anyone here know who might be the large seller of the past 3 days? Initiated a smallish position on Tuesday and have been loading 12's today. SS is very nice and the future looks extremely bright. Was just wondering maybe if anyone whom has communicated with CEO might have any ideas? For now the seller seems unwilling to go below 12. When he is done HAON should move back up quickly. IMHO
Very nice looking cup and handle. This one will breakout someday soon. IMHO
I would say running on all cylinders is quite accurate but still an understatement. Jan embodies what I believe the OTC should be all about..... a CEO putting his heart, soul and money into his small company trying to make it grow and succeed! And being as transparent as possible with his shareholders to win and maintain their support. Seems some investors down here are so paranoid about getting stuck in a scam (or maybe they only like to play scams) that they cannot see this almost perfect long-term investment setup with mega future annual growth from both ProGreen Farms and Cielo Mar.
The lack of buying volume is puzzling to me but I do believe it will come one day when we probably least expect it and share price could rise 50-100% that day alone. All I know is that I am happy to be in early and would not think of starting to sell any of my 8-digit block until we see teens at least. IMHO
Nice to see chile seedlings safely in the ground. Share price increase will someday follow these major accomplishments we are seeing. The overall potential here seems almost limitless. Very glad to have a major position here. With Jan at helm I feel very secure with my investment in PGUS! IMHO
