Completely agree and thanks for sharing those thoughts. There are many moving parts that we do not know the details of that could be a pleasant surprise for us all!

"The farming under this agreement, which is priced in US dollars, is estimated to yield 3,000-3,600 tons of produce with a value of $1.1 - 1.3 million and an estimated net margin of 55-60%."

These contracts are usually set up assuming a yield which can be fairly easily met by the producer. Could be calculating a very average yield over 2 cuttings. Now with this virgin soil plus good growing weather we might actually produce 3 very high-yielding cuttings. It is not out-of-the-question that this acreage could produce over $1.5M in peppers. Contel could sell excess to original buyer or someone else. Plus we have the value of these additional plantings that we have seen but not heard details about. IMHO
