You mean I actually guessed the bottom right for once? Isn't that supposed to be one of the seven signs of the apocalypse? LOL
I've gotten through before but it takes time. I think Foster only works part time. The initial person you're talking to is just an answering service.
I-Box is looking good.
Agreed. They didn't do an R/S last year and gave very good reasons why. There's no reason to do one now. I'm back from my company's project and trying to find out answers. As usual it takes a long time to get through to anyone. As soon as I know something for certain I'll post it.
LOL
Looked it over, CHAG looks very good. Thanks for the tip.
DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK! This has been proven over and over to be a scam. They will take your money while printing up a massive amount of new shares and when they can't sell anymore they will do a massive reverse split (R/S) and start over. If you had put 28 quadrillion dollars into this stock in 1999 you would not have even 1 share left today they have R/Sed this so much. Please do some DD and see for yourself! Do not get sucked in by the product, the product doesn't matter when the company dilutes and dilutes and then takes your shares away through a R/S while giving themselves a whole bunch of fresh shares. DO NOT BUY THIS!
Doubled my money!
Nice thread by the way, need to liven it up a little. Get a few waitresses in here to serve us drinks. LOL
It's too bad KING is down right now. Didn't see Capco pulling out. Still, with AF's ready to be released and the possibility of a financing deal there's still hope.
In computer jargon in the early days of the internet, Lurkers were people who would always read but never contribute and were therefore not liked very well. These days of threads getting 1000+ posts a day I think we need more lurkers and less posters. Sometimes I'll read through a thread and if I get two informative posts out of a hundred I'm lucky.
Now now Mike, why the hostilities?
Good News:
EnXnet Successfully Manufactures Multimedia Gift Card(TM)
Ready to Begin Delivery of Revolutionary Product to the Market and Gearing Up for 2007 Holiday Season
EnXnet, Inc., (OTCBB:EXNT) (German Symbol E8U; German WKN# A0HMDW) has successfully produced their first production units of the Multimedia Gift CardTM, utilizing their proprietary ThinDiscTM technology.
EnXnet is now ready to begin delivering this revolutionary product to the market place. EnXnet is gearing up for the 2007 Holiday Season which is expected to be the biggest ever for the sale of gift cards. EnXnet is believed to have the most exciting alternative to the static, non-interactive, gift cards currently available to consumers.
Utilizing EnXnet’s ThinDiscTM technology, gift cards can now be fully interactive. The cards can provide detailed product information including new features and services, Internet connectivity, special online promotions, printable coupons and many other special features.
The U.S. Gift Card continues to escalate at a rapid pace. According to CNNMoney.com, the two months of November and December 2005 saw over $18.5 billion spent on gift cards. CNNmoney.com goes on to state that 2006’s total gift cards sales exceeded $56 billion. The forecast for 2007 gift card sales is over $90 billion, with 2008 sales anticipated to be in the range of $150 billion. The Multimedia Gift CardTM is the only option to provide marketers and consumers a fully interactive solution in this format.
“This is an important moment for EnXnet,” said Ryan Corley, CEO of EnXnet. “We should have a profound effect on the way gift cards are viewed and utilized in the market. I anticipate that we will be ready to participate this coming holiday season.”
Mr. Corley will be addressing shareholders during a webcast and subsequent teleconference on Tuesday, June 26th, at Noon Eastern Time, log on here for the webcast.

Boardmarks at 63. Still alive but we're digging a hole for the PPS.
Point 1: There have not been any PR's since December, if this were a scam or "false" you would think the company would be pumping it, they obviously are not. Others have already addressed the other flaws with this point.
Point 2: This is not an empty shell. There are leases of several large oil fields which represent value to the company. I have read estimates of Vermillion alone being worth between $1-2 Billion. There is also a vast amount of seismic data which has value, how much is debatable. If you are inferring that there are no operations most investors are fully aware of this although there have been rumors/hints that there are some bread and butter wells producing low amounts of oil to keeps the doors open.
Point 3: Art Porcari, AKA Tchauncy has been well known to the board for a long time now. He has been very up front about who he is and is considered a great asset to the discussions on this stock.
I don't know who tipped you on this stock but it seems to me that people on other boards bought this stock when it dipped down and then pumped it for a quick profit. Those that bought on the pump are now feeling like bagholders and are dumping it. That is what is driving the price down along with long term shareholders giving up and dumping their shares.
This situation reminds me of my first almost ten-bagger this year, PLRS. A group pumped it for a quick profit back in October, when they sold and the bagholders sold the PPS collapsed down to .012. It then had a rally in February up to .154. It's still in the .09 range even though they probably won't get FDA approval for two years. They have five times the shares that KING has and no real income potential for two years but there's enough people out there who see the potential of the company to keep the PPS up. KING is losing some of it's support because it has taken so long to get things going but it too has potential and will soar back to it's former heights when the financing comes together. As I've said before, we shareholders should be thankful that Norris is taking his time and making sure that the financing doesn't adversely affect the shareholders.
Nice find.

They are probably looking at all types of areas, from video games to coloring books. There might be a cartoon series in the works for some of the characters. The potential is enormous and Disney might make a deal similar to what they did with Jim Henson so that if Stan Lee were to die the company and characters would continue on indefinitely.
Capco got 4.4 million shares.
I did a quick check of other sites and found that HSM people were pumping this like crazy. Some of them were the same ones bashing a few weeks ago. My guess is that they bought a bunch on the dip down to .012 and then pumped it for a quick flip.
I agree with your assessment. Been very busy and haven't had much time to read much less post. When this does finally come together I expect it to be like POWN, a 9-10 bagger in a day. Only this is oil not entertainment and once the big investors see that KING is worth the risk their money will start to pour in.
At the very, very earliest 2 years, probably three.
Maybe. The doctors I've spoken to say $12 with FDA approval but I don't know what share structure they were thinking about. Not sure if they know what share stucture is...LOL.
From ZEAL:
Finally, brokers generally don't allow stop loss orders on all stocks. On really small companies, particularly ones traded in the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board exchange, brokers usually do not allow sell-stop orders. In these cases, we still publish a stop but it is a manual stop.
You are of course correct that most don't. But looking at the trades that's what it appears to be. Or it could be someone paniced and sold all they had real fast.
I was going by what quotemedia had listed. Haven't had the time to closely follow this for a while. Good long term investment here, I'm very happy with it.
Pretty obvious to me. Someone put a stop loss for the 5270000 shares at .0005 and the MM's decided they wanted it and walked the price down to get it.
I should have bolded this before:
These sands in the Union Tex #5 Well are on the distal edge of a Cib-Carst slope fan that develops into an excellent reservoir and trap in Blocks 113 & 112. The trap is an -excellent up-thrown closure with good north dip.
I suspected someone sold without putting a limit on it. Tough break for him when this goes.
And this:

Found part of the answer:
King will receive 75% of the net revenue until payout of the first well. Thereafter, all revenues and costs on this and subsequent wells will be shared on a 50-50 basis. The leases have a 20% royalty and override, leaving an 80% net revenue interest to King and Capco. The estimated drilling cost for the first well is $6.5 million with a projected total cost of $100 million to develop the field if the projected reserves are correct, of which $55 million of the total cost will be allocated to King.
I know the numbers, does the Capco deal specify that KING gets a percentage of each well or does Capco get to drill a well/area of their own? I asked because of how dmbao said Capco was done surveying the sections KING was in.
Also, I think we would all like to know how good the survey looks. Maybe the next PR?
Does Capco have certain sections that they exclusively control? Do they have an idea how good the Vermillion area looks for oil?
Abbott Submits XIENCE V for U.S. FDA Approval
With the first-ever Pre-Market Approval (PMA) submission to include head-to-head clinical trial results demonstrating superiority of one drug-eluting stent over another, Abbott completed its application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration seeking U.S. market approval for its XIENCE V Everolimus Eluting Coronary Stent System to treat coronary artery disease.
Abbott’s PMA submission includes safety and efficacy data from the XIENCE V SPIRIT family of clinical trials, which demonstrated superior results for XIENCE V over Boston Scientific’s TAXUS® drug-eluting coronary stent system in the primary endpoint of reducing vessel re-narrowing.
XIENCE V was launched in Europe and Asia Pacific in 2006 and is currently an investigational device in the United States and Japan. Abbott expects to launch XIENCE V in the United States in the first half of 2008
I believe the purpose of the AF's up until now will simply be to go OBB and be fully reporting. There won't be any impressive numbers because hardly anything is being done. But if they come out with that and news of a deal, something that can show what the future holds for this company then this company has a good shot at making some waves in the investment community.
I keep thinking of the Vermillion project. If a survey of that area reveals that the extremely large oil field found in the Gulf of Mexico extends up into that area it will be a double blessing for KING. Not only would we have access to all that oil but also that area is fairly shallow, average of 40 feet of sea water if I remember right. Easy access compared to the area the oil is known to be in. Of course this is speculation on my part and a best case scenario but one can always dream of a happy ending.
They are not a pink, they are a fully reporting, OBB. With only 267 Million shares they probably feel that the PPS will rise to the needed uplisting level as they get closer to FDA approval. Another possibility is some other company(s) might try to buy them out and the PPS could rise greatly on that.
I did talk to Foster last week but it took a few days to get a hold of him.
Was there a time when the TA gave out the A/S and O/S info? Every time I called they told me it wasn't their policy to give out that information and I would have to ask the company directly.
By the way, on another board (different stock) someone kept calling the TA and got a new secretary filling in at lunchtime who gave out the restricted info. Not that I'm suggesting we do the same.
I agree that the audit is finished based on what Foster said, but also according to Foster they wanted to release the AF and the financing arrangements at the same time. We know Norris has been financing out of his own pocket for the past year but surely he could come up with another $35 thousand if he wanted to.
Doubt if you'll see a 504. Norris has stated that he doesn't want to dilute the shares. Couldn't raise enough money with a 504 to do the projects anyways, it takes several million dollars to get these big projects going. It's unfortunate that some people are giving up on the company but it's also expected. Anyone just looking at the PR's and not talking directly to the company is going to assume that this company is dead and cut their losses and move on. I wish the company had just PRed what they had last week instead of waiting but on the bright side it is a great adding opportunity.
LOL. I guess the quilt knitters will invest tomorrow.
I agree. The float is supposed to be 34 Million. Of that we know a significant portion was supposed to be bought up and held by people on this board or associates. I'm not convinced that everyone who claims to have held is still holding, it has been more than a year for some people. Still, the way this trades with very low volume most days and an occasional million plus day and one 4 million day I wouldn't be surprised if everything could be accounted for with about 10 million shares being traded/flipped on a regular basis. There are plenty of traders who will speculate on a stock and not hold it for more than 3-5 days.
When good news hit Blue Dolphin Energy about a year ago it traded it's entire O/S in a day. Not it's float, it's O/S! That doesn't mean that every single person sold their shares. Some shares were bought and sold several times in the same day. I'm sure some MM's sold shares they didn't immediately have either.
As far as KING's float, I don't see a problem. In fact, the way it's traded is a plus for me because I know when good news hits it's going up fast.
Take a look at POWN. One bit of good news and their stock went from .06 to .40 in a day. I feel the same will happen with us with the right news.
