Echo most of your post are bullshit. There is no evidence Tri Cascade has sold 4800 let alone 100. Why say things that are obviously not true.
No the rules have changed facts please find my pumping post. Feel free to waste more of your life… Pathetic.
Agreed, Echo you are not helping anyone with your nonsense post and facts I just feel bad for you.
Love these new rules, thank you IHub!
This seems pretty straight forward to me.

If you are referring to the Amazon site. They are still updating it, and no one was supposed to see it yet. If you can find it outside of the link provided, please share. Once it goes live you will be able to search it on amazon or google and it will pop up. Once this happens all of the necessary data will be there. They are not trying to deceive people; they are just in the process of getting the store setup. One of the steps to have your amazon storefront is testing distribution. Which I'm sure their testing now and why it is so barebones. After this has been tested the seller can updated all necessary product info and select keyword search terms so buyers can find their product on Amazon. Amazon will review everything, once approved buyers will be able to find your product on Amazon.
Here is a breakdown of 100 GB 5g data plans for T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon.
T-Mobile
Price - $55 (taxes and fees included)
Data - 100 GB
Data after - 3g unlimited
AT&T
Price - $90 (Plus taxes and fees)
Data - 100 GB
Data after - $10 per every additional 5 GB
Verizon
Price - $60 (Plus taxes and fees)
Data - 100 GB
Data after - Max 3 to 4 mbps download
Facts, it is different. If you want a wifi or dongle device you will need to purchase a separate plan.
That is correct, these are separate plans and now see why some are confused.
People have an extra SIM card paying $55 a month for a 50 gig 5G data plan they are not using? Unlikely.
Sorry about that, because it’s a better service and plan than the competitors.
This statement was false.
“Are you going to purchase the T data plan through POSRMX, for an extra $240-$600 per year, or just use your own carrier, since it allegedly works with ANY carrier?”
They will still need a data plan no matter what service provider you choose.
Very nice, thank you for sharing.
This is a very important point.
“I could care less if they give the device away as long as the consumer is paying for T-Mobiles service adding to Tri Cascades MRR.”
This is false, people will need a plan no matter what provider they use. This goes for all 5G mifi-dongle devices. I believe for AT&T it’s $55 for 50 gigs with a $50 device activation fee. If you want to use AT&Ts service.
I don’t think they will. I’ve given you my answer. And if someone chooses to use a inferior network great, SRMX still wins with however much they make off the sale of the Dongle. That’s good news for investors, either way Tri Cascade is making money. I’m not seeing your point.
Yep, they have a lot of work to do. Have you run any speed test yet?
Why would be people intentionally choose a worse service? I don’t think they would, is the answer. So I am not concerned about this hypothetical.
I guess my question to you, is why would someone go through the hassle of getting a sim on a crappier network? I would think most people would want to use this device on the nations #1 5g network. But I guess we will have to wait and see.
Tri Cascade Pre-Sale review
The Amazon site is not fully active yet. Being in sales my entire career and owning my own company, (Pre-Order) or a pre-sale for a unknown (product/company) is standard for products and services. I will admit so far it has been a sloppy rollout and personally would have done several things differently. Although being the first on the market gives them some time to figure this out and make corrections for their main marketing push.
This is what I would do and my honest opinion on how Tri Cascade is doing.
Pre-Sale - Before the main Marketing push
There are several other steps to a successful per-sale but for time sake I will stick to 5.
1. Website – Make sure your product’s landing page has all the necessary information. The 3 C’s - clean, clear, and complete. (1 out of 10) Their landing page is awful, and I do not have enough time to describe how bad it is.
2. Distribution system – able to handle shipping and tracking load, for returns and volume. (10 out of 10) All of the feedback I have received is there was no issues with tracking or shipping
3. Social – Tell a story (I would be posting a speed test in a random place every day) Make it engaging (3 out of 10) I guess it is better than not posting anything at all, but not by much.
4. Soft Launch (Pre-Sale) – Open up ecommerce to a small audience with a discounted price to test distribution system. (2 out of 10) Tri Cascade did a good job at the distribution but everything before was not good. It’s okay to miss a date you were anticipating your pre-orders to ship but 0 communication to the customers and not changing the date on your website is bad.
5. Gather product feedback - Usually, you would want to do this within a week after the consumer has received their product. Offer incentives for them to share their experience or give a review. (0 out of 10) To my understanding they have not reached out to anyone who has received the Dongle.
Overall, I give them a (3 out of 10) for their pre-sale. (And I’m sure Q2 sales will reflect this)
Next I want to address Amazon, Newegg, and Discounts before addressing the main marketing push
If the list price is $399 once the site officially launches (being able to find it in the search) IMO the dongle will be sold at a discount of $349. *If they do decide to set the list price at $399 they will need to have this price reflected on their ecommerce site as well. It was encouraging to me to see the Fourth of July sale end when it said it would and did not linger on, which would devalue any future "sales".
Additional discount or limited time sales does not devalue a product, especially when the product is sold with a service (Data Plan). The data plan "service" is where Tri Cascade will make the bulk of their money. Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is much more important to a company’s cash flow. Being there is 0 overhead and is 100% profit. IMO I could care less if they give the device away as long as the consumer is paying for T-Mobiles service adding to Tri Cascades MRR.
Main marketing push - Product is available on Ecommerce and distribution is sound.
* Once amazon and newegg are setup and my distribution system was sound, I would start my full marketing campaign. (As people are more likely to purchase on these ecommerce sites over Tri Cascades) The last thing you want to do is burn marketing capital before everything is setup. Also, they should point people to buy on Amazon and Newegg until their landing page does not look like garbage.
For now all I would do is Targeted adds – Example (Google, Amazon, Youtube, Newegg, Social, Influencers, Review Sites) Anytime someone searches for 5g, Outdoor internet, hotspot, dongle, ect. They need to have a sponsored add. Once the potential customer has been identified there should be adds following them around on every site they visit. Now this is expensive but is truly the only way to advertise this type of product in the digital age. After they have a better understanding of their customer acquisition cost and which platforms are producing clicks and leading to sales, they can revise their marketing strategy.
All things considered, its pretty exciting to be talking about product sales and marketing other than if a product will ever be available.

Good to hear.
Microsoft Catalog and Tr Cascade VOS 5G - Firmware - 1.326.71.72

How does it work with your Macbook?
Nice you caught this early. Looks like they are still updating all of the details.
Willing to bet on this? IMO we will see it available on Amazon before 7/15/2023.
I'm guessing after IndieGoGo campaign ends.
This is what he posted when he got laid off.
This is an uncomfortable post for me... and yet I recognize that discomfort is a necessary condition for growth. As outgoing as I am, and as willing as I have become to admit defeat, I tend to keep my struggles private.
That said, we should use the tools at our disposal to maximize outcomes. So here it is.
I was laid off and am open to new opportunities. Let's chat.
I am specifically interested in building a growth engine for product companies that are investing in channel and solution sales. No product is an island. Yet building go-to-market coalitions is one of the most challenging strategic objectives most companies fail to meet.
I can help. If we have worked together, you know what I bring.
I am open to full-time positions as well as part-time consulting - specifically related to OT transformation, connected product strategy, embedded and network security, machine learning + artificial intelligence, and bringing cloud workloads to the edge.
To my Microsoft peers and partners - I have a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to have worked together. You have taught me so much. Our successes, our failures, and our learnings will fuel the next phase of our careers and our industries. Talk soon, I'm sure.
Another one. Anyone know who Susan is?
He's our Special Advisor to the Board of Directors that was mentioned in our 2022 AR.
The Company also issued 25,000,000 restricted common shares to retain the advisory services of a highly respected industry executive, who will act as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors for IoT innovative technology.
Amazon News, looks like there confident with their distribution logistics and we will be seeing it on Amazon.

They sent a message once they received them. Very jealous. And thank you, it’s been a rough year, but everyone is better just expensive.
All but one said the activation was very simple, I do not believe any of them were previous T-Mobile customers either. The one who had trouble inserted the SIM card wrong and when he tried again it was reading as invalid. He reached out to Tri Cascade and they reactivated the SIM after that he was good to go.
Hey, Sorry I do not have private messaging anymore. I unfortunately do not have the funds to purchase one currently. (Everything is going to medical bills) Although several of my friends have purchased them and have received their feedback.
Pros
Very simple to setup
Much faster than home internet
Performs even better outdoors
Average speeds range from 300/400mbps down and 50/100mbps up with virtually no ping
If you are not in a Tmobile 5g zone it automatically drops down to 4g LTE and is still very fast
Cons
It will not work with lightning port only USB-C
One place it has had issues is in hospitals
Still waiting to see
No information on how much speeds will be throttled after you reach your data limit
I do not know if new product ideas can be considered carrots now that Max and team have delivered a product to market. I will take all of the product ideas seriously now that their is tangible proof with the dongle that they can bring 5g products to market.
The i.VA will hopefully be released sometime this year.
Love seeing these new adds google pixel is running about security and how wifi can be hacked.
YouTube Video
Not directly but will most likely just use their Azure platform already setup with Microsoft to support these functions. IMO
Agreed, I like this and this is something they need to put on indeigogo. I do not know how many "phases" they are going to roll out but should put all of their phases for VOS on indeigogo and see which ones have the most public interest and concentrate on bringing those to market. IMO. Now since they have a first to market 5g dongle. There options are endless for how to make everyday products smart like bikes. Im excited to see what is to come but do hope they concentrate on only money making products and do not plan on manufacturing the bike themselves rather use a proven bike on the market and work to implement their tech in this pre existing bike.
I would go with the $20 option 5meg. Once you run out of the premium 5G they will roll you back to unlimited regular 5G and to 4G LTE if the network is to busy with no additional fees. So for what you are doing you do not need the massive speeds the regular speeds will be fine.
