In my town we have speed limit signs on almost every road, and even the roads that don't have signs have a speed limit. We have a licensing process that educates drivers about the rules of the road, including speed limits. And we have law enforcement on patrol on these roads 24/7. Somehow, though, people keep speeding. And while some of them get pulled over and ticketed, some of them don't.
No doubt. If government bureaucrats are known for anything, it's their expeditious, full-throttle activity. I jest, but nevertheless we should all prepare ourselves for the whiplash when it's finally the bureaucrats' turn to drive the timeline.
But that was driven by an MHRA public site update. The news was out, then they PR'd
In this new submission dated 9/29, Posner makes the judge aware of (and attaches) the most recent Harrington decision dated 9/28.

is it bashing to ask if it's bashing if it's the truth?
It'll show up at the same time (or very soon after) it's filed.
Nothing will be resolved today. Today's deadline is defendants' last chance to supplement their support for their motion to dismiss, by responding to the last submission made by plaintiffs on 8/25. Then the judge will review all submissions and issue a decision, but that part will take months at least. Today all we'll find out is whether defendants have come up with something different/interesting than what they've already put on the record. For me, I'm interested in seeing how they address the issue of the precedent they had relied on previously that plaintiff has pointed out had been overturned.
Nothing yet. Probably closer to the deadline:

As an aside, the 3d federal circuit (nothing to do with NWs case) has recently moved it's filing deadlines to 5 pm (instead of midnight) for QOL reasons...
And is also the same area as the 3-year trend line that we first closed over on 9/19, so great spot to bounce
No, Wednesday (27th) is the deadline for defendants to submit their final submission on their motion to dismiss. Then the judge will review all the submissions from defendants and plaintiff and issue a judgment when they get to it, which could be this year but might be next year.
I read the approximately to mean they could submit before a bit before 30 days or a bit after 45 days.
you mean 1.08, right?
The effect of supply and demand on price. Supply is down (no/few shares available to borrow) so price (cost to borrow) goes up.
As a former securities defense counsel he hopefully will have a pretty good sense about when defense counsel is obfuscating because they don't have a better answer to give to defend their position.
Looks like this new judge just joined this court this week, so a redistribution of workload. Maybe we'll get an MTD decision sooner rather than later since he doesn't already have a backlog?

jd at what price do you believe they begin to exit to start a squeeze?
If there's confusion it's just yours.
NW holds a registered EU trademark for DCVAX. Others may use it, but they're not supposed to without permission. My guess is that this group will be asked to stop using it and then they will.

Behind a paywall but here is the first part of the text:
While indefinite, the journal says this with regard to review timing:
Aside from the clinical significance, it is not an uncommon tactic to put a stake in the ground (using a journal article or patent application) before beginning a new related/extension project with a new partner.

TD Ameritrade->Schwab?. Has anyone encountered any issues with their NWBO shares being transferred from TD Ameritrade to Schwab?

Yes. Over the wedge(s) on the daily and over the 200 dma. Will be a buy signal for many.
If this is how you have 'conversations' with people IRL, it's no wonder you have the time to sit on this board 24/7.
Thanks for the link.
Just because a journalist used the word immunotherapy as a synonym for immune checkpoint blockade doesn't make it so. Here is the journal article that is being reported about by the journalist https://www.jci.org/articles/view/169314. It's not about 'immunotherapy' it's about a type of immunotherapy -> immune checkpoint blockade.
If you actually read and understand your "mic drop #2" link, in the context of the journal article, you will see that Dr. Prins is quoted for suggesting that the dcvax-L approach can be useful in addressing the shortcomings of immune checkpoint blockade in primary tumors, such as GBM.
You know full well you're quoting out of context. Or maybe you don't. Which is worse?
If you read through the MHRA guidance (along with the rest of the UK government website), you will see that when they mean business days they explicitly state 'working days.' This generally applies to shorter deadlines/timelines, like 10 working days or 14 working days. But when they simply state days, without a qualifier, they mean that they count all the days on the calendar, or calendar days, or elapsed days. This generally applies to longer deadlines/timelines, like 60 days or more.
You can see here in MHRA's published metrics of their past activities that they are counting all 'elapsed' days, or calendar days, between two events:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1163710/MHRA-Performance-metrics_2301-2305.pdf
that uses a calendar
they're 99 ways over $3 but a buyback ain't one

Adding AACR to our team was a huge win.
I agree. Those submission/CHM dates are not controlling. You can get a CHM review earlier than that chart suggests. And considering MHRA's published record for 2021/22, most if not all apps are getting an earlier CHM review than that chart that's floating around would suggest.
Fgoldwater:
The dates between the submission date and the CHM date that you listed below are separated by 88-92 days.
The MHRA has in internal goal of reaching a decision on 97% of MAAs within 80 days. In 2021/2022, they reached a final decision on 92% of MAAs within 80 days. LINK
If the coordinating dates listed below are controlling to the internal MHRA processes, and the coordinating dates are separated by 88-92 days, how did the MHRA reach it's less than 80-day goal 92% of the time in 2021/2022?
Sojourner? Judge? First close above two trendlines on the daily: max sp on 5/10/22 and 6/9/23, and 11/21/22 and 6/9/23
The clock stop is 1-30 days between the two phases. Even with this being true for all 150-day assessments, they typically issue a final decision in less than 80 days.
