My thoughts are the company is heading to get on NASDQ. To do that they need a $4.0 stock price and I believe we are headed in that direction. The 10K will tell all and hopefully we see it sooner than later

No thought on year end selling. If we look at what has happened in the last year I have no doubt they are heading for an up list. Two things remain to qualify. The net equity on the balance sheet and the stock price. My guess is a reverse split would do nothing to help that so its going to be a slog of solid performance which if you read the analyst report someone in the company has told the analyst something to suggest that this is going to happen. Look for a $4.0 stock price toward the end of the calendar year early next year. IMHO

Let’s use this report and measure results. When they are achieved then maybe just maybe you will accept the company. I for one am very impressed with the detail and thoughtful comments in the report

Did you see the analyst report on DFCO issued by Stockwatchindex. Very good report with very positive outlook.

Check the filings. As there has been no dilution in a year other than employee warrants
