This has to be better than going under...at least we have a chance. Not what I was hoping for but still can make some money and start getting in and out with the rallies...not my usual style of trading...more of a long, but...whatever.
I would like to hear your info also...but am glad ( a little) that you are waiting to sort through the facts...
Good Luck to everyone...each will do what is best for them...good luck whatever is right...
Speculation had us going to NYSE, then it had us being left out of a spin-off, now it has us being flushed down a toilet (maybe, right?).
If you sell it all now...what do you have? A big loss with some money back, not much, but some.
Sometimes the best thing to do is nothing...at least as a knee jerk reaction. Things will calm down, Shaq's Booty HO will tell us something devestating or worthless come soon...wait and see.
You shouldn't have invested anything into a penny stock that you weren't willing to lose anyway, right?
(private thought...c'mon savi...if only you go up to $10...I'd be rich)
Total Doom? Why? Ignorant I guess...pls explain...other than the obvious massive dilution...
Hey, not a knock on you, just replied from yours...
savi since 2004 and still waiting...
New ticker: SVM"cry"
Good or bad blockbuster news...something that will dramatically effect the stock price...can anyone say "Martha Stewart"
I read the post that Steve B mentions quiet period...I hope you are right and it is a Mario imposed period...maybe they happen every 28 days or so...
GULP...if this goes all screwy on us longs...I will never invest in another, blah, blah ,blah...
And I will never drink again...ohh my head....
I agree...the next PR should be the news I've been waiting almost 2 years for.

Re: After our quiet period with the SB-2 filing we will be doing more press releases. Things behind the scenes are going very well and we are on schedule. (end of copy)
This was last august, 2005...I do not know of another one except of what I read on here lately...
Has someone from Savi stated there is a current quiet period???
The QUIET period Mario mentioned to me in email was a year or so ago...where did this one come from? Did Steve Botkin say this to someone now?? Or has rumor run wild on this board?
Stock Guru 7-13-06: SaVi Media Group (OTCBB:SVMI ) - Wednesday's shares closed down at -5.33% with a price of $0.01400. The volume was at 3,401,121. SaVi Media Group has recently decided to redesign and enhance their flagship DynoValve product for a simplified and easier installation process for the consumer. Implementing the new design reduces the number of mechanical interfaces needed for all the different makes, models, and types of engines on the market. SaVi's focus the past few months was to re-design our DynoValve product so one smart programmable controller could be installed on all of the different vehicle makes and models on the market instead of formerly requiring numerous manual mechanical installations and calibration. This innovation makes it possible for one fully automated and programmable controller interface to accommodate all of the different vehicle makes and models to a single highly engineered DynoValve product that will acclimate to all vehicle makes and models. The ability to program and update in real time our new interface controller would allow it to be retrofitted for any need or future requirement on virtually any internal combustion engines for aftermarket and O.E.M. such as: Commercial, Marine, Recreational, Industrial, and Military applications.
SaVi Media Group, Inc. creates and commercializes blow-by gas and crankcase engine emission reduction technology. They have created the first truly simple gasoline and diesel engine emission reduction technology, allowing them to provide their clients with lower-cost, more effective and more efficient emission reduction and engine performance. With 20+ years of emissions and materials R&D behind it, the Company was formed to create, support and license a patented supplementary vehicle emissions reduction and fuel efficiency technology that can reduce emissions by up to 40% and improve efficiency 30%. Using proprietary methods and processes, SaVi increases fuel efficiency at the same time decreases emissions and extends component life.

I have emailed mario several times in the past 4 months with no reply...he used to reply within 24 hours...
Quiet Period...liljimmykirk and I were hoping more than anything that the recent lack of news was due to a quiet period (not that we even knew what we were thinking). I hope that the mention of it here has not led to some of us that dream big to start talk that has no merit.
Neither of us really understood what a quiet period was other than related to an IPO...of course this is not that.
I am just saying that I am reading a lot about nasdaq or amex listing....dont want to be the one that started such speculation for no good reason.
SVMI since 2004 and holding.
Welcome BobbyKnuckles..(I have been here like, 4 days...so take the welcome for what it is worth).
Thanks for all the info everyone...in an email about a year ago, Mario Procoppio wrote back that he could not discuss any progress the company was making because they were in an SEC mandated "quiet period"...I took that to mean the period of time between when 'news' was ready and the official PR. Maybe he was just being cautious not to be giving any insider tips...I don't know other than that.
Whatever, as long as there is news, prices rise, and we all do well. On vacation in Naples...but I'll be watching Monday morning just in case.
What brought us to svmi was a conversation I had with one of the directors. I was doing some marketing for a health related company and info was requested by Mr Pisanelli...in conversation he mentioned how busy he was with another project. I asked but he declined to discuss in any detail...I asked the name of the company and if they had a website, which he provided...we did our own research (wild speculation) and decided that the product potential was huge.
We (liljimmykirk and I) started buying back then in late 2004 and have averaged down as it declined. Now waiting for some real news.
The hindsight of should've, could've, would've....sold at .039 back in march and bought back triple for the same total cost.. didn't cause I was afraid to miss the big news.
The Haig program...cancelled my plans that Sunday and stayed home to watch it. I guess we will all see what happens and good luck to all of us.
A PR on the police cars would be nice...
I have averaged down to just over 2 cents...my six yr old is average at 1.3 cents so he at least even ...like it was just said...I wont mind 2 cents when the news pops...
I read all the posts as soon you wrote to my bro...all encouraging to me...far away in Miami so no chance to get a closer look...thanks for the welcome!!
New here, but long since '04...liljimmykirk is my brother up in jersey...we have both been long since dec 2004 and he told me about this board.
sorry, was in annual report see below: copied and pasted from annual report dated 4/17/06
Pricing
We have not yet determined the exact pricing for our products but intend to develop pricing strategies commensurate with the results of our market research. We anticipate that our Crankcase Ventilation System product will be sold to end users for a price in the range of $100 to $200 plus installation and the pricing to original equipment manufacturers might be in the range of $50 to $125.
Marketing Strategy
We hope to establish ourselves as a provider of technology to capture blow-by gases and related crankcase ventilation system and emission reduction and, thereafter to aggressively expand as a provider of multiple fuel efficiency and emission reduction technologies and related systems that solve practical emission reduction and engine combustion systems deployment problems. The current development framework and systems and designs are based on this strategy.
A key part of our core short- and long-term strategy is to work with chosen business, strategic and original equipment manufacturer partners to establish recurring revenues. Our multiple versions of our Crankcase Ventilation System give other developers, original equipment manufacturers and licensees the flexibility to utilize different aspects of our technologies. This flexibility allows customers the freedom to determine the most efficient and cost effective way of implementing the Crankcase Ventilation System technology into their products. We will focus pull through marketing programs, such as getting governments and end-users to request the CVS technology and products from vehicle and transportation companies.
I have emailed the CEO many times and he used to reply...the last time he stopped he did tell me that they were in a quiet period as dictated by the SEC. (ie: he wrote me in January saying they were redeveloping the product in response to testing results...then the smart interface news came out in March)
I have been watching, waiting, and buying shares for nearly two years...
Hoping for many things...new executive order in California, distribution agreements, mostly that the last 10Q mentioned the price points for consumers and pricing for car manufacturers...really hope that means they are discussing those sales agreements.
Oh, also hope to win the lotto Saturday night...if you can't laugh at yourself right?
I had to go into "featured" and that brings up the automotive page. I clicked the dynovalve picture with its new little nub sticking up and saw the entire assembly. At least we know they have gotten far enough to take an actual picture...now we just need the news. Is it "around springtime" yet?
I took a shot and added 250,000 shares at .0045 last year some time...glad I did. I even put 100,000 shares in my 6 yr olds UGMA.
