No wonder the stock price drop today! All the best to you
Seems like generic already ordered 50 tons with capacity ramping up to 100 tons.
50 tons will create 417,000 bottles (120 soft gels) per year. If you divide 52 weeks, it’s around 8000 scripts per week. 100 tons will double it to 16,000 scripts per week.
But everyone knows it's going to be rejected. I don't know why anyone keeps track of this "checkpoint".
Then soon after the rejection, free from any potential legal fallout, the Generics will announce their generic-V launch, the share price tank again.
What is this Prepare-It study for?
At this rate, I won’t be surprise we hitting below $3 by end of Sep.
wake me up, when September ends.
Really? They patented 3 more useless patents?
Here we go again. 8% drop within 10 mins. Almost 20% drop this week.
:(
Alright. So what’s you found out down there after you dug deep?
Are we really in a deep shit?
We know step 1 is 0.01% chance right. Should immediately go to step 2
I don’t think any BP even considered it. Otherwise, it already BO.
Sorry didn’t get you.
BTW, just asking, what’s the purpose of Amicus Curiae since AMARIN en banc petition will 99.99% get rejected?
Bravo AMARIN, another 52 weeks low of $3.775, day after day hitting 52 weeks low.. Soon we'll hit $2 which is pre R-I... Pathetic..
Another 52 weeks low. $3.82 and dropping.
And yet no concrete plan from the management. :(
AMRN 52-week low. $3.915
“Miracle” drug with such valuation. Sad.
He sounded more like a 2nd grader instead of the CEO of a company
I think it’s gonna see $3 point something today. So sad for a blockbuster drug. What a sad ending for AMRN under bad CEO and planning.
Verdict out. Affirm.
What will be the fair price for AMRN now?
I’m so sad.
Amarin audio recording is out
$AMRN audio recording is out. Enjoy! https://t.co/w0gvvyCQFB

Tomorrow (or today?) is just the start of the appeal.
Not the decision to overturn or affirm the Du-fus judgment right?
Apparently not hitting 100k today...
Seems like Afimmune was a spinout from DS Biopharma

4 out of 4 are "Affirmed"
And as you expected, the stock price drop whenever there is a good news.
Very fantastic result. But unfortunately, Du Du destroyed this company with her incompetence.
Saw this twitter from POTUS.
Will this affect AMRN appeal?
Yesterday I signed four measures that will massively reduce the prices of prescription drugs, in many cases by more than 50%. Nothing like this has ever been done before because Big Pharma, with its vast power, would not let it happen. Expensive Insulin went from big dollars.....

For some reason, I also feel that winning the appeal is tough. :( It really depends on the 3 judges.. And we might have been investing in the wrong stock. There are so many opportunities out there other than AMRN.
Make sense... So nothing extraordinary, unfortunately.
I think it’s going to be a usual annual meeting. Not sure why she said to “touch base on Monday”.
Most probably it’s going to be a usual annual meeting.
Second that
Or it also means that he never received all our inputs?
Thanks for doing this thorough analysis @HinduKush
Have you or anyone sent it to Elizabeth or Singer?
None of these survey matters since the decision won't be based on the result of the survey. Furthermore, most of us here are AMRN investors who would have some degree of bias towards AMRN victory.
If AMRN were really that unlucky, they might get another 2 judges like DUmb Du-Du thus the chance of reversal would be DUmed...
I just hope the reality is otherwise.
How about some Twitter links:
The plan going into reviewing Hikma $AMRN brief was the faster I saw “Mori”, the worse the brief. Mori appeared in second paragraph of page 1. Also, very first sentence & last sentence of Paragraph 2 are misleading.

RED = False. GREEN = True. YELLOW = Maybe. GREY = Irrelevant. pic.twitter.com/3z4KFNHJnw
This is my take on why $AMRN wins appeal based purely on the MOA. This effectively eliminates all cited prior art (that is additionally disqualified b/c of flawed data interpretation).

The MOA is like the “I Love Lucy” skit with the chocolate conveyor belt. More TG = More LDL. pic.twitter.com/OUUDp6I25E
Thank you Irish, Hamoa, HK, marjac, et al. I hope they received and put those input into consideration.
