OT: Guess who will be the world's super power in next decade or two?
They will not make it. The season has already started. I'm getting 4 to 6 catalogs a day and see Christmas stuff in the stores.
"Phase 2" could mean anything. Howard should explain the plan tomorrow. Or be asked to.
I read it as working out the glitches encountered in the initial production run.
Golden Cross Theory: Little Known Corollary
If by chance you reach a condition where:
PPS=MA(50)=MA(200) ...sayyyyyyy 0.0237!
A worm hole will open and transport you to a time in the future where you can live in harmony with your decision not to sell. See you all on the other side.
Yesterday, I asked what the suggested retail for the 20V Cordless Li-Ion Drill/Driver Starter Kit would be and I was told around $109.00.
Yes, we are not in spinner keychains anymore!!
Nice consolidation here. Just wait till that first STP product placement is announced.
Remember, the 8 sales rep organizations are at AAPEX and now have played with the REAL product. I'm sure that they are fired up. I wonder if we are in full production mode to get ready for the orders or if they will play it like the tiles and wait for orders before starting production. "Production" might be as simple as applying STP stickers and printing boxes.
Would have been nice to have booth takeaways of an STP sticker like I had when I was a kid. Instead they had a bowl of Halloween candy.
BTW OT - The SEMA part of the show was awesome. Talk about some booth candy!!!!!!
Happy Halloween everybody!
The power tools were working. In the picture you will notice that they had some saw horses set up in the booth area with the tools available to test drive. While I was standing in the booth, Howard actually came up next to me and drove a brass screw into the 2 X 4 with one of the screwdrivers. The Simply Comfort "Goggles" were really cool. Did not get to try them out but what a hit. Like I said, the only product that was not ready was the Jump Start/Air Compressor. Very impressive model though.
I just got back home to LA from the AAPEX show at the Sands convention center in Las Vegas and the SEMA show at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The following are my observations as I'm too tired from today's journey to add much comentary.
1. I got to the show around 10AM and picked up my advanced registration for entry.
2. I got inside the doors and started in the direction of Booth 940 but quickly realized that I was downstairs and the booth was upstairs on the second level.
3. On my way upstairs I noticed the New Product Showcase display which included 2 Capstone STP tools entries. The Jumpstart box that is in the Ibox and the 5 piece STP powertool combo kit. I have pictures of these.
4. On my way in to the second floor I noticed a very prevalent sign prohibiting cameras in the show area. Hummmmmmm. I made my way to the booth and was very impressed with what I saw. Capstone and STP Tools banner headliner across the top of the booth. A 2 shelve back display cabinet that was heartily stocked with STP power tools, Simply comfort foam products, Capstone task lights and even a couple of key chains for us old timers.
5. The staff were all very professionally atired in tie and jacket. Nice. I for one was very impressed by their appearance. The whole cast were there. Howard, Stewart and Ried Goldman caught my eye right off the bat. I saw Gerry McClinton and a couple of others but is was Ried who spent some time with my friend and I to talk about the STP power tool line.
6. The tools are impressive. The Lithium Ion battery tools are much lighter than the Ni Cad versions and are really well designed and feel solid. Lots of nice features. The Jump Start box was a model and not the actual functional unit.
7. I asked if any samples have been shipped to any of the sales reps and the answer came back as no since this was the first day and all working models and actual pieces were focused on the launch.
8. I think that Howard might have put it together who I was and seemed very aloof to me which I can understand since the way I went off on him here Sunday. Sorry about that all..:-/
All in All it was a great day until I called a friend and heard about the selloff. UGHHHH!!! I'm here to report facts about the show to all who are interested. The bottom line is that the STP Power Tool line is now officially launched and the www.stptools.com site is live. We have a very popular brand in the automotive world with STP and the booth traffic proved it. Lots of activity. Lots of enthusiasm was evident in the booth.
This is real and I believe the whole CHDT/Capstone team needs to be congratulated on a job well done.
I spent the afternoon over at the SEMA show which was hughe. I tried to see it all in one day but only scratched the surface.
Too tired to write more......still digesting a lot.
more to follow.
Off to the airport.

The site was not pulled.....only the way to connect. I do believe that Howie got it right this time but I will be the last to congratulate the little weasel. He has screwed the pooch too many times to get a pass here. Join me in Vegas. Seems like I'm the only one to face my fears!!
Seems like I'm being squashed!

Not in Jail yet so I'm freeeeeeeeeeeeeee........
Vegas Baby Vegas!!!!!!
I'm looking for .20 ++++++ to fund the blackjack "thang"!!!!!
The truth will set you free little bill. Join me in Vegas if you will?
Believe me ... I'm not bashing. But as an investor (X.XM) who has been fed BS about internet auction engines, payment systems, PC comuuters, gas masks, spinner rings, generators, ROOFING TILES, book lights, Simply Confort DUX beds and now STP tools..... I'm a Jersey boy who understands Harry Truman and those folks from Mo when they say.....Show Me!!! We should not be withholding information that is publically available!!!!.
Censorship is defined as the removal and/or withholding of information from the public by a controlling group or body. [citation needed]
Typically censorship is done by governments, religious and secular groups, corporations, or the mass media, although other forms of censorship exist. The withholding of official secrets, commercial secrets, intellectual property, and privileged lawyer-client communication is not usually described as censorship when it remains within reasonable bounds. Because of this, the term "censorship" often carries with it a sense of untoward, inappropriate or repressive secrecy.
Censorship is closely related to the concepts of freedom of speech and freedom of expression. When overused, it is often associated with human rights abuse, dictatorship, and repression.
The term "censorship" is often used as a pejorative term to signify a belief that a group controlling certain information is using this control improperly or for its own benefit, or preventing others from accessing information that should be made readily accessible (often so that conclusions drawn can be verified).
Lucy, I'm sorry I don't have PM capability. I enjoy the banter on investosrhub.com beacuse it is made up of small investors just like me. The minute the "Company invested in" starts controlling the free exchange of key information ...... it is time to move on.
I wish all that I have exchanged with in the past here, all the best. We are truely gonna hit it this time but there is enough doubt in information that we need real facts..... I thought that OTCBBLOVER delivered some of those facts Sat morning. Thanks!!!
That is why I'm going to Vegas on Tuesday. I have too many scars with this company to beleive anything they say and enough sense to listen and confirm.
See Y'all in Vegas. First round on me. mojoroe@hotmail.com
So much for being a forum of free and open exchange about our INVESTMENT!
Just good detective work!!!!!
OTCBBLOVER is the best. Nice probing!!!!!
How can I purchase STP tools products?
STP tools products will be shipping to retailers nationwide beginning December, 2007. As the products are available to consumers
I just canceled all of my sell orders.
This is going to blow this coming week.
GLTA!!! Patience seems about to pay off.
Last year I suspect that the MOMO raid was led by Sharkeezzz and his merry band. I don't see him around here any more.
When the MOMO players come in, they decend like locust...drive the volume to the moon to suck in new money and then devour everything in sight leaving the newbies holding the bag. Notice the nice steady buildup during June of last year leading to the MOMO madness of mid July.
Day by Day of Rise and Fall last year. Volume went crazy 6/29 - 8/1. High was hit on 7/17. See bolded line below.
Drying up volume was the sign of impending fall.

Got my plane tickets for next Tuesday last night. I'll be there for the opening.
Unless I get distracted........
This quote from the press release indicated that we will probably see the STP products before the show. Maybe next week.....
Updating our websites is the last step in re-branding our company as a consumer products manufacturer and distributor," said Chairman Howard Ullman. "The Capstone website content will now reflect the current product offerings by the company, other than STP products which will launch later in the month at www.stptools.com."

Curious timing for the 8-K release. I bet we see something first thing Monday morning to nullify the restatement of '05 loss.
Form 8-K for CHDT CORP
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
12-Oct-2007
Non-Reliance on Previous Financials, Audits or Interim Review
Item 4.02. Non-Reliance on Previously issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review.
CHDT Corp. reported in Note 14 to its Form 10K-SB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 a correction on the accounting treatment of $175,000 in director's fees and $30,6000 in payroll tax expense - both items affecting the financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005 ("FY2005"). The result of the corrections was that the current liabilities on the balance sheet for FY2005 were increased from $573,351 to $717,751 and the resulting net loss on the income statement was increased by $144,400 from $589,171 to $733,571 for FY2005.
Note 14 states in its entirety: "We have restated our balance sheet at December
31, 2005, and statements of operations, stockholders' equity and cash flows for the year ended December 31, 2005. The restatement impacts the year ended December 31, 2005, but has no effect on the financial statements issued in prior fiscal years. The restatement is the result of a correction of an error. In 2005, the Company did not accrue $175,000 of directors' fees that had been authorized, but not paid at December 31, 2005. The $175,000 was paid in 2006 with the issuance of common stock. Also, the Company had accrued $30,600 in payroll tax expense on accrued compensation of $200,000 that had been paid in stock at December 31, 2005, that was subsequently treated as contract services and not employee services. The impact of the restatement on the balance sheet was to increase current liabilities from $573,351 to $717,751. The impact of the restatement on net loss is an increase of $144,400, from $589,171 to $733,571 net of tax for the year ended December 31, 2005. There was no change in the loss per share."
Date of Conclusion regarding Corrections to Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2005. The errors in accounting treatment of the two compensation issues referenced above came to light on March 1, 2007 as a result of the audit work for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2006.
Audit Committee Response: Independent director and audit committee member Jeffrey Guzy has discussed the aforementioned corrections with Robison Hill & Co., the Company's public auditors. The conclusion of those discussions was that the errors were the result of Company management misunderstanding inquiries from the public auditors and that misunderstanding resulted in a response to the auditors that produced the two errors in the FY2005 audit. Mr. Guzy and the public auditors also concluded that the Company's addition of a chief operating officer with financial and accounting experience in early 2007 and the addition of an in-house bookkeeper assisted by a local accountant in early 2007 should help prevent any repeat of the miscommunication between management and the public auditors about such compensation matters and their accounting treatment.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Restated Financial Statements. The consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005 included in the Company's annual report on Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2005 as filed with the Commission on April 17, 2006 should no longer be relied upon. The restated consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005 were included in the Company's annual report on Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2006 as filed with the Commission on April 17, 2007. The Company also intends to file an amended Form 10KSB for the year ended December 31, 2005 to reflect the restatement.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereunto duly authorized.

Does this price level already have the product announcement factored in? An interesting question and one that would probably be answered yes if the company had a history of doing what they said. That being said, I don't think the product news is factored in and that we will see a pop to SL's predicted level of the .06 or there abouts. Other opinions?
Of course, as always this is all IMHO.
Amen.
This reminds me of waiting for .....
- Dade county tile approval
- Any tile sales
- Hurricane season
- Protable Generator UL approval
- Father's Day Retailer promotion
- Las Vegas builders show
- Florida builders show
- New Web Site
- The name of the 2 retailers
- Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q1, Q2 .......
