What about the Altmark bond guaranteed by a big chunk of Klyon assets? It was still active as of a few months ago.

It appears that SR was the first one here to mention SGDM.

2C started the SGDM board because of the rumors that they were going to take over Aurus. If SGDM had Maple, why is it in the tank? Also, what about the Altmark bond that has Klyon's assets tied up?

Actually, I think that "the buyout", the $.55 one, is irrelevant. Aurus' production makes it worth much more.
