Still technically in a downtrend. Nothing shows that it has turned around yet. It seems that it is due to crowds believing we hit bottom(Anticipating) but without updates and other company driven catalysts, the downtrend will continue as people get bored.

A confirmation that they are not going to dilute anymore would be nice.

A good start would be to stop the dilution like the CEO stated was going to happen. It's hard to say though, this is a small 'lotto play' for me due to the history of the CEO assumedly not caring about the shareholders.
