Old Car talk
If anyone here has an inclination to pick up their marbles, there was a former associate that swears by crypto of a sort. Says he did well, even bought an old chevy. Seems weird cause I sold an old car to buy more WDLF shares. go figure!
Did I select the wrong loser concerning the other forum? Are you a dirt "Artiste"?
We use to call it "patting someone on the butt" when you had to deal with an unhappy customer in retail. Sales would take turns in an effort to assist someone IF they were reasonable. Is that needed here? Are we not Adults?
So far in the last week. Off the top of my head, let me know if I missed something
Otcmarket brought current
Attorney letter filed
Quarterly report filed
Annual report filed
Form 15 Amended
Some of that list was a lie until last week in fumble faced thinking.
Someone is talkin' out their pretty side.
I bet that these CEO's make general predictions (as well as they can) quite often.
What about Elon Musk, does he make general predictions?
Looks like Texas is moving faster than I realized.
TXSE Aims To 'Be More CEO-Friendly' Than NYSE, Nasdaq
Those supporting the planned Texas exchange "pledge it will be more CEO-friendly" than the dominant exchanges in New York, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Nasdaq, the Journal said.
The Texas exchange hopes to benefit from companies that are frustrated with regulations like Nasdaq's Board Diversity Rule, and increasing compliance costs that come with listing on the exchanges, the Journal reported.34 Lee told the newspaper that the TXSE is apolitical.
Exchanges based in locations other than New York City used to be more common, but regional exchanges like those based in Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia were acquired and folded into the NYSE and Nasdaq over time. Several smaller exchanges still exist across the U.S., but handle much less trading activity than the NYSE and Nasdaq.

Do you all go to a game and thrash fans for cheerleading for their team or just here in print? Have you all ever run a business and needed a cohesive crew to get any thing done? Who would perform a job for a boss that sounded like this sour group?
When I was in charge of a crew of men, if an individual tried to discourage the other help more than once I fired them immediately. It has to be done or it spreads like a rash.
You never answered if you are the "Artiste" that is always sour on the other forum.
Come on now, a man would have to be a fool to make a prediction about an exact event, especially on this board!
Curious as to why some traders choose to pay for 5, 10, 20 years of chart history? What can be deciphered from past history? Why does Fibonacci work? Soon we should know one way or the other with WDLF! But only if you are onboard. No one learns when their mouth is open.
Keeping focus on WDLF and the future

Read this several years back - Will help those that want to understand their own mind and be their best.
It can not help the close minded expert.
One of the best quotes from an expert;
"I convinced myself that whatever was wrong was wrong with me and not with the market."

Dead in the water has no fundamental activity at all. I have done that also. What you really seem to want is someone to wallow in your pain along with you. That's what they do at a bar. I have too much going for me to get into that mindset.
You alternate between putting your arm around someones neck or telling them that they are the one who is wrong. Maybe that is not apparent from your view.
I am betting on strong volatility. Just like the rest of us I have no real clue as to how high or when. That is why I bought massive quantity of shares and intend to sell some and hold some for the long haul. I spend down time studying other sub penny stocks and although WDLF is very slow it resembles about half of the other OTC sub penny stocks. (The ones that aren't dead in the water or the few monsters)
I proved yesterday that "all sells" is BS to everyone with a brain. That's been your go to since I first showed up. Straight up UNTRUTH, The word lie implies intentional deceit so I won't use that. I think you seriously don't know.
Many of the nice posters who visit this board are watching from a distance and not participating. If someone says anything "positive" the idiots come in like a group of cowardly jackals. Nice people will often avoid that. So everyone is less informed overall. Of course some prefer to stay ignorant, as it takes very little effort. I enjoy the education from intelligent traders.
Are you the ignorant jerk from the other forum with all the knarly memes? 0ver here tryin to scam honest WDLF shareholders out of cheap shares? If not I apologize in advance but you seem to have the same mannerisms.Lets be nice to nice people alright?
Well to be honest as I can, I am not sure if some here will ever be happy with WDLF because their expectations are what they are. That is why the remark about the keys to the Lamborghini. This is an OTC company (with active company participation) that is tryiing something that I don't think is being attempted elsewhere on the OTC. No one knows if this will be a good thing or a great thing yet. It is somewhat of a gamble and everyone knew it going in. How does not having a positive outlook help in any possible way? Lets lower our heart rate and think in ways that are beneficial to our lives. It is entirely up to each of us what we decide to do.
I should also add that I never hesitate to confront a bully, every since I was 10 or 11 and realized that they were really insecure. I try to help them be more secure.
I absolutely agree with holding the CEO to his word. I worked my way up to V.P. once and I know how difficult it must be in these times to follow through on everything that you have been trying to accomplish. There are people and economic factors that often change by the week. That is all I am saying.
And another thing, A company officer or CEO or whatever must have a positive attitude at practically all times if they are going to succeed. The only other way is if they are family or friend being treated "special" and someone else is carrying their weight. Most of us have seen that I am sure.
Indicators follow price not the other way around. They are like looking out the back window of a car going down the highway. Stock charts cannot be wrong only the interpretation. Stretching the words of another is DISHONEST and what you said is the biggest problem. See what I mean?
Also: I have been here since the breakout in 2021 and made money.
1. There is no "stretching" what Ken said... you obviously need to do more DD for yourself so you stop making yourself look so unintelligent and uninformed.
A: Show me the video or forget it. I want the word "promise" or "guarantee" in it.
2. Go spread your false hope elsewhere
A: If you were smart you wouldn't hear "promise" when the words should, may, possiblly, can, might, maybe. etcetera !!!
3. Let me educate you on some of the FACTS of Ken and WDLF:
A: Your "facts" are dishonest. They are your interpretation (unless you have video) of what you heard, see number 2 above. Learn what "Forward Looking statements" means.for yourself and others.
4. Ken said that he would complete 2 full liquidity events by the end of 2022 and it is 2024 with 0 liquidity events completed.
A: Ken said in the podcast #7 that "both companies, LikeRE and Outdoorsman are still on track to to go public by the end of the 1st quarter".
note the term "Still on track". Where is promise at in that statement. The last most recent podcast. Read em and weep.
5.Ken posted on twitter calling all shareholders nothing more than "paper hands"...look it up.
A: "Paper hands" does not bother me in the least. I have been called worse by jerks on this board.
6. All the times Ken literally said he would not engage in dilution but admitted the merger of MjLink will create millions if not billions more wdlf shares...is that not a form of dilution?
A: He said that MJLink shareholders would get WDLF shares per fair even exchange. WDLF already has shares that are not outstanding shares they can do with what ever the corporation wants to. They can use them just like cash to hire officers, buy other corporations or trade. It is not the same as "Dilution"
7. How bout his campaign focused on "300% increase in revenues year over year" just for him to say in a podcast a couple months later stating revenues were way down because they were not focusing on sales...complete misrepresentation.
A: You just said it yourself.with the term "focused on". Sometimes when you run a corporation focus must change. I was not there so I can't say, and neither can you.
8. Dont forget all the people he blocked from an illegal private chat room on wdlf website for politely asking questions about misleading info he has put out.
A: If they were belligerent Idiots as was reported then they have no business being there. I was not present.
9. Dont even get me started on how Ken illegally and purposfully lured people in to buy shares by releasing an official pr promising not to conduct an R/S under pps of.05...just for him to approve an R/S a very short time later stating they "must" do an RS before pps pf .05
A: No RS was enacted. If you ever grow able to own a corporation you will leave every door open in the event that it is needed. Just like the recent form 15. It is a wise move to create multiple possibilities for the corporation to move. It would be stupid to let them doors close from a CEO's viewpoint.
In addition, WDLF will never be on a Nasdaq with a 7 billion shares outstanding. As a CEO his priority is to keep options open. It takes time for a RS and It wasn't in the best interest to follow through at that time. Wise decision in a corporate environment.
You can't tell us what you will do tomorrow much less in 4 or more weeks on a podcast and your rude. It's always the ones with the so called tough handles
that know the least.
We don't need a good memory, we have video. I am not in lala land, but I also know they aren't going to land in my yard with the keys to the Lamborghini. He has never used "promise" for any statement as we established before.
Yes, I am celebrating many things coming together this week. Why is it necessary to stretch what was actually said?
Run along now, we're playing WDLF
Tell us all you know, in bold text and a few words. for WDLF people
yea its kind of trying to find how much you know see. It's the outstanding shares divided by a million, times the fee Isn't it? Plus other registration fees I think.
LOL
oh yeah and Attorney fees!
Never mind it is here
https://www.sec.gov/edgar/filer/filing-fees/filing-fee-rate
how much does this save WDLF per year?
Full disclosure is what everyone wants
It is great for what it is, a spreadsheet. and 15 minutes behind for many. I have level 2 on platform so I don't need that..
End of day (could be +/- a little)
14,472,143 buys
14,472,143 sells
Total Volume for the day = 28,944,286
after hours could change something.
78 mil on the bid 5 mil ask! About to get right!
15.6 to 1
Don't let Bold text talk anyone out of shares!
"Brokers are licensed individuals or companies acting as middlemen between you and the exchange (e.g. NYSE, NASDAQ, ASE, etc.) when trading or investing. Brokers can function in different financial sectors, including foreign exchange, derivatives, stocks, bonds, and commodities."
Note the word "Middlemen"
No one holds the shares except temporarily based on liquidity. And why we have to wait to get filled in
a busy market. Otherwise, no problem
What is a Broker?
How Buying or Selling "On Balance" Works
Buyers or sellers "on balance" always suggests a situation in which more orders of one type outnumber orders of the opposite type. If a current market or issue has sellers on balance, more traders have entered sell orders than buy orders, causing an order imbalance. Conversely, if a market or issue has buyers on balance, more traders have entered buy orders than sell orders.
Under normal conditions, these imbalances work themselves out quickly. However, in some situations where trading cannot take place, buyers-on-balance or sellers-on-balance conditions can persist until the resumption of trading provides enough market liquidity to bring trades back into balance.

No liquidity issues on WDLF at least for the moment!!!
simple math, that's how indicators are made. and winners!
23,776,638 total volume so far divided by 2 equals 11,888,319 Buys and 11,888,319 Sells.
Thanks to new shareholders for joining WDLF project!
68.8 mil on bid 9.1 mil on ask!
You are welcome! hope it's useful!
Thats a lot of very's but I respect the delivery!
Have you ever relied on a friend or a family member to follow through on a project of some sort, and for some reason that did not occur? What do you do then? Do you try to accomplish the same goal in another way or give up completely? I have no answer but perhaps that is why the joint venture was proposed, to make things right. It would have been easy to walk away instead.
How about you come clean and explain why you're angry on every board? It isn't WDLF at the root of that.
My view of WDLF is almost strictly based on charts and technical indicators. I have only added the fundamental knowledge in the last year or so. I see no relationship with the past of other companies and WDLF getting profitable. If you are one that only looks at the fundamentals of an investment then realize that is not what everyone does. I know their is a relationship of some kind involved but I have never made a profit that way. Strictly technical chart study is what I look for.
I have no investment in MJLink. I realize that some here have and read about a joint venture. I see that WDLF has diversified interests in other venues and I think that was a smart decision. The laws affecting marijuana prevent me from investing in that direction.
What I heard Ken say was that "both companies, LikeRE and Outdoorsman are still on track to to go public by the end of the 1st quarter". Sometimes things don't go according to expectations. As Lakota stated we all would like things to move more quickly.
Edit:
I know this is a couple months ago but it looks good to my eyes.
