$48,050 buy just now.
403,788 shares at .119
That's someone who believes in the company. (Because it'd be one hell of a flipper bet)
No someone is buying shares in 60 cent lots of 5 shares each
The $4.95 fee per transaction seems steep for a 60 cent transaction. But I guess he makes up for it in volume.....
hahaha
Well unless someone just had $11.98 burning a hole in his pocket and needed 100 shares of KGKG, then I'd say the manipulation isn't quite done yet.
Or maybe he's drunk and thought he was ordering a 12 pack. $11.98 for a 12 pack of Green Apple would have been a really good deal
Someone just laid down $29,000 at .12 cents
(That's 29 thousand dollars, not 29 thousand shares)
That is a confidence inducer.
Same crap as all last week
Sale prices keep undercutting themselves despite plenty of buying pressure.
This is NOT natural.
It will continue until the manipulators are done. They pulled this stuff back a few months ago when they knocked it down to the .05's
News will come that overpowers them and makes a few of them lose money in the process. I will laugh at them on my way to the bank.
Anytime you see that ask change from .1244 to .1242 to .1241 to .1240 in a half second...that's a pretty obvious sign that someone is screwing around.
They are messing with the bid too
This feels like someone was late getting off the manipulation train that left the station at 12:30 and it desperate to get a few more cheap deals made to be profitable for the day, but is getting over powered by retail trading.
I hope he falls on the proverbial tracks!
They are trying to bring the price down again but the buying pressure is too strong.
Look at the last 5 minutes...
Sales at .1255....ask drops to .1254
Sales at .1254...ask drops to .125 then to .1249
Sales at .1249...ask drops to .1248
Sales at .1248.....ask drops to .1247
5 drops in the ask, all without a single sale going through below the ask.
They've been doing that all day. Hinkyness, I tells ya!
Even with relatively low volume the manipulative theatrics are in full swing.
So many times already this morning the trades are going through at the ask at a steady pace, which usually means the ask will go up...but nope. Suddenly out of nowhere the ask drops and kills the rally.
That is a surefire sign that the bid and ask are being manipulated.
No actual person says "Hmm...these shares I have are valued at .116 and there are buyers lined up with cash in hand to pay me that price...I think I'll happily sell them for .1149"
And this has been happening all morning. Sales going through at the ask all morning and the ask keeps dropping lower and lower and lower.
There is no earthly way that is happening organically.
I understand why the manipulators are trying to manipulate. I know why they want to pull the price down.
But who is dumb enough to sell this so cheap and be faked out by these guys?
How is there pre market trading? Is that old stuff from yesterday just being entered now?
I rode that wave down to .04....not gonna say I didn't flinch....but I did stay strong and not sell.
I did not enjoy the ride though
On the plus side this manipulation (and if you don't believe this is being manipulated today your head is in the sand) does cause large volumes of stock to trade at a higher level than they were original purchased for
40,000,000+ shares have traded at about .118 or higher in the past 2 days
A large number of those were probably originally bought for .075 when the stock lingered there for 3 months. This crap we see today makes people scared to hold their .075 shares so they sell them for a profit and walk away happy
But now the new owner of those shares is less likely to sell below .118 since that would mean a loss. So those .118 shares are likely off the market for a while until the price goes up again. So the supply of available shares for sale goes down after a couple of days like this. That in turn drives the price up (once the manipulative games stop)
So while this is obnoxious, it can actually be helpful in the long run as it can help create stronger support levels.
And even if I'm 100% wrong about all this....if you choose to believe it until 4pm...you'll feel better. hahaha
Yesterday I would have said a hard .12 support level with a resistance of .14
With to 40,000,000+ shares traded in the past 2 days though and the tendency not to stay below .12 for long, I'd say we're suring up .12 as a solid support level for the future.
Because the stock is being massively attacked by a large group of flippers who are manipulating the bid/ask
That's why.
This will continue fro another day or another month. As long as they can still cause the stock to fluctuate 5%-10% at a clip and do that once or twice a day, they will continue to attack it
None of this represents the true market price of the stock
100% of this is market manipulation the last 2 days
You can also tell by how the price is changing out to 5 decimals regularly. You'll see a strong buying run at the ask then suddenly the ask drops by .00001 to put the brakes on the buying run by blocking that seller
It's obnoxious.
I had no cash today!!!! AAAHHH!!!!
Seeing that price collapse then strong recovery.....and me without cash to take advantage...
I feel like a fat kid who skipped lunch.
Who is is really mad this morning....
...that they don't have any cash freed up to buy more during this dip?
Dammit I'm mad about that! I'd buy a lot today if I had cash.
VATE just has a flash crash and recovery at the exact same time KGKG did
VATE has a lot less volume today but it's chart is pretty much mirroring KGKG's
That cannot be a coincidence.
Maybe we should ask KGKG to stop putting out positive press releases
maybe it would be better if they put out daily PR's that said "We might do something one day! Maybe!" like every other OTC company.
Every time KGKG has really good news the price plummets.
(I know...sell the news....still....)
How the hell is this down today after this mornings PR?
The OTC is a weird place.
What do you base this analysis on?
I'm talking some CBD infused beverages. Not even a potent amount.
My pain also isn't debilitating. Just nagging aches. So It's not like it's curing cancer here. But a little bit really goes a long way.
I am the same way.
I believe in Hemp powder and CBD because it convinced me in real world trials.
I didn't believe it originally. I thought it was phooey nonsense like healing crystals.
I tried it 100% skeptical. And I felt better almost right away. Nagging knee pain was alleviated. Nagging back pain...gone.
And it wasn't slow either. It was pretty quick.
It's hard to say something is psychosomatic when you absolutely think it's fake going in.
Note to every company on the planet...
THIS IS HOW YOU WRITE A PRESS RELEASE TO PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY!!!!
https://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=80069799&symbol=KGKG
That is how it's done, boys and girls!!!
KGKG on pace to exceed Q2 revenue projections by 50%
I agree. A market cap to revenue valuation makes sense with an established company. If I'm buying IBM I'm looking to make sure my investment isn't overpriced. A company like that doesn't have much room to grow it's share price. It has room to grow it's sales and thus it's dividends, and that is what I'm looking for on a large established company.
When I'm buying an upstart penny stock I KNOW it's overpriced based on a revenue to market cap valuation. That's a given. But I'm buying it based on speculation that it will be worth a lot more in the future.
So yes...KGKG is WAY overpriced for where they are today. But since I have no intention of selling it today I don't care. I bought it feeling like it could grown and be worth a lot more in a couple of years.
Penny stocks are almost all speculative bets on the future, not hope for an immediate dividend today.
I'm trying Green Apple right now for the first time....
It's a unique flavor.
My first sip had me say "Ew...gross"
But I kept drinking it and about halfway through the can I started to really like it.
I still think the Cherry Vanilla and the plain sugar free (white can) are my favorites.
But the Green Apple could do very well in sales as it's unique.
it's more complicated than that.
Because these things are illegal federally it often stops banks from being willing to do business with a THC or Hemp company because while the FDA may leave things to the states, the DEA or the IRS can at any moment decide they want to start enforcing federal law and could issue fines against the CBD and THC companies and the banks who knowingly did business with them.
So it's not just an FDA issue at all
Plus the DEA and IRS may be all on board now with letting states regulate but a new administration comes in and can suddenly decide to change which rules they enforce.
So companies have to tread lightly right now and it's a hindrance to growth
If these laws were changed at the federal level (and I think they will be) it will be an immediate and huge positive impact on the industry just from the companies' ability to conduct business safely.
Oh look...you spreading rumors without proof.
Shocking.
</sarcasm>
That is awesome! I missed that
How do you know this?
Can I assume that Kona is tracking your individual progress? So they can see your personal sales and volume?
I'd like to think they are smart enough to take notice of who their best performing independent distributors are so when it comes time to increase their sales force they will just pick from people like you who already know the product and how to sell it.
They should also have people like you meeting with major distributors to testify how well the product moves.
Here is my take having been in and out of VATE since November....
(I'm currently in)
VATE has a history of popping to .05 and dropping back down to .03
That is a fact.
I think today and yesterday you have people holing .03 shares seeing it coming off of .05 and thinking "Screw it....I have a profit right now. Let's cash it in just in case it's going back to .03"
And that is reasonable. There is nothing wrong with selling for a profit. It's kind of the entire point. Just because someone is willing to take a 10% gain today instead of waiting for a 100% gain in 6 months like you are...doesn't make either of you wrong.
Meanwhile...there is no shortage of buyers in the low .04's
The price is being manipulated down as a result, but not maliciously. I don't think it's a MM game. I think there are a lot of people willing to buy in who keep dropping their bids because they keep finding new sellers who are happy to lock in those 10% profits and cash out.
It could even go lower and touch the high .03's again. It could also turn around in 20 minutes and shoot back to .048
Regardless of what happens though....this is just one day. And it happens to be a Friday, which is notoriously a sell off day.
In other words this looks like normal churning. And that is important to create a stronger floor in the .04's instead of the one in the low .03's we had previously.
It might even linger in the low .04's for 2 months until more financials come out. I don't know. But the real key is...what do you think it will be in December? If you think it'll be .10....today doesn't matter.
I'd kinda of be surprised if there wasn't a dip this morning.
It could also mean that some guy needs $1000 so he's willing to part with 20,000 at .046 to make sure it gets done
Here's how Washington works...
They are going to approve CBD in food
They wouldn't invite 100 people to advocate for it if they hadn't already made up their minds to do it.
No one is actually going to DC to advocate for CBD. They are going for show so the FDA can look like it listened to the people before making a decision.
If the FDA wasn't really interested in approving CBD they wouldn't hold the meeting at all. They'd just stick to what is currently de facto law by regulation and say "That's the way it is. Tell Congress if you want it changed."
So it's going to happen.
This is all political theater to give the FDA cover so they aren't later accused of making unsupported decisions.
But....it's not going to happen on Friday. Friday they will hold their hearing. Then over the next few months they will create new policy. By then it'll be elections season which could fast track changes or grind things to a full stop.
And how that plays out is anyone's guess. Sometimes election season makes stuff happen. Sometimes it stops everything cold. It all depends on what gains traction among voters and how politicians can use the issue to help their careers. And that doesn't mean supporting it to get votes. That can mean blocking it privately to make someone else look bad and lose votes.
Best case...CBD is formally approved in 6 months. Worst case, it's a year and a half...after the 2020 elections.
But either way, it's happening.
I don't care what it is. I'm out. Screw this shady BS.
Wow. That's hard work to physically move the product around.
I didn't realize you were doing all the labor
Do you have to physically take possession of pallets of Kona Gold and physically distribute them to stores? You know...like a full scale distributor does.
Or are you acting as an intermediary who sells the product to stores using a case or two as a sample then places an order for it to be drop shipped directly from Kona Gold
Just curious how the independent distributor things works.
Dude, that didn't make any sense when you PM'ed it to me. It doesn't make any sense here.
Just go away.
Yeah...you have the super power of being able to see what happened yesterday.
And people pay you for this?
Good old fashioned market manipulation. Someone triggers a shakeout. Shareholders complied with a little panic selling...maybe a couple stop loss triggers even.
All so shares could be bought lower.
If I was a gambling man I'd bet it happens again tomorrow, or at least they try to make it happen again.
That might have started it.
But the nearly 1 million share volume suggests that a lot of people reacted to it.
Someone cashing in does make sense. Other people either panic sold or had stop losses hit, causing more panic, I suspect.
But if you weren't watching it happen yesterday and saw the results of it, you'd probably be wondering what the hell happened and what that means for today. I think that's where we are now...a lot of people who aren't sure what direction it's going to go so not much action.
