Have a blessed weekend!
Thanks guys. The video is what made me start wondering about the recipe. It’s hard to hear, but I think he says they offer a full spectrum item in their product line as well. Maybe I misheard.
Either way, I think they’ve made a whole lot of progress this year, and I’m excited to see things develop over the next few months.
So, does Canbiola start with cbd isolate and then add the other terpenes and compounds to sell broad spectrum cbd?
I’ve emailed the company with this question, but have not received a response yet. Perhaps someone here can help answer it?
Oh...my...God...One of their vendors changed their website? And seedy SMOKE shops purchase product from Canbiola too? Pack it up, folks. Someone just blew the lid right off this thing.
Repeating something over and over doesn’t make it true.
The only FDA approved cbd medication is a cbd isolate. I’m not disparaging other varieties, but characterizing isolate as “garbage” is clearly fallacious.
Would anybody here tell an epileptic child who’s found relief with Epidiolex that his medication is “garbage?”
Are the people finding relief with arthritis, such as myself, using “garbage?”
Does anyone on this message board know more about those patients than their personal doctor?
Over 300 doctors in Canbiola’s network recommend it to their patients.
Personally, I trust those physicians more than I trust google.
Lol, I got all excited and then I saw the volume.
Relative value statements such as, “nothing special,” and “poor transactions,” and “for a laugh,” are clearly, by definition, opinions, not facts.
I don’t buy any conspiracy theory that Canbiola is some dilution scheme. Why go to all the trouble of creating a real product, patenting proprietary cbd pads, building a real business, selling to real doctors and patients, going to trade shows, forming a partnership with shi farms, uplisting to the otc qb, posting audited financials, RAISING $4 MILLION in a private placement, etc etc etc, just to make your company worthless on purpose?
The increase in shares has been used, thus far, to increase sales, decrease production costs, and pay employees. The 300% growth in revenue is just, what, an accident that these “crooks” somehow stumbled into? Are the 300 plus Doctors who endorse this company and their product crooks as well? Or just idiots?
On that note, why would all these medical professionals recommend Canbiola’s products to their patients if the cbd isolate they use is “nothing special,” as some have said. A google search about cbd makes us more informed about what works for their patients than doctors are? The salve definitely works on my hands, that’s for sure.
Someone very smart posted the beginning operating losses for another well known cbd company on this board. They didn’t make any money at all for a long time. They had a lot of convertible debt that they eventually paid off. Once they did, and started turning a profit, the pps went nutso. They also had a ceo with a checkered past, I might add.
I don’t think this company is perfect by any means. They make mistakes, especially with investor relations. BUT, they are still growing and learning in an industry that’s in its infancy. Ultimately, I think Canbiola will turn out to be a well known name in New York State and even the country.
This is a great rebuttal.
There is absolutely nothing factual or relevant in this post.
Sure, not everyone responds to medication the same way. I agree.
“SOME people” found full spectrum more effective. “ONE study” saw a higher thc content achieving results. This is certainly not a rebuke of cbd isolate as an effective medication for the majority of cases. And it doesn’t negate the FACT that the ONLY fda approved medication is Epidiolex - a cbd isolate
There are 300 doctors or so who recommend Canbiola product for their patients. Is there anyone on this board who knows more about those patients than their doctors?
I do not believe that the medical world “will soon discover” their mistake in using cbd isolate in cases of epilepsy. It’s proven to be more effective in those suffering from that condition, based on the NUMEROUS tests and clinical trials.
The FDA has only approved ONE form of cbd for medical use - a cbd isolate. Any other claims are false.
Characterizing every OTC stock as moving exclusively on lies is hyperbolic and provably false.
The ONLY fda approved medicaton is a cbd isolate - epidiolex.
Any claim that medical professionals do not use or recommend cbd isolate for their patients is clearly, factually, indisputably false.
Honestly, there is no debate here.

On that note, why would all these medical professionals recommend Canbiola’s products to their patients if the cbd isolate they use is “garbage compared to full spectrum” as some have said. A google search about cbd makes us more informed about what works for their patients than doctors are? The salve definitely works on my hands, that’s for sure.
Someone very smart posted the beginning operating losses for another well known cbd company on this board yesterday. They didn’t make any money at all for a long time. They had a lot of convertible debt that they eventually paid off. Once they did, and started turning a profit, the pps went nutso. They also had a ceo with a checkered past, I might add.

If you are just joining this board and considering a starting position with Canb, I highly recommend performing your own DD and forming your own opinion. Their second quarter financials were just released.
I am a long and do not plan on selling for at least another six months. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I am not “chomping at the bit” to exit my position here. My opinion is that there is considerable upside potential with Canbiola.
Happy hunting!
Thank you for the great post!
I think the hemp depot will end up being a pretty big deal. I’m very excited to see how that’s going to impact both their costs and their revenue.
So how does everyone feel about cbd isolate? Haven’t seen much about that on this board.
Any claims that there are 1.5 billion outstanding shares are false.
Wow, he sold $2,900 worth of shares. And you characterize THAT as Canb insiders jumping ship? I disagree.
I know I’m not! This company is going places. I rode cvsi from .90 to 7.00, despite many doubters.
I don’t think the delay had much to do with the pps going down today. People see the net losses on the fins and get scared. Then they see the price going down and start panic selling.
It’s going to get better. The company has made some solid moves and will be profitable soon enough.
Hodl
I like your attitude, Jack! The product works, doctors love it, sales are up! The company is now vertically integrated for lower costs and higher profits.
4 million in private placement? Massive revenue growth? Proprietary cbd tens and sam pads covered by insurance? Money in the bank.
As a bad guy once said, vision = wealth
Well said, badguy! They’ve laid out huge expenditures in order to:
1. Increase revenue sources
2. Decrease production costs
While they posted a loss this quarter, they succeeded in accomplishing their two main goals, laying the foundation for future profits.
From what i remember, the shi farms deal was 500k cash and 500k in stocks. So there’s a mil right there. It takes money to expand, and they are certainly doing that. Let’s see the PR and what else they have to say this week!
Well...they certainly paid themselves enough. Lol. I want to be on their board of directors!
Also, Canbiola is the only cbd company offering proprietary tens and sam pads infused with Cbd. Nobody else on the market has those. AND they’re covered by insurance!
The product works, doctors love it, sales are up! Around 400 doctors recommending Canbiola products at last count? Sounds legit to me!
Comedy! Love it!
Can’t wait to see these numbers. I’m pretty sure they’ll break even with around 1.5 Mil in revenue. But it’s definitely possible I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
And just to head off any funny comments, NO I don’t care about gummies, capsules, 7 cent regrets, cbd isolate opinions, conspiracy theory bologna, or any other silliness. All I care about is record revenue growth quarter after quarter, leading to profitability. The product works, doctors love it, sales are up!
Somebody make an awesome Canb youtube music video!
Lol, I’m in
With all their big shot board members, do they not have any accountants? I just don’t understand why it takes longer than 45 days to tabulate a financial report. Financial house is not in order. Three times in a row now. Amateur hour. Not surprised. Hopefully, they don’t miss the SEC deadline like last time.
Nasdaq bound? Right.
Isn’t this the same increase to AS we’ve known about for months?
I doubt very much they post the same losses this quarter. It’s unlikely they made a profit, but I expect them to be pretty close to breaking even. Q3 should see them in the black.
Honestly, I just want them to post on time. Last quarter was an absolute joke with the delays.
Thank you for sharing your opinion. The more perspectives we showcase on this board, the more the group can make informed decisions.
From what I remember, Canbiola’s process removes all terpenes and thc, then adds the terpenes back in a measured and precise manner to achieve consistent quality. I’ll try to find the source on that info.
Regardless of our opinions, the FDA will decide. They may go isolate or full spectrum - I’ve read articles going both ways.
One thing is certain, doctors like Canbiola’s product, as evidenced by their product being promoted in so many doctors offices. I personally like the product, as the cryogel helps with the pain in my hands.
Do you have anything new to add?
Mmm, not sure. But you can see whatever shorts there are right here.
Type-in the symbol or company name where indicated.

Last check, there aren’t any significant shorts on this stock.
Q2 is due on the 15th. Lets hope they mix it up and post them on time. They absolutely killed their momentum being late the last two reports.
The whole sector is a bloodbath. Cvsi down 15% on solid earnings. Patience is a virtue - this isn’t an instant gratification play here.
The pps and the private placement aren’t directly correlated. Stock price will go up when demand increases. They’re heading in the right direction, fundamentally. It’s just a matter of time.
Ok, thank you. It’s an article on Elixinol’s website promoting the type of full spectrum cbd Elixinol sells.
The ProjectCBD article they reference on their website states the following:
“Cannabis therapeutics is personalized medicine. There is no single ratio or strain or product that’s right for everyone. Optimize your therapeutic use of cannabis by finding the proper combination of CBD and THC that works best for you.”
The science is not developed enough to even have this debate. I’m certainly not an expert, and I really doubt anyone on this board is either. In the end, the FDA will decide. For what it’s worth, Epidiolex, the only FDA-approved cbd medication, is a cbd isolate.
The FDA has correctly stated there is very little research to support health claims for cbd, either isolate or full spectrum. Most of what we know is anecdotal.
However, I will note that medical professionals are the main sales outlet for Canbiola’s product. Around 400 doctor’s now. Plus Northwell hospital system. So there’s that.
If you have supporting evidence for your claim that full spectrum is superior, please share it.
This is an interesting article:

Once the FDA creates stricter quality standards, it will make things a lot easier for companies with high quality products, such as Canbiola.
