Relative value statements such as, “nothing special,” and “poor transactions,” and “for a laugh,” are clearly, by definition, opinions, not facts.

I don’t buy any conspiracy theory that Canbiola is some dilution scheme. Why go to all the trouble of creating a real product, patenting proprietary cbd pads, building a real business, selling to real doctors and patients, going to trade shows, forming a partnership with shi farms, uplisting to the otc qb, posting audited financials, RAISING $4 MILLION in a private placement, etc etc etc, just to make your company worthless on purpose?

The increase in shares has been used, thus far, to increase sales, decrease production costs, and pay employees. The 300% growth in revenue is just, what, an accident that these “crooks” somehow stumbled into? Are the 300 plus Doctors who endorse this company and their product crooks as well? Or just idiots?

On that note, why would all these medical professionals recommend Canbiola’s products to their patients if the cbd isolate they use is “nothing special,” as some have said. A google search about cbd makes us more informed about what works for their patients than doctors are? The salve definitely works on my hands, that’s for sure.

Someone very smart posted the beginning operating losses for another well known cbd company on this board. They didn’t make any money at all for a long time. They had a lot of convertible debt that they eventually paid off. Once they did, and started turning a profit, the pps went nutso. They also had a ceo with a checkered past, I might add.

I don’t think this company is perfect by any means. They make mistakes, especially with investor relations. BUT, they are still growing and learning in an industry that’s in its infancy. Ultimately, I think Canbiola will turn out to be a well known name in New York State and even the country.
