10K is already out (Posted on their OTC disclosures page). Doesn't look good. But you're right, 8K is also postponed.
I wonder when all the stuck Wavetech holders got their shares to dump.
OTC showing price all over the place on what still seems low volume. $7.25???https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SGSID/disclosure

Milk bongo Krampus!
We all have EYES! We all can SEE! Time to start saying WEE WEE WEE! As we dive into the SEA SEA SEA!
Please don't touch my PEE PEE.
Conscious_AI is a ROBOT! Do not let him trick you into his android world. SELL ALL ICLD!!! JMO.
I agree.
We will have to see what tomorrow holds. Not sure how many people are subscribed for SGSI PR notifications. Might as well see what Wednesday's 10-Q holds before diving in.
I wouldn't hold SGSI past March 2020 because of triggered dillution/conversion of common stock. Also look out for the reverse split or uplist to Nasdaq. Those are conversion triggers, too.
However, the financials could look good especially with an extra 1.3 million to pay down even more debt. I think the next few months could see a decent gain. If anything, jump out before the full conversion and then jump back in once the R/S and full share purchase is complete. But once that happens I don't think there's potential for any crazy gains.
I'm not sure that they're out. It was always the case that Poel and Valand would be added to the board. And Poel is COO, not CEO.
Series C Stock Conversion: On the second business day following the earlier of (i) the reverse split of the Common Stock, (ii) the listing of the Corporation on a national securities exchange and (iii) the six-month anniversary of the Closing Date (as defined below) (the “Series C Conversion Date”), without any further action, all outstanding shares of Series C shall automatically convert into an aggregate number of shares of Common Stock equal to the greater of (i) $90,000,000 (the “Aggregate Value”)/Strike Price (as defined below), or (ii) the Aggregate Value/$0.0325 (as adjusted for any reverse stock split or similar adjustment that may occur prior to the Series C Conversion Date).
8-K is out. Like I said, PR before the actual filing. Tomorrow might see more action like ICLD did when they announced the WaveTech Agreement. Lots of people getting email alerts when 8-ks are filed.
Still need to get to .0667
Good news. I'm looking forward to the acquisition 8-k and the 10-q. That should give us a good idea of whether this is going to skyrocket for real.
Wonder how many users will swarm when they get alerted to the 8k? We got the PR but I don't see the actual filing.
It's not even possible for a 1:300 RS to get current prices up to $20. Maxing out the OS and then doing a RS would still crater the price. Sure, they could have done the RS when the stock was at .25 but it's too late for that.
Also, they might be referring to Nasdaq listing assuming they apply around Q1 2020.
I have to think that they're hoping for actual price increase first. If Q3 hits profitability, there's no more lawsuit, and MZ has investors lined up, then this could easily rise to $2 a share. RS of 1:10? Fine with me. I don't think they have a choice but to let the market lift this one to a point where the RS will be anywhere near effective.
Any marginal growth plus realized revenues from Q2 projects will mean profit. It's what I've been saying the past month or so. Even at 60,000,000 OS, it should be $1+
Do I smell a 13th release? Hmmmmmmm.....
ICLD and SGSI have taught me to be content in all circumstances. Better than a year retreat at a monastery.
But I hope we get some good news. They're soooooo close. If MZ Group has some investors lined up to jump in after a good report then we're golden.
Will the merger wipe out existing shareholders? Maybe. I'm hoping for a huge return but even if there's big dilution, I should be able to get out of this around break even. C'est la vie.
SGSI Quarterly due any day now. May the odds be ever in our favor.
I think the Order with SGSI was just about attorney changes. I don't think charges were dropped. I could be wrong since I just read the summary. Plus, the news release does say they resolved previous lawsuits.
Perhaps they dropped the Wavetech GMBH because it would be pointless to sue the non-existent, post-merged company. We will see soon enough.
Party rock is in the house tonight. Everybody's gonna have a good time.
I love you Bizler. Best of luck on your future quests. Forever your brother.
Back together or simply resolved? Anyone able to read the doc?
Next week should be a big week. Hold on to your butts and pray.
STOP SAYING BAD THINGS ABOUT ICLD!!!! $19 is more money than we could ever know!!!!!
Let us know when MAXM is put in its deep, skeleton grave.
I think convertible debt is about $1.25 million right now (from $4.8 million at the beginning of the year). Not sure about how the new Oasis Capital agreement will be recorded on the books. Likely dilutive but not interest-bearing.
What could it be?
AW Solutions and ADEX perform different services. It's part of the cross selling strategy.
Also, MZ Group is a real investor relations co. Not a "Sands Consulting." They've worked with Fedex, Cisco, ASUS, and HTC.
Check out the testimonials:
https://mzgroup.us/our-work/testimonials/
And MZ's company values:
"We begin our due diligence process with a complete evaluation of our prospective client’s business and sector, current market perceptions, technology and investor materials audit. This process normally takes about 3-4 weeks and gives both parties the necessary time to determine if their ability to formulate a long term working relationship. MZ focuses on long term relationships with management teams we view as above average, who have their own capital at risk, with a solid business model and growth plan which are achievable. We play a critical role in our clients’ success as a public entity and covet above all things our reputation, therefore we screen our clients diligently. We believe this has led MZ to be a premium brand a significant value-add to our clients."
To .04 and beyond!

Excited for 11/15. But if the quarterly report is bad then I will not be excited.
First Guam. Now Canada. AW Solutions sharing that Canadian GOOOOOOOLLLLLLDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!
It's just a contract continuation. Just like the one you pooh-poohed when SGSI announced their own Tier-1 contract extension.
“This new contract is a continuation of a partnership with the FAA that started back in 2008 with our DesignBase software that subsequently expanded to power monitoring and the Power Digital Twin solution for the power system at its Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCCs).”
SGSI has completed contracts in Guam. GUAM of all places!
Spectrum has completed projects in Guam.
900,000,000 for me.
