Right!!! The competition is using the same numbers and reports to validate their existence as well..
Absolutely!
No, it means, we're capable of providing it but that doesn't mean we're going to!!
Anyone see shareholders corner?
If this follows the previous trading patterns there should be steady buying over the next couple weeks unless McGowan pays us a visit.
Ok, I'll take a look.
PR: More funding.... getting closer..

Correct. Closed on Good Friday.
Why?
You can't just tell me to look at Yahoo and leave it at that. All I'm saying is that it looks like it's on a downward trend on the charts. RSI shows it being oversold but it seems comfortable there.
I'm not watching this board because I'm not interested.... I wouldn't mind buying in but I'd like to see an upward trend confirmation or better fundamentals.
Don't need to. All I need to do is look at a chart.
Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT saying there isn't upside potential, I'm just saying right now the trend is down. Anyone with eyes can see that and anyone with ears could hear someone telling them that had eyes to see with..... lol
Plenty of buying opps out there yet.
So maybe the selling wasn't done......
I wonder if the Gremlin has a licorice dispenser!!
The trend is still down.....
Unfortunately it looks like he's got 12 million shares left. We'll be fighting this guy for awhile.
Ok, here's the deal with Michael McGowan. He was involved with Biosource America and has outstanding shares after the merger.
Obviously he's liquidating now so when he's done selling that will take a lot of downward pressure off.
Hey Michael, get the HELL out of here!!!!!
Last time RSI was this low the stock rallied $1.60 in a month. Get 'em while they're hot!!!!
Yeah, I saw that. That guy's been selling. Do you know who he is? Really skimming off the top that guy.
Not doing the pps any good.
You may be right. I was watching for it to punch through that level but I think we've seen most of the selling. Personally, any weakness is an opportunity for me.
The company is sound with a rock star management team and is on their way to producing big numbers. These prices concern me nil but offer up a great buying opp. Great time to cost average.
No. I emailed IR as well and nothing has fundamentally changed. I think after the 10Q an investor/investors just lost interest.
A lot of the alt energy plays were very emotionally charged in their infancy. When people realize it takes time to bring all these processes on line they may have realized they could gamble their money in oil right now for quicker, short term gains.
All imo, personally it's looking way oversold. I picked up some more yesterday and today.
Well at least we have certain verifications. Quite comforting.
Good man.
Did you start shorting the stock again?
Nova Biosource Fuels Announces First Funding Under $41 Million Senior Secured Credit Facility
Mar 4, 2008 09:00:00 (ET)
HOUSTON, March 4, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Nova Biosource Fuels, Inc. (NBF, Trade ) announced today that it has satisfied the conditions precedent and completed its first funding of $10.6 million under its $41 million senior secured credit facility with WestLB AG, one of the world's leading financial services providers for alternative energy companies. The proceeds of the loan were used to pay project costs and related fees and expenses in connection with the on-going construction of its 60 million gallon per year biodiesel refinery in Seneca, Illinois. The refinery is mechanically complete and Nova is in the process of making additional funding requests under the credit facility in order to procure feedstock and commence commissioning and start-up of the refinery.
"This is an important milestone for financing the final stages of construction of our Seneca biodiesel refinery," said Kenneth T. Hern, Chairman and CEO of Nova. "With adequate financial resources to pay the project costs associated with completing and commissioning our refinery, we believe we are well on our way to producing ASTM D6751 quality biodiesel using high free fatty acid feedstocks soon. Our construction partners have done a superb job in working together to bring this dream to reality."
Well, what do you guys think? Time to buy? Is this the beginning of a rally for them?
Personally I hate worrying for nothing. I really like there to be some substance there to make it worth my while!
Well, people like Shakespeare... why wouldn't they want to be tortured with this tragic tale?
Hopefully this tale is a Phoenix from the Flame tale. Refunds would be granted.
Sounds like a spy thriller: the money was here now it's in Zurich being chased down by agent Miller!!
At least it's entertaining.
Who made the trade just to show volume?
Has ANYONE heard from the company? Anything?
Nothing.
I'd be fine with that as well.....
Is that a light I see, I don't know, it's hazy.... :)
I'd like to see .009 today.
Not really. I tried to get some direction from the company but they never got back to me so I didn't bother speculating. I'm on standby for now but watching closely.
Could have to do with the fact that folks are apprehensive to get into this because as revenue goes up so does cost. The revenues aren't that spectacular and will take awhile to out pace the costs.
The declines have been so gradual that there's no real pressure to sell yet the promise of gain is off in the distance so there's no real hurry to buy.
All imo.
Whoever hasn't been buying is daft in my opinion....
We're not concerned with "delisting" but rather "relisting" onto another exchange.
If we delist we're screwed!
Maybe their friends NEVER invested.... that's something to think about.
